Engineering organisation, and reshaping how our Engineering Managers operate as we move toward smaller, pod-based AI-native
engineering teams. This is a pioneering role: you'll help define what AI-native engineering leadership looks like at Benifex, at a
time when very few organisations have real-world experience to draw on.
You'll lead multiple engineering pods, staying genuinely close to the technology and the day-to-day technical performance of your
team, not solely directing through meetings and process. This role is to replace a recently promoted Engineering Manager, covering
our Benefits teams (primarily .NET-based).

The BEMEX team owns the employee facing Benefits experience, where our customer's employees can see which benefits they currently have, which ones they are eligible for and can sign up for new benefits in the Benefits Shop. The team is mid way through a large refresh of the design and UX, and so there is plenty of opportunity to have a very positive impact - 8 million people will see this team's work when they log into our benefits platform! The TRS (Total Reward Statement) and Pay Transparency team builds the applications that help employees understand their total compensation package, and information on where their salary sits relative to industry benchmarks. Role Overview 🤩 As a Senior Product Manager at Benifex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the OneHub employee experience product suite. You will be responsible for leading the "What" and "Why" of the product features, while collaborating closely with Engineers who focus on the technical "How." You’ll take inspiration from Benifex’s vision to create exciting and engaging roadmaps that captivate users, delight customers, and motivate the Engineers building the products.
