Energisystemet förändras snabbt och nätfrågan är avgörande för vilka projekt som går att utveckla, investera i och bygga. För att
lyckas krävs rätt nätförutsättningar, tekniska lösningar och god förståelse för hur anslutningar, tariffer, regelverk och
marknadsutveckling påverkar projekts genomförbarhet.
Vi söker nu en Grid Integration Manager som vill ta en central och praktisk roll i Alstras arbete med nätanslutningar, tekniska
underlag, tariffer och dialog med nätbolag.
Som Grid Integration Manager ska du säkerställa att Alstra utvecklar projekt med rätt nätförutsättningar, rätt tekniska lösningar
och rätt kommersiell förståelse för anslutning, tariffer och framtida intäkts- och kostnadsstruktur.
Rollen är bred och affärsnära. Du kommer både att ta fram konkreta tekniska underlag och bidra till att projekten blir tekniskt
genomförbara, kommersiellt rimliga och investerbara.
Du kommer att ingå i vårt Development-team och arbeta tvärfunktionellt tillsammans med våra team inom PV- och BESS-projektering,
tillstånd samt affärsutveckling och kommersiella frågor. Rollen innebär också mycket dialog med lokalnätsbolag, regionnätsbolag,
Svenska kraftnät, Ei, konsulter och andra nyckelaktörer.

följa upp, utmana och driva frågor framåt.

att veta när det krävs fördjupad specialistkompetens.

The Opportunity As the Team Manager for Analytics & BI, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of the analytics platform within Hitachi Energy’s Grid Integration (IT BST GI) department. You will lead a high-performing team of backend analytics developers and BI analysts, ensuring they are structured and positioned to succeed. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will manage a dedicated budget, partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business, and design the long-term roadmap for our analytics landscape.
