What You Will Be Doing * Own team revenue performance and quota attainment, driving accountability, consistent execution, and predictable growth. * Coach and develop team members across the entire customer lifecycle, providing clear, actionable feedback that improves performance and accelerates results. * Lead pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecasting processes to improve decision-making, forecast accuracy, and overall GTM effectiveness. * Identify performance gaps and conversion challenges early, implementing targeted actions to improve pipeline health, deal velocity, and win rates. * Establish and maintain high standards for GTM execution, ensuring consistent adoption of messaging, methodologies, processes, and best practices. * Leverage data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to optimise team productivity, strengthen deal strategy, and improve commercial outcomes. * Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to enhance funnel performance, refine GTM strategy, and continuously improve playbooks and ways of working. What Will Help You Thrive * 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS within sales, business development, customer success, or other customer-facing GTM functions, with experience leading or influencing team performance. * A strong track record in pipeline management, forecasting, deal strategy, and driving revenue growth in fast-paced, high-growth environments. * Proven ability to coach, develop, and elevate performance through direct, constructive, and actionable feedback. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and translate insights into measurable actions and results. * Experience leveraging AI and modern GTM technologies to improve productivity, forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and team effectiveness. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and turn strategy into execution. * A hands-on, high-ownership mindset with a bias for action, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning. What you will be doing: * Independently manage the full sales cycle from initiation to close – assisting some of the largest corporates and law firms in the world to succeed in the age of AI. * Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure our platform aligns with client needs and continues to develop at the highest pace. * Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, addressing their pain points with tailored solutions. * Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to drive engagement and adoption. * Contribute to the refinement of our account acquisition and management strategies and processes, documenting best practices to scale effectively. The role As a Product Counsel in Legora’s Stockholm office, you will play a central role in supporting one of the fastest-growing legal technology companies globally. You will partner closely with our product and engineering teams, providing strategic and practical legal guidance across the full product lifecycle from early-stage feature development to launch and beyond. Your advice will directly shape Legora's platform, product roadmap and user experience. This role requires a high degree of independence and the ability to operate across multiple time zones, partnering closely with stakeholders to enable commercial initiatives while also managing data governance and IP risk. Legora’s legal function is a forward-deployed, AI-first team working across multiple jurisdictions and legal disciplines. We act as trusted partners to the business, with a strong commercial mindset and a particular focus on enabling scalable product development, supporting go-to-market activities and navigating the evolving regulatory landscape for AI-powered legal technology. In addition to your core product counsel responsibilities, you will contribute to Legora's IP management. Beyond strong tech and IP judgment, we value curiosity, problem-solving, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach as we help redefine how legal work is done globally. What you will be doing: * Act as a trusted legal partner to Legora's product and engineering teams, providing hands-on counsel throughout the product lifecycle from concept and design through development, launch and iteration. * Advise on product-related legal risks, including data practices, AI governance, content moderation, terms of service and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. * Draft, review, and negotiate product-related agreements, including integrations, partnerships, licensing, brand, and marketing agreements. * Advise on IP risk allocation, licensing models, usage rights, ownership, and contractual protections in customer- and partner-facing agreements. * Support the protection and enforcement of Legora’s IP and brand, including trademark and domain portfolios, assisting in registrations and management, and supporting IP-related prosecution, disputes and litigation as needed. * Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and guidelines to standardise negotiations, protect core IP assets, and improve execution speed. Who you are * Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from Sweden, the UK, or an EU-jurisdiction, qualified to practice in that country. * Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Additional language skills are meritorious. * Several years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel with meaningful exposure to technology and intellectual property-related legal work. * Strong experience drafting and negotiating technology agreements, and navigating regulatory frameworks relevant to software and AI products. Meaningful experience working with data privacy is meritorious. * An excellent communicator who can translate complex legal and regulatory risks into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders. * Strong legal judgment and confidence in making decisions independently, with a focus on achieving meaningful business outcomes. * You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic entrepreneurial environment and a rapidly evolving business setting. You take initiative, are comfortable working independently and can effectively manage work across different time zones. * You are excited about the potential of technology to transform the legal industry. You have a keen interest in AI and legal tech, and you are eager to learn and apply these tools in real-world settings. * Experience with intellectual property matters (including IP management, licensing and enforcement) is a strong plus.
