We’re looking for a Community Lead with a genuine passion for games to be the voice of the player for theHunter: Call of the Wild. In this role, you will own the player relationship end-to-end, acting as the bridge between our audience and the development team. You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement; writing the strategy and then driving it forward alongside two Community Managers to ensure that our development and communication are informed by a deep, empathetic understanding of our community.
You’ll be stepping into a team that already has strong foundations, including an active Discord, Steam, Social, and Livestream presence. Your job is to mature and elevate these into a more strategically cohesive operation. You will be the senior advocate for a thriving community that has made theHunter a global phenomenon and a benchmark for the genre over the last decade.
The Position
This is a high-impact role for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a self-driven executor. You will lead a mature community ecosystem, combining high-level direction with daily execution to ensure the player’s voice is a natural part of our work and product evolution.
ACCURX IS SOLVING HEALTHCARE PRODUCTIVITY FOR THE NHS For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. At Accurx, we’re changing that by building a single, system-wide platform that helps every patient get gold-standard, efficient, and joined-up care. What started as a way for GPs to text a patient, has now evolved into an all-in-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices and 68% (and growing!) of NHS Trusts. Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book that lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time. We’re not just shipping features. We’re giving clinicians their time back and ensuring every patient journey is as smooth as it should be. THAT SOUNDS COOL… WHAT DOES A COMMUNITY LEAD HAVE TO DO WITH IT? As our Community Lead, your role will be central to shaping how healthcare professionals connect, learn from one another, and advocate for better communication across the NHS. You'll support and scale one of the most engaged clinical communities in the UK, ensuring users feel supported day to day, while turning their insights into a core driver of product adoption, advocacy and brand trust. THE CHALLENGES YOU'LL SOLVE AS OUR COMMUNITY LEAD * Building strategic and large-scale communities: Shaping and delivering the long-term vision for our primary and secondary care communities, with community playing a clear role in driving product adoption and advocacy, not just engagement. This is a hands-on role: you'll be actively running community campaigns, as well as setting direction. * Turning unstructured clinical conversations into scalable content: Creating repeatable, scalable ways to transform high-volume community conversations into user-led content, learning assets and programmes, using strong storytelling to make Accurx's value clear and compelling across the market. * Scaling advocacy through ambassadors and peer influence: Owning and evolving large-scale ambassador and super-user programmes that enable clinicians to influence peers authentically, and aligning this work closely with product and marketing priorities. * Evolving our community platforms and programmes: Making thoughtful calls on when existing tools are "good enough" and when they aren't, and helping Accurx invest in the right platforms, processes and operating models to support a growing, multi-product, multi-care-setting community. YOU SHOULD APPLY IF... * You have proven experience building and growing large-scale communities (thousands of users), ideally in SaaS, tech or healthcare, this is essential for the role. * You've used community as a core driver of growth, product adoption or brand advocacy, rather than it being primarily focused on support, account management or research. * You have a strong track record of designing, running or scaling ambassador programmes or super-user initiatives that drive peer-to-peer learning and influence. * You can point to clear examples of turning unstructured community conversations into scalable, user-led content, with strong written communication and storytelling skills. * You bring a data-informed and tool-savvy mindset, using signals, feedback and AI to scale insight capture and content without losing authenticity. * You're a strong cross-functional collaborator, comfortable partnering closely with Product, User Research, Product Marketing and Events. WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME? You'll be joining an established but fast-growing Tech for Good movement, where we're led by our Principles and our mission to Solve Healthcare Productivity. * £65,000 - £85,000 salary + £30,000 share options * Benefits to suit you: adjust your healthcare cover, your pension or life insurance, whatever stage you're at in life * Flexible Working: We are an office first culture and ask that you're in our (dog-friendly) Shoreditch office 3 days a week, with core hours of 10am–4pm * Time off: You'll get 28 days of holiday (plus bank holidays) and up to 4 weeks to work from anywhere per year * Family matters: We offer enhanced parental leave, fertility support and parental loss support * We have our very own Chef! Free healthy breakfasts, snacks and lunches will be provided, with the occasional sweet treat! Want to know more about the company or the hiring process? Check out our Careers page and Candidate hub. Who we are Sapien is rethinking how finance teams operate in the age of AI. We're building toward an autonomous CFO—systems that run company financials end-to-end. Our platform analyzes complex financial data in real time to increase decision cadence, prevent costly mistakes, and surface value. Sapien has caught multi-million-dollar errors, saved thousands of jobs, and returned significant dollars to customers' bottom lines. We partner with traditional businesses—manufacturing, healthcare, restaurants, and large enterprises—to deeply understand and automate their financial workflows. We're HQ'd by Madison Square Park in NYC and backed by General Catalyst, Neo, and top operators from Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Ramp, and Stripe (over $9M raised). THE ROLE Community is a first-class function at Sapien—not a marketing channel, not a nice-to-have. It's how we build trust with finance leaders, find the people we want to work with, and reinforce the culture that makes this company run. You'll work closely with the CEO as a hybrid community builder, talent scout, and chief of staff. We're looking for someone who understands the tech and finance ecosystem—likely from a few years in VC, startup ops, or a similar seat where you were constantly building relationships, evaluating people, and connecting dots. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own events end-to-end. Plan and execute weekly dinners, monthly hiring events in NYC, and CFO dinners in NYC plus two additional cities each month. Manage the full Sapien event calendar on Luma—reading groups, team events, and external programming. * Run recruiting outbound and pipeline. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and warmer channels. Set up coffee chats, support screening, and move candidates through the funnel in Ashby. * Build the candidate experience. Make sure every prospective hire feels the Sapien community before day one—personal outreach, event invites, LinkedIn shoutouts for new teammates. Capture photos at events and across the team. * Track what's working. Own KPIs across community and recruiting: event-to-interview conversion, touchpoints to hire, channel performance. Use data to improve the process, not just report it. * Set the internal rhythm. Organize in-office programming—AI reading groups, poker nights, team dinners—and make sure those moments are captured and shared. * Support the CEO on cross-functional projects. Pick up high-leverage work across ops, eng, and GTM as it comes up—whatever the team needs most. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 2–5 years in venture capital, startup operations, talent/recruiting, or a community-facing role in tech. * Natural relationship builder. People remember meeting you. You follow up and connect dots between people and opportunities without being asked. * Event planning chops. You've run dinners, panels, meetups, or recruiting events—and you know the difference between a forgettable happy hour and an evening people talk about afterward. You can also handle the unglamorous side: booking flights, coordinating travel, managing calendars. * Strong written communication. You can draft a LinkedIn post, a candidate outreach message, an event recap, and an eng blog brief all in the same afternoon. * Data-driven. You track what matters and use your numbers to decide where to invest time. * Fluent in tech and/or finance. You understand how startups work, how hiring works, and how finance teams think. You can hold a real conversation with a CFO and with a seed-stage founder. * Flexibility across tools. You'll live in Ashby, Luma, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator daily. HOW YOU WORK (VALUES WE CARE ABOUT) * AI-native. You're energized by applying AI to transform how businesses run. * Ambiguity-shaping. You turn nebulous problems into a first pass and drive to resolution. * Extreme ownership. You identify what's next—and do it. If you say it, it gets done. * Speed & hustle. You bias to action and move with urgency without sacrificing quality.
OUR MISSION At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved. We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility. The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for. Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe. FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THE TEAM AND LIFE AT OMNEA HERE. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for an Events & Community Lead to be Omnea's first marketing hire in North America. This is a rare opportunity: the entrepreneurial ownership of building a loyal following from scratch in a new market, but with the funding, brand, and momentum of one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies. You'll be embedded in our NYC office alongside an exceptional GTM and Customer team, and Arie Barendrecht (US, GM) who is scaling Omnea's US presence at an incredible pace. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales: you'll operate as an extension of the revenue team and will own a pipeline number. Events are the core of this role. You'll own Omnea's presence at trade shows, run executive dinners, build regional programmes, and create the kind of high-touch moments that open doors with enterprise buyers. Alongside that, you'll be comfortable picking up broader growth marketing activities, ranging from ABM or content marketing (e.g. videos from events). This isn't a role for someone who wants to execute someone else's playbook. It's for someone who wants to write it and be accountable for what it delivers. It is for someone who gets energy from hosting incredible events, building meaningful connections, and taking pride in leaving a positive impression on people. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT * Own Omnea's field presence across North America, with events as your primary lever: trade shows, executive dinners, hosted roundtables, roadshows, and regional programmes targeting CFOs, procurement leaders, and finance operators * Plan and execute events end-to-end, with sharp pre/during/post motions that convert attendance into pipeline, not just brand awareness * Build the playbook for how Omnea shows up in the US market, from which events are worth sponsoring to how we run our own * Travel regularly to industry events across North America and make regular trips to our London HQ to stay tightly connected to the broader marketing and product teams * Support net-new pipeline generation beyond events: running ABM programmes, coordinating with Commercial Associates, and picking up paid or digital activity where needed * Work closely with the NYC GTM team and US GM to align on territory priorities, account strategy, and pipeline goals, acting as a peer to GTM leadership, not a service function * Feed market intelligence back into the business, informing positioning, messaging, and product direction based on what you're hearing in the field * Partner with our London-based marketing team (content, product marketing, design, demand gen) to localise campaigns and assets for the US market * Measure everything: pipeline influenced, account engagement, event ROI, and conversion, and use that data to continuously optimise your approach * As Omnea's US presence scales, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team of your own ABOUT YOU * 3+ years of field marketing experience OR any experience in planning events or projects alongside a fast-paced and demanding role * Events are your craft. You're a pro at planning & executing events or delivering delightful experiences, whether that's been in a formal work capacity (trade shows, exec dinners, annual summits) or even in your personal life! You know how to turn a room into a pipeline creation opportunity and leave people wowed * Proven track record of delivering results, ideally in a pipeline generation capacity or anything where you can show you drove the results * You've worked with sales teams before and understand how they operate: maybe you've sat in pipeline reviews, understand how salespeople think, * Comfortable as a generalist when needed: you can run a paid campaign, set up an ABM sequence, or brief a landing page without needing a specialist for every task * Entrepreneurial by nature: comfortable with ambiguity, energised by ownership, and able to build structure where none exists * Data-driven: pipeline, ROI, account engagement, and conversion rates are how you measure success, not only attendance numbers and vibes * You have gravitas and can communicate with senior executives * You go the extra mile: you are willing & able to travel regularly (around the US and to our London HQ), and enjoy putting in a shift to deliver amazing outcomes * Legally authorised to work in the United States without restriction At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out. A FEW THINGS TO NOTE: * We offer competitive geo-localised benefits, and you can check out our UK Benefits Package here and our US Benefits Package here. * We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices. At this early stage of our company life-cycle it's important to us that we get this together-time, and you can read more about why we believe this is a winning move here * We're commercial, ambitious and we don't pretend otherwise! We're actively seeking folks looking to make the most of a career-defining opportunity, with the hunger to be part of building something really impressive. You can see our values here and our Omnea Future Founder's fund here! * We sometimes use AI note-takers to help us transcribe interview notes, so we can be more present in your interview. If you'd like to opt out of us using automatic transcribers, please note this in the free text field in your application, otherwise we'll take your application as confirmation that you're happy for us to use notetakers (whether added to video calls or in the background). We are proud to be recognised for both our culture and product, and we are just getting started. Join us as we grow!
