We are looking for a driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our HQ team in Stockholm and help accelerate the growth of our Synchronization business. ABOUT THE POSITION As a Technical Sales Specialist within our Synchronization business unit, you will play a key role in expanding our business in selected target markets. Your focus will be on building trusted relationships with telecom operators by demonstrating the value of Zyntai Sync Solutions and supporting successful project execution, with a particular focus on 5G synchronization. You will lead hands-on testing in telecom labs and live networks, present solutions to customers, and help strengthen our brand across the region. You will be part of our global Synchronization sales team, based at our headquarters in Sweden, with the flexibility to work remotely in a hybrid setup. Key Responsibilities: * Lead hands-on testing and evaluation in customer labs and networks, including setting up cloud environments both on-site and remotely. * Design and configure Net Insight’s Synchronization solutions based on customer needs and network requirements. * Act as a trusted advisor to customers, supporting them with network analysis, cloud environments, troubleshooting, and solution design. * Build strong relationships with engineering teams at telecom operators and demonstrate the value of Zyntai Sync Solutions, particularly for 5G synchronization and future network evolution * Travel regularly to meet customers, support technical discussions, and maintain close collaboration with telecom operators. * Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to share insights, solve challenges and continuously improve how we work. * Work closely with our global network of resellers and system integration partners to support successful deployments and customer projects. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You enjoy building strong relationships and are confident in managing technical sales processes with telecom operators. Qualifications: * Willingness and ability to travel regularly. * 5+ years of experience in the telecom or mobile networks industry, preferably with established relationships with telecom operators. * Proven ability to lead technical evaluations and drive projects to successful completion. * Hands-on experience from IP networking and configuration and experience in working with cloud systems, virtual machines and Kubernetes. * Solid understanding of 5G networks and mobile technology. Experience with synchronization technologies is considered a plus. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in a clear and customer-friendly way. * A relationship-driven mindset and the ability to build trust with customers, partners, and internal teams. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or equivalent industry experience. * Fluent in English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus. Key Responsibilities Full-Stack System Design & Implementation: * Design and build backend services in Go for distributed, cloud-native applications. * Build frontend applications that connect users to data, workflows and AI-powered capabilities. * Build APIs and event-driven components across e-commerce, logistics, data and AI platforms. * Design systems with scalability, resilience and observability in mind. Database Design & Data Ownership: * Design application-level data models and database schemas. * Make informed trade-offs between storage approaches. * Understand query patterns and performance implications. * Integrate operational systems with analytics and ML pipelines. Agentic AI Applications: * Build production-grade agentic AI applications that integrate LLMs with real systems and workflows. * Design services that enable AI agents to act safely with business data. * Collaborate with ML and data engineers to operationalize AI in real products — not demos. * Help define guardrails and patterns for reliable AI-driven systems. At Apotea, engineers are expected to take ownership of the full software development life cycle, so your role will be both to design solutions yourself and enable other engineers to do so effectively. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and product owners to ensure every technical development is aligned with Apotea’s vision, architectural principles, and best practices. You will also be the first-line responsible person for all technical developments and initiatives in the Tech department, advocating a product mindset and ensuring our architecture enables both speed and sustainability. We are looking for someone with: * Extensive experience in solution/software architecture, including previous experience as the main and go-to architect in an organization. * Proven expertise in AWS with deep knowledge of serverless, distributed applications, event-driven and microservices architecture.  * Strong background in designing secure, scalable, and high-performance systems. * Ability to balance fast iterations with technical debt management, defining maturity plans for systems. * Familiarity with C4 model or similar for clear architectural communication. * Experience in AI/ML platforms, data-driven architectures, or automation workflows is a plus. * Excellent ability to collaborate across business and tech, with strong communication and leadership skills. * Experience with programming languages such as Go, TypeScript, and .NET.
