Vi söker nu en erfaren Document Control Lead till ett större industriprojekt med höga krav på kvalitet, spårbarhet och struktur i den tekniska dokumenthanteringen. Rollen passar dig som har gedigen erfarenhet av dokumentstyrning i komplexa energi-, industri- eller anläggningsprojekt och som vill ta ett övergripande ansvar för projektets dokumenthantering genom hela livscykeln.
Om uppdraget
Du kommer att ansvara för att leda, utveckla och kvalitetssäkra projektets tekniska dokumenthantering från framtagning och granskning till godkännande, versionshantering och slutlig överlämning. Rollen har ett tydligt fokus på struktur, efterlevnad och effektiv samordning mellan olika discipliner, leverantörer och projektintressenter.
Du arbetar nära Digitalization Manager, Information Coordination, Engineering och projektets olika arbetspaket, och blir projektets huvudsakliga kontaktperson inom dokumentstyrning och dokumenthanteringsfrågor.
Leda och samordna framtagning, granskning och godkännande av teknisk dokumentation
Säkerställa att dokumentation uppfyller projektets krav, standarder och specifikationer
Samordna dokumentleveranser med leverantörer, projekteringsorganisation, entreprenörer och andra intressenter
Utveckla, implementera och förvalta rutiner och processer för dokumentstyrning
Granska teknisk dokumentation avseende kvalitet, fullständighet, spårbarhet och efterlevnad
Säkerställa strukturerad versionshantering och korrekt arkivering av projektdokumentation
Integrera dokumenthantering i projektets arbetsflöden och skapa effektiva samarbeten mellan discipliner och leverantörer
Följa upp dokumentstatus, revisioner, godkännanden och distribution
Ge stöd och vägledning till projektorganisationen inom dokumenthantering och arbetssätt
Ansvara för dokumentdatabaser, register och loggar samt säkerställa att informationen är uppdaterad
Delta i tvärfunktionella projektmöten och relevanta arbetsmöten

Minst 7 års erfarenhet av dokumentstyrning och teknisk dokumenthantering i stora industri-, energi- eller anläggningsprojekt
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av slutlig dokumentöverlämning i minst ett komplext storskaligt projekt
Mycket god kunskap om tekniska dokumentationsprocesser, versionshantering och dokumentstyrning
Erfarenhet av EDMS- och CDE-system, exempelvis Aconex eller likvärdiga system
God förståelse för tekniska dokumentationsstandarder, dokumentlivscykler och regulatoriska krav
Erfarenhet av digital dokumenthantering och moderna digitala arkiveringslösningar
Högskoleutbildning, yrkeshögskoleutbildning eller motsvarande inom teknisk dokumentation, industriell teknik, byggteknik eller annat relevant område
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
Erfarenhet av Digital Twin-baserade dokumentöverlämningar
Erfarenhet från internationella EPC-projekt
Kunskaper i italienska, franska eller andra språk

JOB DESCRIPTION As a Lab Technician, Applications and Fee-for-Service at Moleculent, you will play an important role in supporting customer projects and internal application development studies. Working primarily in the laboratory, you will be responsible for sample handling, assay execution, quality control, and laboratory operations to ensure reliable, reproducible, high-quality data. Over time, you will take on increasing responsibility for independently managing Fee-for-service project workflows and supporting the scale-up of our service operations. Key responsibilities: Prepare for experiments by organizing workspaces, confirming sample lists, and ensuring required consumables and equipment are available. Receive, handle, track, label, and store FFPE tissue samples according to established SOPs. Perform experimental workflows using prepared assay kits and standardized protocols. Execute tissue staining and multiplex in situ assay workflows under established procedures. Perform assay quality control checks and review imaging results for completeness and consistency. Accurately document experimental procedures, reagents, conditions, and results to ensure full traceability. Support troubleshooting activities and contribute to workflow optimization together with Applications and R&D teams. Maintain laboratory readiness through equipment upkeep, reagent inventory management, and general lab organization. Contribute to the expansion and standardization of Fee-for-Service operations . QUALIFICATIONS To fit the role, you hold a BSc in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related life sciences field. Equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered. Fluent written and spoken English is required. You have experience working in a molecular biology, histology, or related laboratory environment. Experience with FFPE sample handling, immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC), or similar workflows is highly valuable. You are comfortable working according to structured SOPs and understand the importance of quality documentation and reproducible laboratory processes. Technical skills: Hands-on experience with tissue preparation, staining, microscopy, and reagent preparation. Familiarity with laboratory imaging systems and basic image data handling. Experience with quality control procedures and experimental documentation. Knowledge of laboratory organization, equipment maintenance, and chemical safety practices. Define and design test specifications, procedures, and setups for subsystem qualification (structures, mechanisms, units, components, actuators). Correlate FE models (e.g., fundamental frequencies, damping coefficients) with actual test results. Assist in planning and budgeting for future programs and projects. Design, assemble, and test mechanical ground support equipment (MGSE) for integration and test activities. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance within the team. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Space Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum of 10 years of experience in design and testing environments related to CAD, mechanical FEM analysis, and design. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams and/or groups, driving projects forward. Experience within ESA projects. Good knowledge of the ECSS. Expertise with NASTRAN,Altair, Hypermesh, Optistruct Proficiency in FEM analysis, particularly in random vibration response, shock, and loads analysis. Ability to generate, read, and understand mechanical design/analysis reports and Interface Control Documents (ICDs). Clear and coherent reporting and presentation skills in English. Experience in design-to-manufacture processes. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Located in or willing to relocate to Stockholm, Sweden.
