ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Technical Consultants to support end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple industries. In this role, you will analyze complex business requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and deliver high-quality configurations and custom developments within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with developers, consultants, and architects to ensure robust solution design, seamless integrations, and successful deployments across environments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead requirements-gathering sessions, translating business needs into clear, scalable technical designs. * Configure Salesforce components, including custom objects, fields, flows, security models, and validation rules. * Develop high-quality custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Design and implement complex sharing models and apply best practices for trigger patterns and reusable logic. * Create end-to-end integration designs, mapping data flows and system interactions. * Prepare and execute test plans, ensuring code coverage, scalability, and system reliability. * Support deployment and release processes using tools such as Copado or similar DevOps solutions. * Perform data quality checks and manage data migration tasks with tools like Data Loader. QUALIFICATIONS * 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across multiple clouds and project types. * Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and integration patterns. * Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative configuration. * Experience with release and environment management within Salesforce. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to guide technical project phases. * Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and strong communication in English and Spanish. * Highly valued certifications: Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, and one or more Cloud Consultant certifications. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking experienced Salesforce Consultants with experience across multiple Salesforce platforms. In this role, you will gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, design and implement declarative automation with Salesforce Flow, manage data quality and migrations, and support end-to-end project delivery. You will also lead small to mid-sized projects, facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams, and proactively optimize the Salesforce environment to enhance efficiency and performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Capture and document business needs through workshops and translate them into precise user stories. * Design, configure, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions, including automation with Record-Triggered, Screen, and Schedule-Triggered Flows. * Lead and manage full project lifecycles or project phases, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. * Maintain comprehensive documentation (technical designs, process diagrams, UAT plans, end-user training). * Manage data quality and migrations using tools like Data Loader. * Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and governance, ensuring maintainable and scalable solutions. * Collaborate with marketing and thought leadership initiatives, representing Nuvolar externally when needed. QUALIFICATIONS * 3+ years of Salesforce experience across multiple clouds. * Strong declarative configuration and administration skills; experience with complex automation and data migration. * Familiarity with Lightning Platform, programmatic capabilities, and Agile methodologies. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills (English and Spanish required). * Project management experience for small to mid-sized concurrent projects. * Salesforce certifications required: Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and/or Data Cloud. * Nice to have: Platform Developer, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Consumer Goods Cloud certifications. * Bachelor’s degree preferred. You'll collaborate with experienced consultants and architects to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, helping clients improve business processes, automate workflows, and maximize the value of their Salesforce ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with a solid Salesforce development background who enjoys combining technical implementation with client interaction and wants to continue growing as a technical consultant. You'll own standard implementation tasks independently while partnering with senior team members on more complex solution design and architecture decisions. 🧠 WHAT YOU'LL DO * Participate in client discovery sessions and technical workshops for Salesforce implementation projects. * Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation tasks. * Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder. * Contribute to the implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions combining declarative and programmatic approaches. * Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations and data migration activities for standard implementation projects. * Create and optimize automation using Flow Builder. * Execute SOQL/SOSL queries and troubleshoot platform issues. * Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and deployment processes using Git and Copado (or similar DevOps tools). * Collaborate with consultants, developers, architects, and project stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. * Contribute to technical documentation, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives. ✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience across different projects. * Strong Apex development experience, including classes, triggers, and test classes. * Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Experience building and supporting REST/SOAP integrations, JSON processing, and OAuth authentication. * Solid experience using Flow Builder for business process automation. * Good knowledge of SOQL and SOSL. * Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and platform capabilities. * Experience using Git and deployment tools such as Copado or similar. * Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn from more experienced consultants. * Experience working in Agile environments. * Professional English and Spanish.
