We operate in one of the most exciting industries of our time: Video Commerce. We're helping over 250 of the world’s most iconic
brands (LVMH, Audi, Sisley Paris, Sephora, Benefit, Decathlon, Sonos) adapt to the new way people want to shop online.
People no longer want to browse through endless static grids of products. They want to see, ask, and buy because they trust what
they’re seeing.
That evolution is happening through video, and that’s exactly what we help brands bring into their online shopping experiences.
We’re building the future of video commerce, and this role is central to how Bambuser evolves its go-to-market.
This role sits in the high-impact space between product, marketing, data, and revenue. Your mission is to discover, test, and
validate the growth strategies and funnels that can drive revenue across both self-serve subscription and enterprise/demo motions.
You’ll run frequent, low-cost, iterative experiments across the full journey to identify what works, kill what doesn’t, and turn
winning approaches into repeatable, scalable workflows.
You are accountable for revenue impact and ROI, and will execute and ship experiments end-to-end, pulling in Product, Engineering,
Marketing, or Sales as needed to move fast and maximize learning.
This role is accountable for turning demand into qualified intent and pipeline. You will not own sales execution, demo delivery,
or events.
Our customer acquisition cost is too high. Simply scaling paid advertising won't solve this - we need to discover new, more
efficient ways to reach and convert our ideal customers.
This role is about discovery, not optimization. We don't know exactly which channels, tactics, or strategies will work best for
Bambuser yet. Your job is to figure that out through rapid, low-cost experimentation.
processes
You'll test many approaches. Many will fail. That's expected. Your success is measured by how quickly you can identify what works,
prove its economics, and turn it into something scalable.
Growth at Bambuser is not a single lever, it’s a system to be discovered, tested, and continuously refined. You own how that
system evolves.
This includes discovering, testing, and validating new growth strategies, funnels, and revenue-driving motions across both
self-serve subscription and enterprise/demo revenue.
partnerships, onboarding, lifecycle messaging and new ideas.
scaling by Marketing, RevOps, Product or Sales.
Depending on what experiments prove most promising, your work will likely span:
Acquisition & Channel Testing
Demo-Led Motion
Product-Led Motion
Copy & Messaging
Technical Execution & Analytics
Your focus areas will evolve based on what the data shows will most impact CAC and revenue.
As a Growth Manager, collaboration is core, but also flexible and determined by the requirements of each experiment. You should
pull in the right stakeholders at the right time to move fast, maximize learning, and translate growth ideas into actionable
requirements.
We're looking for someone who brings a strong mix of growth thinking, execution ability, and commercial understanding in a B2B
SaaS context.

This position is based in Stockholm. Tacton builds software that the world’s largest manufacturing companies depend on to sell and deliver their most complex products. Our solutions are ranked # 1 in the world by Gartner and use proprietary technology with roots in cutting-edge computer science research. Our engineering organization has grown and is entering a new chapter: we are now investing in broadening our product with significantly more capabilities both from acquisitions and organic product development; as well as changing how we build our software, scaling the development organization through smaller long-lived teams, and putting AI agents to work across the development process. We are now looking for an Engineering Manager to help drive this change. You will take responsibility for people, delivery, and be a key contributor to set and drive our organizational strategy. This is a people leadership role for someone who has not stopped being an engineer at heart, and who enjoy thinking about and leading changes in software engineering. WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead and grow the people · Own teams. Take responsibility for up to ~15 engineers across different seniority levels, manage their performance, growth, and wellbeing. Share vision, set goals, remove impediments, and make sure nothing falls between the cracks. · Coach and develop. Run high-quality 1:1s, give feedback that lands, and genuinely help move careers forward in a rapidly changing software industry. · Set the tone. As part of the department’s leadership team, build a culture where engineers feel safe, trusted and motivated to take ownership and do their best work. OWN DELIVERY, END TO END · Ship reliably. Support your teams in delivering high-quality software, balancing the needs for both technical excellence and time to market. · Push ownership outward. Help us drive the shift to teams that own their software all the way to production, including design, development, deployment, and operations. · Connect the dots. Work closely with R&D management, Product Management, other technical leads and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned. HELP LEAD THE TRANSFORMATION · Change how we work. Be a key contributor in defining Tacton’s organizational vision and ways of working in the emerging new world of AI-native software development. Ask the right questions and help drive the changes needed. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR · Proven experience leading 10+ engineers as direct reports, with the full spectrum of people management: hiring, coaching, performance, career development. · A genuine technical background in software development, ability to engage credibly with software engineers and understand their day-to-day challenges. · Experience from driving organizational change in engineering teams. You have led or been close to a real shift in how teams operate, not just observed one. · Practical experience with AI in software engineering, at a developer level and a leadership and organizational level. · Experience in companies of comparable scale to Tacton — you know how to navigate complexity without the resources of a large enterprise. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with real empathy and a low-friction, high-trust working style. · Experience from building B2B SaaS or equivalent, serving large enterprise customers with high expectations. · Strategic thinker with a business mindset. You optimize company outcomes and are able to align your teams around company goals. · Comfortable prioritizing and making difficult trade-offs in ambiguous situations where all facts may not be available. THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS · Screening call with our Global Talent Acquisition Partner · First interview with the hiring managers · Online personality test and logical ability test · Second interview round: opportunity to meet with multiple potential colleagues in a “rapid fire” interview format (several short interviews) · Grandparent interview · References and background check WHY TACTON · A solid and stable company with over 20 years of success in its industry. · An industry-leading product, ranked #1 by Gartner for four years running, used by some of the biggest manufacturers in the world. · A deeply technical and advanced product, based on proprietary technology with roots in cutting-edge computer science research, that combines symbolic AI and LLM AI with a rich enterprise-grade SaaS platform to offer unrivaled capabilities in its niche. · A strong engineering culture; we invest in developer experience and tooling and constantly looking to evolve and modernize how we work with software engineering to enable and empower our dev teams. BENEFITS · At Tacton, we’ve been building CPQ software for over 20 years. We’re a stable company with global customers and a product that’s central to how manufacturers sell · We offer competitive benefits, flexibility in how we work, and a culture that values learning and collaboration · A solid and stable company with over 20 years of industry experience. · Flexible hybrid setup - 3x a week at the office · 33 days of paid time off – 30 vacation days plus 3 extra to make sure you get the rest you deserve. · Premium occupational pension – Our pension plan goes beyond ITP1, with higher employer contributions depending on your age and salary level. · Generous wellness allowance – 5,000 SEK annually to support your health and wellbeing. · Private healthcare insurance – Skip the waiting lines and get quick access to private medical care, including specialist consultations and treatments. · Parental leave top-up – We top up your parental leave, so you receive up to 90% of your base salary for up to 6 months, helping you focus on your family without financial stress · Weekly treats – Fika one week, breakfast the next, because good food brings people together. Mentimeter is an engagement tool with a clear goal in mind. To turn presentations into conversations. Through real-time interactivity and clear visualizations, we get people to participate, engage and become more productive. Transforming all those passive meetings, airless classrooms and drawn out trainings into valuable and memorable moments. We truly believe that you achieve the best results by doing things together. And that successful leaders need to adopt a curious and collaborative mindset in order to get there. So with you at Mentimeter, you’ll be a big part of the ambition to help over 1 billion people listen, learn and work better together. SUMMER HIRING NOTICE: DUE TO SUMMER VACATIONS, WE WILL BEGIN THE REVIEWING AND INTERVIEWING PROCESS FOR THIS ROLE FROM AUGUST. HOWEVER, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ABOUT THE ROLE AI is changing how people create and consume content, and the Insights product area is where Mentimeter turns that shift into an advantage rather than something we retrofit later. It's the area that decides what every one of our users sees, learns and does next, to turn data into something valuable enough to come back for, and in turn drive retention and expansion for our business. As Senior Product Manager, Data / ML, you'll own the data and ML depth of Insights: the intelligence that turns every interaction into sharper results, insights and recommendations, pulls in context from inside and outside Mentimeter, and gets better the more it's used. With 300 million users' worth of interaction data behind it, the mandate is to turn that into a defensible asset. The data and ML is the means; a system that drives measurable outcomes for users and the business is the end. This is a senior, hands-on role with a clear mandate. You'll report to the Product Director of Insights: the Director owns the area's place in company strategy and its org shape, while you own the data and ML depth that delivers it. You'll work alongside the other product managers in the area, our Staff Engineers, our Science Lead, the Office of the CTO, and our data platform teams. The exact shape of the teams is still forming, and you'll help shape it. In your first year, success looks like a clear direction the area is bought into, and the first solid evidence that the system is compounding. WHAT YOU'LL DO OWN THE DATA AND ML DIRECTION * Set the data and ML direction for the area and get alignment behind it across product, engineering and leadership. * Turn raw interaction data into immediately useful, actionable insight for users, at the individual level and aggregated up to the organization, measured by whether people come back and act on it. * Keep recommendations grounded in science, not just patterns in the data, working closely with our Science Lead to keep what we surface credible and defensible. BUILD THE INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM, FOR UI AND AGENTS * Own the platform that generates insights and recommendations: opinionated, grounded in our thought leadership, and built so the rest of the suite can build on top of it. * Make that intelligence usable two ways at once, surfaced directly in Mentimeter's UI and exposed so our AI companion and external agents can act on it, with a clean separation between the logic and context layer and the experience layer. * Build the ranking and timing that gets the right insight to the right user at the right moment, getting sharper from what lands. * Partner with Staff Engineers on the architecture and technical bets: you bring the product judgment and the outcomes the system must serve, they own the technical design. MAKE IT LEARN, AND PROVE IT * Define the measurement and experimentation standards the area scales by, so we only scale what shows durable lift against a strong baseline. * Show, with evidence, how the system's insights and recommendations get sharper over time as it learns from feedback, for example through reinforcement learning. * Own how we ship AI well: anticipate failure modes, set quality bars, guard against feedback loops that reinforce errors, and roll back cleanly when the model is wrong. * Make pragmatic calls on when to reach for ML, GenAI or something simpler, proving value before scaling. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED DATA / AI PRODUCT LEADER * Several years leading data-driven or ML-backed products end to end, from discovery through rollout, ideally in B2B SaaS. * Experience with recommendation engines or similar ranking and personalization systems is highly relevant, and familiarity with AI ecosystems and integration patterns such as MCP is a bonus. YOU BUILD THE DATA SYSTEM, NOT JUST THE SURFACE * You've shipped data or AI products where the core value is the system itself, and you're comfortable reasoning about pipelines, models, and how data compounds over time. * You've led shared-capability or platform work where the real win was adoption and alignment across teams, not just shipping features. COMMERCIALLY MINDED AND OUTCOME-DRIVEN * You connect product decisions to business outcomes like retention, expansion and durable engagement, and treat data and ML as how you get there, not the point in itself. * You have a bias for the simplest solution that works, you resist over-engineering, and you have good judgment on when advanced ML or GenAI is worth the trade-off. RIGOROUS AND AI-NATIVE * Strong on experimentation, with real fluency in A/B testing, incrementality and causal inference. * Fluent in shipping AI responsibly and well: eval sets, failure modes, and a clear sense of what "good enough" looks like before something goes live. A LEADER WHO MULTIPLIES OTHERS * You lead through influence and coaching, make progress in ambiguity through iterative learning and clear decision points, and bring out the best in the people around you. Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? Please apply anyway and let us know why you'd enjoy working in this role at Mentimeter. PRACTICAL DETAILS * This role is based in our Stockholm office, primarily onsite with the option to work from home twice per week. * Swedish is not required. Daily work is carried out in English, and the Mentimeter team currently boasts 50+ nationalities. * A cover letter is not required as part of your application. Compensation At Mentimeter, we believe in fair and transparent compensation that grows with you. The salary range for this role is SEK 70,000–SEK 91,000 per month. It’s intentionally broad to reflect the different stages of growth within the role: from early development to deep expertise and meaningful impact. Where an individual is placed within the range depends on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements. We’re committed to supporting your growth. You’ll have ongoing development conversations with your manager, and your salary will evolve as you build skills and contribute to our mission. In addition to your monthly salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package—learn more about it here: https://www.mentimeter.com/benefits/stockholm. What Mentimeter can offer At Mentimeter we can offer a diverse and inclusive work environment supported by smart and driven colleagues. We believe in continuous professional development for all of our colleagues and therefore offer access to a leadership program (including external personal coach) and relevant education to ensure that we continue to be state-of-the-art when it comes to innovating and building Mentimeter. Your place will be in a growing company with lots of career opportunities, working on a beloved product used by more than 300 million people. It’s not all about work though, we also offer a very healthy view on work-life balance. All of this comes attached with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including pension contributions. Learn more about our benefits by visiting our Benefits & Perks page AI and Hiring at Mentimeter At Mentimeter, we believe AI helps us work smarter - but it never replaces the human assessment, curiosity, and personal connection that define our culture and our hiring. We use AI as a sparring partner: to bounce ideas, bring new perspectives, support structure, and make our work more efficient. But the meaning, decisions, and interactions always come from people. * AI does not screen or decide on candidates. * There is no automated filtering, ranking, or decision-making in our recruitment process. Every application is reviewed by a person. * Hiring teams may use AI to support their work - for example, to structure notes, prepare interview questions, or organize their thinking. AI strengthens our work, but it does not define it. At Mentimeter, we’re not building an AI-driven hiring process - we’re building a people-first culture, where technology helps us listen, learn, and grow together. Culture at Mentimeter At Mentimeter we believe in giving everyone a voice - regardless of who you are. So we build a platform that does just that. Our platform is not only our product but also our organization. A platform where people feel safe, where differences are embraced, a place where you can have fun. We strongly encourage applicants who are people of color, LGBTQ+, women, people with disabilities, and/or formerly incarcerated people, and a college degree is not strictly required. In order to give everyone a voice, we need to be as diverse as our users. Learn more about our culture by visiting our Culture page. Review our Privacy Policy for more information.

THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Workplace Integrations team. This is the product team that decides how Mentimeter shows up inside the Microsoft or Google suite, learning management systems, and the AI agents reshaping how people work. This is an ecosystem role, where Mentimeter’s thought leadership on engagement and participation gets combined with another product’s value to create something neither could produce alone. A PowerPoint deck that anticipates where attention will drift, an LMS course that reshapes next week's lesson from this week's class questions, an agent that calls Mentimeter to maximise active participation. You lead a team who ships integration features that connect directly to retention and the frequency of use that underpins our strategy. You’ll take over a team mid-execution, with some strategic calls made, other questions still open for you to resolve – you’ll own the next chapter as well as the team’s day-to-day direction. YOUR MISSION Set direction and lead the team * Own the 12-24 month integrations strategy: understand in depth how our customers work day to day, monitor where the relevant platforms (Microsoft, Google, LMSs, AI agents) are heading, and decide how Mentimeter best shows up in those workflows. * Resolve the load-bearing open questions, translating an ambitious thesis into a system the team and the broader Product department can act on. * You and the team own outcomes: name what success looks like for each integration – enterprise retention, frequency, or new-user acquisition – and measure accordingly. * Run rigorous discovery with customers, Sales, Customer Success and the platforms we integrate with, surfacing enterprise and third-party constraints (security, reliability, performance) early so they shape the plan rather than derail it. * Lead the team day to day and own scope, priorities, success criteria, and the tradeoffs, like how deep to invest in PowerPoint, or what capacity to allocate to established vs emerging workflows. * Ship into customers' hands every cycle, starting now with a stronger Menti in PowerPoint and Google Slides, and let usage data answer the open questions rather than parking them in a strategy doc. Operate across teams and functions * Point the other Product teams in the right direction on integrations; help each Menti tool PM see how integrations can strengthen and position their product, and set the shared patterns that keep the suite coherent without slowing them down. * Coach more junior PMs and partner with Product Department Leadership to feed integrations thinking back into the company-level product strategy. * Create alignment with other product teams and departments, and shape go-to-market readiness for significant releases so launches land in customer reality. Shape Mentimeter as an ecosystem product * Define how our AI designs participation moments inside the tools people already use, reading their context to know where and how. * Surface partnership opportunities as you spot them. BizDev owns partnerships, but you live in the integration space day to day and are best placed to see where a technical integration points to a partnership worth pursuing and to bring those forward with a clear rationale. * Co-own the cross-functional work on data security and access control which is the precondition for the ecosystem-level integrations we want to build. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experienced ecosystem PM * 5+ years in product management, owned product direction and business outcomes for integrations or platform products, ideally in B2B SaaS. * Thinks in ecosystems, ships features. Our integration strategy is about two value propositions combining to create something neither could produce alone. * Reads customer workflows and platform roadmaps together, and can spot when a technical integration is really a partnership opportunity worth handing to BizDev. * Experience with marketplaces or AI/agent surfaces is a plus. Technically fluent and commercially minded * Credible on APIs, OAuth and OIDC, SSO and SCIM, permission scopes and admin consent models, add-ins, MCP, and marketplace review constraints. * Connects the team's work to enterprise conversion, retention and expansion, and grounds prioritisation in customer reality. Senior judgment and influence * Raises decision quality by framing problems sharply and putting the reasoning on the page to make complex bets become workable. * Comfortable in ambiguity and able to take a space with real history and unresolved strategic questions and turn it into a plan the team and stakeholders can get behind. * Coaches more junior PMs and partners credibly with leaders across Sales, CS, Engineering, Design and Data. HOW YOU OPERATE * A clear communicator who builds alignment and creates clarity when inputs conflict or are incomplete. * Outcome-oriented and data-informed – sets explicit success measures and updates the plan as evidence lands. * Aligned with our core values and excited to help us stay true to them as we scale. Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? Please apply anyway and let us know why you’d enjoy working in this role at Mentimeter.
