Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal
teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing
thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters:
judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and
Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through
acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and
campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
Mission: Operationalize Legora's biggest launches and marketing programs — keeping product, marketing, and go-to-market moving as
one, so the work ships on time and lands with impact. This role reports directly to the VP of Product Marketing.
What you'll do
Operationalize launches end to end. Own the operational backbone of major product launches: build the launch plan, track every
workstream, and keep owners accountable to dates. You're the person who knows the status of everything and makes sure nothing
slips through the cracks between teams.
Drive marketing programs to completion. Manage the projects that keep the PMM engine running — campaigns, enablement pushes,
content programs — from kickoff through delivery. Set the cadence, run the check-ins, and keep momentum when things get complex.
Keep cross-functional teams aligned. Sit at the center of PM, Product Ops, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and GTM and drive tight
collaboration across all four. Translate between functions, surface dependencies early, and turn a room of competing priorities
into a single shared plan.
Build the operating rhythm. Establish and maintain the systems that make launches repeatable: trackers, status reporting, launch
calendars, and retrospectives. Leave every program better documented and easier to run than the last.
Protect the timeline. When a deliverable slips or priorities collide, you triage, escalate the right things to the right people,
and keep the launch on track without waiting to be told.
Manage external agency relationships. Own the day-to-day ops with creative, content, and other external partners: brief them
clearly, hold them to scope and deadlines, and make sure their output meets the bar. You're the bridge between Legora's creative
standards and the work that comes back, in partnership with brand design and PMM.
Who succeeds in this role
An experienced operator who runs programs like an owner: highly organized, calm under deadline pressure, and energized by getting
cross-functional teams to pull in the same direction. You communicate crisply, chase down ambiguity rather than wait it out, and
care more about outcomes shipping than tasks being logged. You move fluently between stakeholders at every level of the
organization — from individual contributors to executives — and manage external partners with the same rigor. Fluent enough in
product and marketing to earn the trust of both.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. About the role: As a Product Operations Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of how Legora scales its product. You’ll help us turn complexity into clarity by solving stakeholder alignment challenges, enabling cross‑functional collaboration at scale, and ensuring our teams can ship high‑quality AI products — fast and smoothly. This is a front‑row role at the edge of our product and release engine. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Enablement, and Client Support to ensure launches land smoothly, insights flow back into product decisions, and operational friction never slows us down. You’ll also be hands‑on with AI‑driven problem solving: using modern AI tools, building and defining agents, and designing systems that help teams make better decisions and move faster. If you enjoy connecting dots across teams, designing scalable systems, and being the person who makes complex things work — this role is for you. What you will be doing * Own product operations at scale: create clarity across fast‑moving teams by defining processes, rituals, and tooling that keep Product, Engineering, and Go‑to‑Market aligned as we grow. * Be the connective tissue between teams: proactively identify stakeholder misalignment, surface trade‑offs, and drive resolution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Enablement, and Client Support. * Operate at the front edge of releases: coordinate complex, multi‑track launches; manage timelines, dependencies, and communications; and ensure every release is impactful, predictable, and well‑understood across the company. * Solve problems with AI: leverage AI tools and analytics to uncover insights, automate workflows, and build or define agents that help teams scale decision‑making, triage issues, and learn faster from customers. * Translate signal into action: synthesize data, feedback, and operational insights into clear narratives that shape roadmaps, priorities, and product strategy. * Drive product excellence: partner with Product to define success metrics, track adoption and product health, and recommend improvements grounded in both qualitative and quantitative insights. * Design scalable systems: build and continuously improve processes for release management, incident handling, feedback loops, and cross‑functional execution. * Lead through ambiguity: manage high‑severity incidents and escalations, advocate for tech‑debt reduction, and help teams focus on the highest‑impact problems. What We’re Looking For * A strong generalist with 2–6 years of experience, ideally with a background in Computer Science, Business, Data, or similar — and a deep interest in product, systems thinking, and how organizations scale. * Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, influence without authority, and drive alignment across multiple teams. * Comfort working with data and AI‑powered tools: experience with SQL and analytics platforms is a nice to have, but curiosity about using AI agents and automation to solve operational problems is a must have. * A builder’s mindset: you enjoy designing processes from scratch, iterating quickly, and improving systems over time. * Clear, confident communicator who can turn messy inputs into structured plans, decisions, and narratives. * Thrives in ambiguity, moves fast with a bias for action, and cares deeply about making teams and products more effective. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. We are hiring a Senior PMM, Pricing & Packaging to own how Legora prices and packages the Legora aOS platform — translating the depth of a vertical legal operating system into commercial structures that make sense to the buyers who evaluate it. Pricing is where positioning meets revenue. Legora isn't a seat-based horizontal tool being priced like one — it's an operating system with agents, workflows, and practice-specific capability that different buyers value differently. A GC evaluating in-house legal AI and a managing partner evaluating a firm-wide deployment aren't paying for the same thing, even when they're looking at the same platform. This role exists to make sure our pricing and packaging reflect that: capturing the value we create, staying legible to buyers and sales alike, and evolving as fast as the product does. The ideal candidate has spent the better part of a decade in pricing, packaging, or monetization-focused product marketing at high-growth enterprise SaaS or AI companies. They think in frameworks and are equally comfortable building a willingness-to-pay model and writing the one-pager that explains a new package to the field. They know how to partner with GTM, Finance, and Product without letting any one function pull pricing in a direction the market won't bear. What you'll do * Pricing strategy: Own Legora's pricing architecture across segments — in-house legal teams and law firms — ensuring price reflects value delivered. * Packaging architecture: Design and evolve how all Legora capabilities are bundled into packages that are easy for buyers to understand and easy for GTM to sell. * New product monetization: Define pricing and packaging for product lines as they launch, in lockstep with the teams building them. * Market & competitive intelligence: Collaborate with the competitive strategist on ongoing win-loss and competitive pricing analysis to keep our model sharp against how the market is evolving, particularly as AI-native pricing models mature. * Sales enablement: Build the guidance, talk tracks, battlecards, and deal-desk tools that help sales price and structure deals with confidence, including for non-standard or strategic deals. * Cross-functional alignment: Partner with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Product leadership to land pricing changes without disrupting the pipeline or the field. * Buyer research: Run willingness-to-pay and value-perception research across in-house and law firm buyers to keep pricing grounded in how they actually make decisions. What you'll bring * 6–8+ years in product marketing, pricing, or monetization roles, with substantial time owning pricing or packaging strategy at scale * Deep experience pricing AI, SaaS, or workflow products for enterprise or professional services buyers — legal a strong plus * Comfortable moving between quantitative rigor (pricing models, elasticity, willingness-to-pay) and clear, persuasive writing that sales and buyers can actually use * A track record of shipping pricing or packaging changes that held up commercially and organizationally, not just on a whiteboard * Demonstrated ability to partner with Finance and Sales leadership without losing sight of the buyer * Exceptional writing. You should be able to point to something you've written and defend every word * Operates with conviction in ambiguous environments and doesn't need a large support structure to produce great work Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.
