You'll be one of the first hires on the EMEA RevOps team and a critical force multiplier for the Head of RevOps EMEA. You'll cover
ground across Sales, Marketing, CS, Legal Engineer Ops - partnering with leaders in each function, diagnosing where the funnel is
leaking, and shipping the fixes. You'll work alongside our RevOps Engineer on the systems side and own the analytical, process,
and operating-cadence work yourself.
This role suits someone who's already proven they can operate independently in one or two RevOps domains and now wants to widen
their scope. You'll get exposure to territory planning, planning cycles, forecasting, and stack decisions.

THE ROLE As Legora scales across Europe and sells to the world's largest law firms and enterprises, sustainability moves from nice-to-have to a requirement — in regulation (CSRD), in procurement, and in the due-diligence questionnaires our clients send. This is a founding role to stand up Legora's ESG function and own it end to end. You will build Legora's ESG programme from scratch: the reporting that satisfies CSRD, the carbon accounting and offset programme, and the credibility to represent Legora directly to clients and prospects on sustainability. You report to the VP of Operations and partner with Finance, Legal, Workplace, and Revenue. This is part compliance, part programme-building, part client-facing. Two things make it specific to Legora: every reporting workflow should be AI-automated rather than hand-run, and — because an AI company's climate story is a compute story — you'll navigate the footprint of large datacentres and stay ahead of where efficiency is heading as chips get better. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Stand up and take long-term ownership of Legora's ESG function — defining the strategy, commitments, and operating plan to ensure our frameworks mature as the company grows. * Automate the reporting stack: build AI-driven workflows for CSRD and RFP/security questionnaires so disclosures are generated, not hand-assembled. * Own CSRD readiness and reporting: scope the requirements, build the data collection, and produce the disclosures with Finance and Legal. * Own Legora's compute and datacentre climate footprint — model it, track efficiency trends as chips and datacentres improve, and turn it into a credible forward-looking story. * Build the GHG/carbon accounting model and run the carbon offset programme — measurement, reduction targets, and credible offsets. * Represent Legora on sustainability calls with client leadership teams, CXOs, and partner groups, and own the ESG due-diligence response. * Drive audit readiness and keep the programme defensible as regulation and client expectations evolve. WHAT YOU BRING * 8+ years in ESG, sustainability, or a related compliance/operating role, with hands-on reporting experience. * Deep AI and datacentre fluency — you can navigate the climate footprint of large datacentres and see ahead on efficiency trends as chips and compute get better. * An AI-first mindset — you automate reporting (CSRD, EcoVadis, CDP, SBTi, RFP) with AI rather than running it by hand. * Working knowledge of CSRD and GHG accounting (or the ability to get up to speed fast and own it). * Comfortable client-facing — you hold your own on calls with client leadership teams, CXOs, and partner groups. * A great, direct communicator, strong in slides and analytics — preferably an MBB / top-tier strategy consulting background. * Strong operating discipline: you turn a regulatory requirement into a data pipeline, a deadline, and a clean disclosure. STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO * Have built and/or led a tech company's ESG strategy from scratch. * Bring experience in a regulated or enterprise-sales environment where ESG credentials affect deals. THE ROLE We're hiring a Manager, Deal Desk to join our Deal Desk team at Legora. This is a key role with a clear mandate: enable sales velocity while protecting pricing integrity, policy compliance, and revenue accuracy at scale. You'll be a trusted partner to Sales leadership and a key connector between Sales, Finance, Legal, and GTM Operations. This role blends strategic judgment with hands-on execution - ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable processes while staying close to the details that make deals work. As Legora continues to scale across regions, products, and business models, you'll play an important role in shaping how we sell, how we book revenue, and how we maintain operational excellence globally. WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll be a key member of the Deal Desk team, serving as a primary point of contact for deal review, structuring, and approval. You'll work closely with Sales leadership to ensure deals align with Legora's commercial strategy while meeting internal policy and revenue standards. More than that, we believe you will thrive by taking ownership of: * Managing Deal Desk support for the EMEA region, partnering closely with Sales leadership to structure, price, and approve deals accurately and strategically * Positioning Deal Desk as a trusted advisor earlier in the sales cycle, helping accelerate deal velocity and improve deal quality * Reviewing deals for policy alignment, compliance, and booking accuracy, including pricing, configuration, approvals, and escalation of non-standard terms * Partnering cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Billing, Revenue, Collections, and GTM Operations to streamline quote-to-cash workflows * Identifying process gaps and contributing to scalable solutions as the Deal Desk function matures alongside the business * Supporting Finance during month-end close and audit cycles, ensuring deals are correctly reflected across systems * Analysing deal trends and process efficiency, using data to surface insights and drive continuous improvement * Enabling and educating Sales teams on policies, processes, and best practices to improve compliance and speed * Supporting cross-functional initiatives tied to selling motions, product launches, and business model evolution * Acting as a builder in a fast-growing environment, contributing to frameworks, tools, and processes that support scale WHAT YOU BRING You're an experienced Deal Desk professional who combines strong commercial instincts with operational rigour. You're comfortable operating at the intersection of Sales and Finance, and you know how to balance speed with control. What You Will Be Doing * Own team revenue performance and quota attainment, driving accountability, consistent execution, and predictable growth. * Coach and develop team members across the entire customer lifecycle, providing clear, actionable feedback that improves performance and accelerates results. * Lead pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecasting processes to improve decision-making, forecast accuracy, and overall GTM effectiveness. * Identify performance gaps and conversion challenges early, implementing targeted actions to improve pipeline health, deal velocity, and win rates. * Establish and maintain high standards for GTM execution, ensuring consistent adoption of messaging, methodologies, processes, and best practices. * Leverage data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to optimise team productivity, strengthen deal strategy, and improve commercial outcomes. * Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to enhance funnel performance, refine GTM strategy, and continuously improve playbooks and ways of working. What Will Help You Thrive * 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS within sales, business development, customer success, or other customer-facing GTM functions, with experience leading or influencing team performance. * A strong track record in pipeline management, forecasting, deal strategy, and driving revenue growth in fast-paced, high-growth environments. * Proven ability to coach, develop, and elevate performance through direct, constructive, and actionable feedback. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and translate insights into measurable actions and results. * Experience leveraging AI and modern GTM technologies to improve productivity, forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and team effectiveness. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and turn strategy into execution. * A hands-on, high-ownership mindset with a bias for action, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
