På Gemit Solutions samlas kollegorna för att tillsammans utveckla företaget framåt och varvar jobb med en fika för att diskutera allt mellan himmel och jord. Teamet består i stort av civilingenjörer. I den här rollen kommer du att arbeta mycket nära bolagets KAM, för att tillsammans strukturera, utveckla och hålla ihop företagets kundrelationer samt säkerställa att kunderna får maximal nytta av systemet under sin kritiska uppstartssträcka.
Nu söker vi dig som har en ingenjörsmässig bakgrund och som vill arbeta mer med kundrelationer, rådgivning och struktur. Eftersom arbetet kräver teknisk förståelse och förmåga att snabbt arbeta självständigt söker vi dig som troligtvis är civilingenjör i grunden. Om du har erfarenhet av system som Jira och Trello är det ett stort plus. Det är viktigt att du kan tala samma språk som kunderna för att snappa upp deras behov och hjälpa dem att lyckas. Du bör vara en naturligt strukturerad, glad och "krispig" person som drivs av att föra projekt i mål.

Som Customer Success Engineer på Gemit kommer du att ta ansvar för kunderna efter att affären är genomförd. Du säkerställer att de kommer igång på rätt sätt under sitt första år och fungerar som den sammanhållande länken mellan kund, produktteam och utveckling. Som uppskattad medarbetare på Gemit så kommer du att:
Driva och ansvara för onboardingresan av nya kunder från överlämning till aktiv användning.
Planera, koordinera och hålla i kundanpassade utbildningar, workshops och webbinarier.
Strukturera och bygga upp kundresan operativt (t.ex. i Jira och Trello) för att hålla koll på alla kundaktiviteter, modulbyten och uppdateringar.
Fungera som kundens huvudsakliga kontaktperson, hålla ihop implementationsprojekten och se till att de drivs i mål utan att stanna av.
Fånga upp kundernas behov i det dagliga arbetet, dema nya funktioner/moduler och bolla kommersiella möjligheter vidare till säljteamet.
Vi söker dig som
Teknisk högskoleutbildning som Civilingenjör (t.ex. inom Maskinteknik, Kemi, Energi, Process eller motsvarande).
Ca 1–3 års arbetserfarenhet från processindustri, tillverkning, energi eller liknande systemtunga miljöer där du skaffat dig god system- och processförståelse.
Ett genuint intresse för digitalisering och förmåga att snabbt sätta dig inn i nya digitala verktyg.
Naturlig förmåga att skapa ordning, strukturera processer och driva aktiviteter framåt.
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.
Gemit Solutions kundbas har tidigare varit övervägande inom VA, men då det nu strömmar in kunder från flertalet nya branscher (såsom energi och life science) är det din generella civilingenjörsbakgrund och din metodik som är avgörande, snarare än specifik VA-kompetens.

Working in healthcare brings unique engineering challenges. Data quality, traceability, reproducibility, validation, and risk management are key aspects of our software development process. While RayIntelligence is not a medical device, we apply many of the same engineering principles and quality practices used across RaySearch. Unlike internal analytics teams, we are building a product for environments where we do not control the source systems. This requires us to handle limited access to real-world customer data, variations between customer environments, and the challenge of creating analytics that clinics can understand and trust. The Senior Cell Design Engineer will lead the design and development of current and next-generation lithium-ion battery cells, supporting both product innovation and customer programs. The role is responsible for defining cell design strategies, executing development projects, and driving technical solutions from concept to commercialization Key Responsibilities Overall areas of responsibilities and activities Lead the design and development of lithium-ion battery cells for ESS, EV, and other applications. Develop and optimize cell architecture, electrode design, and material selection to achieve performance, energy density, lifetime, and cost targets. Define development strategies and DOE to support cell development and validation activities. Evaluate cell performance, reliability, and manufacturability through testing, analysis, and data-driven development. Support scale-up activities and ensure design compatibility with manufacturing processes. Lead technical development projects and coordinate cross-functional activities across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and program teams. Serve as the primary technical interface for customers and support customer development programs from concept to qualification.
