Som Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager leder du projekt där teknik, verksamhet och förändringsledning behöver samverka. Du ansvarar för att skapa struktur, bygga förtroende och säkerställa att projekt levereras med hög kvalitet från förstudie och planering till implementation, utbildning och förvaltning.
Du arbetar nära verksamheten, produktägare, lösningsarkitekter, utvecklare och externa Microsoft-partners. Samtidigt fungerar du som länken mellan strategi och genomförande och ser till att projektet skapar långsiktigt affärsvärde.
Hos våra kunder kan uppdragen omfatta införande av nya Dynamics 365-lösningar, uppgraderingar, internationella utrullningar, molnmigreringar eller större transformationsinitiativ där Microsofts ekosystem spelar en central roll.

Du har minst åtta års erfarenhet av projektledning och har lett flera större implementationer eller förändringsprojekt kopplade till Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Du är van att arbeta nära verksamheten, hantera budget, resurser, risker och leveranser samt skapa framdrift i komplexa projektmiljöer. Du har en god förståelse för Microsofts affärsapplikationer och hur de stödjer organisationens processer.
Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av ett eller flera områden inom Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure eller Microsoft 365, men det viktigaste är att du kan leda människor, skapa struktur och leverera resultat.
Har du dessutom arbetat med internationella projekt, förändringsledning, agila arbetssätt eller certifieringar inom projektledning är det meriterande.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead ITs deliveries into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementation projects across the clients commercial business units. - Plan and execute system implementation activities such as configuration, data migration, integrations, hypercare, and handover. - Lead a squad of D365 functional and technical consultants. - Ensure alignment between technical delivery, business requirements, and the overall project plan. - Act as the primary IT counterpart to Business Project Managers / Implementation Managers responsible for process implementation and change management. - Coordinate and follow up on dependencies with Blueprint teams (Solution Design, Development, Integration etc.), banks, localisation packs, and external ISVs (e.g. Comarch, Truvio Exflow, SK Global TAS). - Document and manage any market-specific configurations and deviations from the standard Blueprint. - Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
