ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team and serve as the dedicated analytics partner to our Product organisation. As a Product Analyst, you will help our product teams make better decisions through data. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to uncover user insights, measure product performance, and drive experimentation across the customer journey. You'll play a key role in establishing best practices for product analytics, event tracking, and experimentation while enabling teams to make confident, data-informed decisions. Your insights will directly influence the experience of millions of consumers and thousands of professionals using Bokadirekt every month. Beyond product analytics, we're looking for someone with an AI-native mindset—someone who knows how to leverage AI to work smarter while applying sound judgement to validate AI-generated insights and recommendations. This is an opportunity to shape how analytics, experimentation, and AI contribute to the continued growth of one of Sweden's most widely used consumer platforms. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Drive product insights across the full customer journey by identifying user behaviour, friction points, drop-offs, and growth opportunities * Own A/B testing end-to-end, from experiment design and statistical validation to analysis and post-mortems * Champion our experimentation framework by coaching product managers, designers, and engineers on experiment design and data-informed decision-making * Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define, implement, and continuously improve reliable event tracking standards * Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve productivity, and apply sound judgement when validating AI-generated insights WHO YOU ARE * Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field * Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst, ideally in a technology-driven environment * Strong proficiency in SQL * Hands-on experience designing, analysing, and evaluating A/B tests * Experience working with product event tracking in fast-moving environments where processes and data are continuously evolving * Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguous situations and turning insights into action * Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders * Experience with GCP (BigQuery, Looker), Amplitude, Mixpanel, Confidence by Spotify or similar * Professional fluency in English; Swedish is a plus WHAT WE OFFER * The opportunity to influence product strategy and user experience through data at one of Sweden's most widely used consumer apps * The opportunity to shape how product decisions are made through experimentation, analytics, and AI * A collaborative culture built on ownership, innovation, and knowledge sharing * A flexible hybrid work model with four days in the office each week, including Wednesdays as our "Inspiration Day," when the whole company comes together for breakfast and shared activities * A modern office in the heart of Stockholm * A competitive salary and benefits package ABOUT THE POSITION Start date: As soon as possible / By agreement Location: Our office at Kungsgatan 38 in central Stockholm (hybrid) Employment type: Full-time, permanent position Application deadline: August 14 APPLICATION We review applications continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with engineers and analysts to design, implement, and maintain cloud-native data and ML services. Build and optimize streaming and batch data workflows with Kafka, dbt/SQL, and related technologies. Develop robust backend components and services in Java/Spring Boot and contribute to model-serving capabilities in Python where appropriate. Contribute to architectural discussions and propose practical solutions in a fast-moving, exploratory environment. Champion best practices in testing, monitoring, and observability to keep data products reliable and secure. Desired Skills & Experience (You don’t need to tick every box, strong skills in several areas plus willingness to learn are what matter most.) Java/Spring Boot expertise (core requirement). Proficiency in Python for data and ML workflows. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) and modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Argo CD). Familiarity with Kafka and dbt/SQL for streaming and transformations. Experience with Spark or similar distributed processing frameworks is a plus.
