We are looking for a data-driven FP&A Specialist who combines strong financial analysis capabilities with modern analytical, business intelligence, and automation skills. This role goes beyond traditional budgeting and reporting and requires an individual who can transform financial and operational data into actionable business insights, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the digital transformation of finance processes. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, data literacy, and an interest in leveraging business intelligence tools, databases, and AI-enabled analytics to improve planning, forecasting, and decision support. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecasts and plan vs. actual performance analysis. * Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance drivers. * Prepare management reports, financial models, and KPI analysis to support decision-making and financial strategy. * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated analytics using BI tools and financial systems. * Extract, validate, and analyze data from ERP systems, databases, and multiple business sources to improve reporting quality and efficiency. * Contribute to process improvements, reporting automation, and the use of AI-enabled tools to enhance FP&A efficiency and insights. * Partner with finance and business stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations and support strategic initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field. * Fluent English (B2+); German is a plus * 4+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, finance, or business analytics. * Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. * Experience working in international and multi-entity business environments with exposure to group reporting and cross-functional collaboration. * Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools (preferably Microsoft Power BI). * Basic SQL and experience working with financial systems, ERP, or databases are an advantage.
