Key Responsibilities
Support the development of products that meet our quality, pricing, and timing targets.
Act as the vital link between product, design and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and execution throughout the development process.
Proactively source and develop high-quality and commercially viable products aligned with the product brief and range plan.
Assist in price and lead-time negotiations with suppliers, ensuring final products align with category goals.
Follow up on quality tests for materials, trims, and samples to uphold a consistently high-quality standard.
Continuously monitor sales performance and market trends to ensure a competitive and relevant assortment.
Support in developing products in the most sustainable way possible, in line with our sustainability goals.
Profile
We believe you will thrive and succeed in this role if you have:
University degree in textiles or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within product development.

What you will do as our AI/ML Engineer:

The skills and experience you need
Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering role.
Solid understanding of ML fundamentals (training, evaluation, deployment)
Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and AI APIs
Programming experience (Python, Java, Go, or similar).
Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
Understanding of data pipelines, feature stores, and monitoring
Familiarity with Agile development workflows (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
Ability to work effectively in international teams, complete tasks with minimal supervision, and demonstrate creativity and a passion for learning.
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Nice to have:
Experience building multi-agent or tool-using AI systems

About the role
We are looking for someone who can be both hands-on and guiding. You do not need to be the loudest person in the room, but you should be able to create clarity, make pragmatic technical decisions, and help other engineers grow.
You will play a key role in shaping how we build data as a product. This includes creating data models that are reliable, well-documented, and designed for real use cases, not just pipelines that move data.
As a senior member of the team, you will also help create good engineering practices, mentor more junior engineers, and collaborate closely with adjacent teams working on data platforms and shared tooling.

The Senior Engineer of Material Development will lead the evaluation, analysis, and optimization of Li battery cells and related materials. This role involves providing technical leadership, guiding junior engineers, and ensuring the successful execution of evaluation activities that support both R&D and commercial cell development. The position requires a deep understanding of material behaviour, electrochemical performance, and cell integration to drive continuous improvement in product performance and reliability.

Lead and oversee material and cell-level evaluation activities, including electrochemical performance testing, material characterization, and failure analysis.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and assist in the prioritization and execution of project tasks.

Extensive experience in Li battery evaluation, materials analysis, or related R&D areas.
Preferably 5+ years industrial experience.
Proven expertise in electrochemical analysis, material characterization, and data-driven problem solving.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multi-functional teams.
Capable of translating analytical findings into actionable engineering insights and project recommendations.
