Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal
teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing
thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters:
judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and
Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through
acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and
campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
The role
As a Data Scientist at Legora you will turn data into decisions. You'll sit close to the business, taking questions end-to-end:
shaping the metric, modelling the data in dbt, running the analysis, and making the recommendation. You'll pull in new data
sources when you need to, but the underlying instrumentation and platform belong to our data engineering team. Insights are
useful; impact is what we hire for.
We're an AI-first data team. We believe the data function should be redesigned around what AI now makes possible, not retrofitted
with it, and we want someone excited to help define what that looks like in practice.
There's no single profile we hire for. Some of us are strongest at data modelling and analytics engineering, some at
experimentation and causal inference, some at machine learning, some at stakeholder influence. You'll likely be excellent at one
or two of these and competent across the rest. That's the bar.
We're a small, centralised team supporting the whole company, hiring for the person, not the seat. Depending on your strengths and
where we have the biggest gap when you join, you could be embedded primarily with:

You'll partner directly with leaders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM, most of whom are unusually data-fluent and
will happily open a SQL editor with you. Your work will directly influence how we prioritise, how we sell, how we price, and how
we build.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE As Legora scales across Europe and sells to the world's largest law firms and enterprises, sustainability moves from nice-to-have to a requirement — in regulation (CSRD), in procurement, and in the due-diligence questionnaires our clients send. This is a founding role to stand up Legora's ESG function and own it end to end. You will build Legora's ESG programme from scratch: the reporting that satisfies CSRD, the carbon accounting and offset programme, and the credibility to represent Legora directly to clients and prospects on sustainability. You report to the VP of Operations and partner with Finance, Legal, Workplace, and Revenue. This is part compliance, part programme-building, part client-facing. Two things make it specific to Legora: every reporting workflow should be AI-automated rather than hand-run, and — because an AI company's climate story is a compute story — you'll navigate the footprint of large datacentres and stay ahead of where efficiency is heading as chips get better. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Stand up and take long-term ownership of Legora's ESG function — defining the strategy, commitments, and operating plan to ensure our frameworks mature as the company grows. * Automate the reporting stack: build AI-driven workflows for CSRD and RFP/security questionnaires so disclosures are generated, not hand-assembled. * Own CSRD readiness and reporting: scope the requirements, build the data collection, and produce the disclosures with Finance and Legal. * Own Legora's compute and datacentre climate footprint — model it, track efficiency trends as chips and datacentres improve, and turn it into a credible forward-looking story. * Build the GHG/carbon accounting model and run the carbon offset programme — measurement, reduction targets, and credible offsets. * Represent Legora on sustainability calls with client leadership teams, CXOs, and partner groups, and own the ESG due-diligence response. * Drive audit readiness and keep the programme defensible as regulation and client expectations evolve. WHAT YOU BRING * 8+ years in ESG, sustainability, or a related compliance/operating role, with hands-on reporting experience. * Deep AI and datacentre fluency — you can navigate the climate footprint of large datacentres and see ahead on efficiency trends as chips and compute get better. * An AI-first mindset — you automate reporting (CSRD, EcoVadis, CDP, SBTi, RFP) with AI rather than running it by hand. * Working knowledge of CSRD and GHG accounting (or the ability to get up to speed fast and own it). * Comfortable client-facing — you hold your own on calls with client leadership teams, CXOs, and partner groups. * A great, direct communicator, strong in slides and analytics — preferably an MBB / top-tier strategy consulting background. * Strong operating discipline: you turn a regulatory requirement into a data pipeline, a deadline, and a clean disclosure. STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO * Have built and/or led a tech company's ESG strategy from scratch. * Bring experience in a regulated or enterprise-sales environment where ESG credentials affect deals. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: partner with teams and customers across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: comprehensive salary, equity, benefits, and the tools to do your best work. * Meaningful work: you are standing up the function that keeps a hyper-growth company credible and compliant. * In-person environment: a Stockholm office designed for ambitious builders. The Role We’re looking for a senior Product Manager to build user-facing products that impact hundreds of thousands of legal professionals. You’ll have the opportunity to join and lead one of the product teams shaping the core of the Legora platform, working across surfaces like our drafting products, tabular review, task management, and research and regulatory products. Wherever you land, the mandate is the same: build 0-to-1 products that help revolutionize a legacy profession. You’ll do it inside an AI-native company growing at hyper speed, with the autonomy to take ideas from a blank canvas to products that thousands of lawyers rely on every day. This is a rare chance to define entirely new categories of legal software, not iterate on the old ones. What You'll Do * Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one of our core user-facing product areas, such as drafting, tabular review, task management, or research and regulatory products. * Build 0-to-1 products and features from the ground up, taking ideas from concept to launch and iterating quickly based on real user feedback. * Partner closely with design and engineering to ship polished, AI-native experiences with a strong bar for craft. * Deeply understand how legal professionals work, and translate their needs into intuitive, opinionated product decisions. * Use AI as a core building block, shaping how legal professionals work with and trust AI in their day-to-day. * Run experiments, instrument the right metrics, and turn data and qualitative insight into a prioritized roadmap. * Move fast in a high-growth environment, balancing speed with quality and a relentless focus on user impact. What You Bring * An experienced, senior Product Manager with a strong background building user-facing products at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. * A track record of building 0-to-1 products that have had a major impact on users. * Hands-on experience building AI-native products, where AI is a central part of the experience. * Strong product judgment and the ability to balance qualitative insight with quantitative rigor. * Excellent collaboration skills, with a history of partnering tightly with design, engineering, and other functions to ship products. * A genuine interest in revolutionizing a legacy profession and making complex software feel simple, fast, and enjoyable. * High standards, low ego, and a bias toward ownership and outcomes.
