We're hiring a People Operations Generalist!
As the People Operations Generalist at Breeze, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience while supporting
the people operations infrastructure that powers our global growth. This is a highly operational and hands-on role that will
initially focus on covering a maternity leave period and working closely with our People team to manage People Operations across
our global entities.
You'll be primarily based in Singapore and will take on full hands-on responsibility for Singapore People Ops, payroll, and
compliance, while also taking meaningful ownership of people operations across our global entities. This role is ideal for someone
who brings strong People Ops foundations combined with hands-on experience managing people operations across multiple geographies
— someone who is equally comfortable navigating compliance and operations as they are being a trusted, approachable partner for
employees across the organization.

Du brennst für smarte Prozesse, liebst Datenqualität und sorgst dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles reibungslos läuft. Du bist erste*r Ansprechpartner*in für unser Team bei allen administrativen Fragen und gestaltest die Employee Journey vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt aktiv mit. The Role We’re looking for a proactive People Operations Specialist to manage HR processes and support our global People team. Based in Bucharest, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, provide HR administration, and support payroll for Bucharest. You will also offer HR support to our smaller office in Malta as needed. As an HR Generalist, you will take on a hands-on, execution-focused role covering HR administration, payroll coordination, contracts, and documentation. In addition, you will support and deliver Learning & Development initiatives and assist in additional projects where support may be needed. YOUR PROFILE Main Responsibilities: People Operations & Administration * Own and execute day-to-day People operations across the employee lifecycle (joiners, changes, leavers, relocations). * Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and documentation. * Ensure all processes are executed in a structured, efficient, and compliant manner. * Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing timely and practical support. * Execute onboarding processes and ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience. Mandatory Qualifications and Soft skills: * 3–5 years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist * Experience delivering or supporting training sessions * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology or Business Administration or Formación professional de grado superior en Administración y Finanzas * Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory) * Hands-on experience managing employee lifecycle processes and HR data * Experience coordinating payroll processes and working with external providers * Good understanding of HR compliance and labor law fundamentals (mainly in Spain, other countries are nice to haves. * Experience working with HRIS platforms /Personio) and employee data systems * Strong skills in Microsoft Package or equivalent. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data. * Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills. * Must have a proactive, organized and solution-driven mindset.
