We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who is fluent in Swedish, with a focus on paid social and content to help us create
digital campaigns that perform – for both our own brands and our clients.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of performance marketing, social media, creative
production and campaign optimization. You like testing new ideas, creating engaging ads, following results and understanding what
drives performance.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team working closely together on client projects – from campaign planning and creative
development to performance analysis and optimization. You should feel comfortable participating in client meetings, discussing
campaign results, sharing insights and suggesting improvements based on data and creative learnings.
You will mainly work with Meta and TikTok, while also supporting campaigns and content across other digital channels such as
Snapchat, YouTube, Google and LinkedIn.
In this role, you’ll contribute to developing creative concepts, writing copy, creating visual assets, producing simple video
formats, setting up campaigns, testing different approaches and optimizing performance based on data and insights.

We're looking for a Site Manager to take ownership of our Swedish student websites, including studentum.se, AllaStudier.se, gymnasium.se, anpassadgymnasieskola.se, and dingrundskola.se. In this role, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive traffic, improve conversions, and continuously develop some of Sweden's leading education platforms. As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall development and performance of our websites. You'll work closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, Content, and Sales to improve the user experience, strengthen our SEO performance, and deliver digital projects that create real impact. From analyzing user behaviour and planning site improvements to collaborating on new product features, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our student platforms. ABOUT THE TEAM You'll join a collaborative team of Marketing Specialists and Account Managers dedicated to creating the best possible experience for both our education partners and prospective students. Together, we ensure our websites provide valuable content, intuitive functionality, and user-friendly tools that help schools connect with the right audience. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Service Delivery, you'll work closely with Site Managers across our international markets, sharing insights, best practices, and ideas to continuously improve our platforms. You'll also collaborate closely with our Product, Tech, and SEO teams, where our SEO & growth specialists provide the strategic direction while you help bring those initiatives to life through continuous website optimization, content improvements, and user-focused development. RESPONSIBILITIES * Own and develop the structure and user experience of our Swedish student websites. * Analyze website performance, traffic, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities. * Drive SEO initiatives to increase organic visibility and website traffic. * Monitor competitors, digital trends, and developments in the Swedish education system to keep our platforms relevant, accurate, and competitive. * Define user needs through research, surveys, and customer insights. * Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to prioritize new features, report bugs, and implement improvements. * Work closely with Content Managers to optimize and develop high-quality contenting. * Lead cross-functional projects that improve our websites and user experience. REQUIREMENTS We're looking for someone who: * Has experience managing websites, digital products, or SEO-driven platforms. * Has solid knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. * Has a genuine interest in AI and large language models (LLMs), and enjoys exploring how AI can improve content, SEO, and digital experiences. * Enjoys working with data and using insights to improve performance. * Is comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders. * Has excellent organizational and project management skills. * Is proactive, curious, and always looking for ways to improve the user experience. * Communicates fluently in Swedish and English. BENEFICIAL, BUT NOT REQUIRED * Experience with Ahrefs, Canva, Infogram, Excel and other digital tools. * Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and UX optimization. * Knowledge of HTML/CSS or working closely with development teams. * Experience within publishing, marketplaces, or digital media. * Experience working with educational institutions, government organizations, or education marketing. YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT Shape European marketing strategy & priorities * Learn: get a deep understanding of the market and competitive dynamics in our industry across our different European markets and customer segments (talk and visit our accounts and their customers, dive into the data, engage with the teams, and run your own research). * Strategize: define and drive the European marketing strategy, setting clear priorities aligned with our 5-year plan and yearly growth targets; participate in the yearly budget exercise. * Localize: work alongside General Managers and the CCO to identify local growth levers, and translate European strategy into concrete, market- and account-specific activation plans. Make sense of data & market intelligence * Gather: champion market and competitive intelligence as a standing input to key business decisions: pricing, positioning, product priorities and market entry. * Connect: act as the connective tissue between global and local, feeding local insight into the collection-creation process, and grounding marketing, product and commercial decisions in market reality. * Analyze: analyse the performance and ROI of local activations and glocal communication plans, and feed conclusions into the monthly S&OP and global communication reviews. Your team – to lead, coach & grow * Marketing Specialist: shapes EU marketing strategy input, drives below-the-line brand adoption, and supports local market execution: events, sponsorship, training, tactical commercial initiatives, marketing assets creation in collaboration with the global comm’ team * Digital Communications Team Lead: shapes and leads glocal communication strategy and deployment (paid social, email, co-branding), managing an Email Channel Specialist and a Paid Media Specialist. Lead the CRM transition to HubSpot. * Market Intelligence & Project Specialist: owns market & competitive intelligence, builds scalable data and dashboard systems, runs primary research, and drives cross-functional marketing projects. ABOUT YOU * 15-year experience in marketing, with proven experience leading marketing strategy and activation across multiple European markets, ideally in a B2B environment. * Genuine passion for design, sustainability and building brands that are born out of conviction. * Profound business acumen with deep intellectual curiosity, willingness to travel in our markets to understand the industry, define the right initiatives and drive their adoption. * Strong analytical mindset: comfortable turning customer, market and competitive data into clear priorities, sharp recommendations and compelling stories that drive action. * People leadership and transversality: strong ability to coach and developing a team, and work transversally across departments to mobilize the organization around common objectives. * Natural strategist and builder: equally credible setting EU-wide direction and rolling up your sleeves to make a local activation happen in a fast-pace, changing environment. * A strong storytelling instinct, able to brief and challenge a global communication team to produce narratives and assets that resonate with both B2B accounts and B2B2C consumers locally. * Digital fluency across paid social, email marketing, CRM / hyper-personalization, and ability to drive and manage digital and local marketing activation budgets. * Fluent English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
