As Legora scales across Europe and sells to the world's largest law firms and enterprises, sustainability moves from nice-to-have
to a requirement — in regulation (CSRD), in procurement, and in the due-diligence questionnaires our clients send. This is a
founding role to stand up Legora's ESG function and own it end to end.
You will build Legora's ESG programme from scratch: the reporting that satisfies CSRD, the carbon accounting and offset programme,
and the credibility to represent Legora directly to clients and prospects on sustainability. You report to the VP of Operations
and partner with Finance, Legal, Workplace, and Revenue. This is part compliance, part programme-building, part client-facing. Two
things make it specific to Legora: every reporting workflow should be AI-automated rather than hand-run, and — because an AI
company's climate story is a compute story — you'll navigate the footprint of large datacentres and stay ahead of where efficiency

THE ROLE Legora is adding 100+ people a month and heading toward 2,000. At that pace the informal, tribal version of how a company runs breaks down fast: new joiners reconstruct how decisions get made through Slack threads, and teams quietly point in different directions. The fix is an explicit, durable operating model — and someone who owns it permanently. This is that role. This is a founding role: you will build the function from scratch, then scale it as Legora grows. As Senior Operations Manager, you will own the machine that turns company strategy into coordinated execution: the planning cycle, the metric tree, the operating cadence, and the decision-rights framework. You will be Legora's cross-functional integrator — the person who owns the seams between teams, ensures direction set at the top reaches execution on the ground, and keeps alignment from decaying between quarterly beats. You report to the VP of Operations, work with the C-suite and functional leads, and will build a small BizOps team as the function matures. This is a founding operator role: the operating model is being stood up now, and you will inherit it, own it, and scale it. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own Legora's operating model: how direction is set, how it cascades to every team, how decisions get made, and how alignment is built and held. * Run the company's operating rhythm: quarterly planning cycle, OKR process, weekly metrics heartbeat, and company calendar. * Build and maintain the metric tree — from company North Star down to team-level inputs — and make it the single shared scoreboard the whole org reads off. * Define and hold the decision-rights framework: who owns what, what escalates, and how fast it moves. * Serve as the cross-functional integrator for initiatives that fall between team mandates; own the handoffs and the hard conversations that no single team will pick up. * Partner with functional leads — EPD, GTM, Finance, People, Legal — to translate company bets into team goals and roadmaps. * Produce the structured communication that keeps direction clear: quarterly all-hands framing, leadership committee materials, and the standing forums that repeat the why. * Over time, build and lead a small Business Operations team to own this function at scale. WHAT YOU BRING * 8+ years of experience, with a track record that combines analytical rigor with hands-on operating work. The classic arc is consulting or banking into strategy, then into an operator seat — but we welcome other paths that build the same muscles. * Experience running company-wide planning processes: OKRs, quarterly reviews, metric trees, or equivalent at a company of 300+ people. * Strong operating judgment — you move fluidly between designing the system and running it, between a leadership committee deck and an in-the-weeds implementation conversation. * Executive presence and backbone: you build trust quickly and drive outcomes through influence, not authority, in rooms with founders and VPs. * A clear, direct communication style. You write proposals before meetings, state the recommendation up front, and do not bury the lead. * Comfort building in ambiguity: this is a founding role and a new function. The job is to create the structure, not maintain it. STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO * Have built an operating model, planning cadence, or decision-rights framework from scratch at a scaling company. * Bring experience with M&A integration or organisational design — both are live workstreams at Legora. * Have worked in a Chief of Staff or VP Ops capacity, either as the role or as a close partner to it. * Come from a hyper-growth environment where the org doubled more than once during their tenure. The role We're looking for a Senior Web Designer to own how Legora shows up on the web. You'll join the Brand team and take Legora.com from good to the best website in the category, thinking beyond convention about what a web experience can be. You'll work closely with the Brand Designers, Copywriter, Web Editor, Product Marketing team and Project Manager to bring campaigns and product stories to life online, and partner with the Senior Brand Designer, Product on photography, video and motion that elevates the web experience. The Responsibilities * Legora.com. Own Legora.com end-to-end. Think outside the box about what's possible, not just what's expected. * Landing pages & brand moments. Design and iterate on campaign landing pages and interactive brand moments. * Design system. Contribute to and maintain our web design system in Framer. * Interaction & motion. Design interactions, motion and prototypes that bring narratives to life on web. * Performance. Ensure every page is fast, responsive and holds up across devices. * Testing. Work with Growth and Performance Marketing to test layouts and flows, using data to sharpen what's working. * Content & CMS. Own how the site is structured and maintained, working closely with the Web Editor. * Agency network. Bring in web agencies and specialist partners to elevate expression, do the most yourself, use agencies to go further. * Cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with Brand Designer Product, Copywriters, Web Editor, Product Marketing and the Project Manager to keep execution on track. * AI-enabled workflows. Use AI tools to speed up ideation and iteration without cutting corners on quality. What we are looking for * You have a portfolio that pushes category norms in web design, not just follows them. * You own complex web work end-to-end, concept to live site, including how it performs and is maintained. * You have strong interaction, motion and storytelling sensibilities. * ou have meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of taste. * You care as much about performance as polish, and use data to sharpen decisions rather than shipping once and moving on. * You've worked in Framer; coding is a plus. * You know how to get the most from agencies without depending on them. * You use AI tools daily to work faster without losing quality. * You collaborate naturally across Copy, Web Editor, Product Marketing and Design. Experience and background * Experience. 5+ years in web design, within Tech, B2B, SaaS or high-growth environments. * Tools. Comfortable working in modern no-code/low-code web design tools (e.g. Framer or similar). Ability to code React components is a plus. * Performance & testing. Track record shipping fast, responsive sites, and experience testing/optimising with performance teams. * Content operations. Experience structuring a CMS for non-technical teams to use confidently. * Agency experience. Proven experience briefing and managing agencies or freelancers. * AI-native. THE ROLE Mission: Operationalize Legora's biggest launches and marketing programs — keeping product, marketing, and go-to-market moving as one, so the work ships on time and lands with impact. This role reports directly to the VP of Product Marketing. What you'll do Operationalize launches end to end. Own the operational backbone of major product launches: build the launch plan, track every workstream, and keep owners accountable to dates. You're the person who knows the status of everything and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks between teams. Drive marketing programs to completion. Manage the projects that keep the PMM engine running — campaigns, enablement pushes, content programs — from kickoff through delivery. Set the cadence, run the check-ins, and keep momentum when things get complex. Keep cross-functional teams aligned. Sit at the center of PM, Product Ops, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and GTM and drive tight collaboration across all four. Translate between functions, surface dependencies early, and turn a room of competing priorities into a single shared plan. Build the operating rhythm. Establish and maintain the systems that make launches repeatable: trackers, status reporting, launch calendars, and retrospectives. Leave every program better documented and easier to run than the last. Protect the timeline. When a deliverable slips or priorities collide, you triage, escalate the right things to the right people, and keep the launch on track without waiting to be told. Manage external agency relationships. Own the day-to-day ops with creative, content, and other external partners: brief them clearly, hold them to scope and deadlines, and make sure their output meets the bar. You're the bridge between Legora's creative standards and the work that comes back, in partnership with brand design and PMM. Who succeeds in this role An experienced operator who runs programs like an owner: highly organized, calm under deadline pressure, and energized by getting cross-functional teams to pull in the same direction. You communicate crisply, chase down ambiguity rather than wait it out, and care more about outcomes shipping than tasks being logged. You move fluently between stakeholders at every level of the organization — from individual contributors to executives — and manage external partners with the same rigor. Fluent enough in product and marketing to earn the trust of both.
