company's enterprise data governance agenda at a global level.
This is a key role within Group Function IT, reporting to the VP Analytics & Data. The Data Governance Lead will act as a critical
link between business, IT, cybersecurity, legal, and risk functions, translating governance requirements into frameworks that are
practical, scalable, and embedded into how the organization operates day-to-day.
Governance Strategy & Roadmap: Lead Skanska’s data governance strategy, operating model, and roadmap in alignment with Group
principles and business priorities.
Policy & Framework Development: Implement governance policies, standards, and frameworks covering data ownership, classification,
access, retention, and lifecycle management.
Critical Data Asset Management: Identify and prioritize critical data assets and ensure governance practices support information
security, operational resilience, and business continuity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Group and Business Unit stakeholders across IT, cybersecurity, legal, privacy,
risk, and business functions to align data governance with regulatory, contractual, and risk requirements, including NIS2-related
expectations.
Accountability & Stewardship: Drive accountability by defining, enabling, and supporting data ownership and stewardship roles in
line with Skanska’s role definitions.
Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure governance controls are clearly documented, implemented, and evidenced to support audit,
compliance, and assurance activities.
Governance Maturity: Monitor data governance maturity, identify gaps and risks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Adoption & Culture: Build awareness and adoption of data governance practices through communication, guidance, and training -
embedding governance into day-to-day ways of working.
You bring a strategic mindset combined with a strong focus on execution and outcomes. You are comfortable navigating complex
stakeholder landscapes, influencing across both business and IT, and making risk-based decisions under ambiguity.

We believe that you have * Experience with creating and maintaining semantic layers. * Experience in working with data (BI/Analytics/Data Engineering) specializing within Analytics Engineering. * Deep expertise in SQL and data modeling and extensive experience with modern data stack technologies (e.g., dbt™, Looker, BigQuery, or equivalent tools). * The ability to consistently deliver performant, accurate, and scalable solutions. * Experience mentoring junior engineers and driving team-wide technical improvements. * Proven ability to lead complex data projects, solve problems independently, and proactively improve products. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences. * The ability to thrive in a feedback culture and constantly strive to improve your own skills and knowledge. SAP Transportation Management Test Lead – Global SAP TM/BN4L Rollout Are you an experienced Test Lead with a strong background in global SAP implementations and logistics transformation programs? We are now looking for a skilled SAP Transportation Management Test Lead to take overall responsibility for the test scope in a major global SAP TM and SAP BN4L rollout. H&M has started its journey to implement SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) and SAP Business Network for Logistics (SAP BN4L) as part of a larger global SAP S/4HANA transition program. The solution will be rolled out to approximately 70 warehouses globally, making this a large-scale transformation initiative with significant business impact. As Test Lead, you will drive and coordinate the overall test strategy and execution for pilot warehouses and continuous global warehouse rollouts. You will work closely with the selected system integration partner, transport and trade teams, logistics organization, H&M’s test organization, and other internal and external stakeholders. Experience from previous SAP BN4L implementations and rollouts is highly meriting. WHO YOU ARE We are looking for someone who has: Several years of experience working as an Information Architect or in closely related architecture roles, with a strong focus on conceptual and logical modelling. Proven ability to translate complex business concepts into clear information models, taxonomies, and definitions. Experience working with enterprise‑level architecture artefacts such as enterprise data models, domain maps, or similar structures. Strong understanding of how information architecture, data management, and data governance work together. Experience defining and documenting standards, guardrails, and modelling guidelines. Hands‑on experience with architecture and modelling tools (e.g. Sparx EA, Erwin, LeanIX or similar) and familiarity with data catalogues or metadata tooling. Hands‑on experience with ontology or semantic standards (e.g. RDF, OWL, SKOS, SPARQL) or equivalent conceptual modelling approaches. Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to educate and influence both business and technical stakeholders. And someone who: Has a holistic mindset, seeing the big picture while still being able to work hands‑on with models and definitions. Is comfortable operating in a low‑maturity environment, helping the organisation move step‑by‑step toward more structured and shared ways of working. Can take ownership, work independently, and drive progress without everything being fully defined upfront. Enjoys mentoring and coaching others, contributing to a strong and collaborative architecture community.
