Chief of Staff

About the Role

As Chief of Staff, you’ll be the connective tissue of Enlace — working directly with the founders to drive strategy, operations, and execution across the company. This is a high-leverage role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and cares deeply about building something meaningful in healthcare.

What You’ll Do

Own strategic initiatives end-to-end, from scoping to execution

Drive internal operations — planning, hiring processes, and cross-functional coordination

Prepare materials for investor, partner, and customer meetings

Identify bottlenecks and unblock the team before problems escalate

Build the operational foundations that let the company scale

Serve as a sounding board for the founders on key decisions

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in consulting, operations, or a high-growth startup

Exceptional written and verbal communication

Strong analytical thinking — comfortable with data, models, and structured problem-solving

High agency and low ego — you do whatever it takes to move things forward

Genuine interest in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries
