Som Scrum Master via WeQuel matchas du mot uppdrag hos kunder som utvecklar allt från HMI-system och fordonsmjukvara till digitala

plattformar och affärssystem. Du är servant leader, coach och motor och du möjliggör för teamen att faktiskt leverera.

en teknisk och komplex produktutvecklingsmiljö där din förmåga att skapa flöde och lösa blockerare är avgörande.

Ditt dagliga arbete inkluderar

Agera Scrum Master i tekniska produktutvecklingsteam

Coacha teamet i agila principer och säkerställa kontinuerlig förbättring

Koordinera tvärfunktionellt arbete inom mjukvara, UX, system och validering

Stötta PI Planning, backlog-hantering och releasekoordination i SAFe-miljöer

Identifiera och lösa blockerare och rapportera beroenden till programnivå

Vad vi söker

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du:

Dokumenterad erfarenhet som Scrum Master i komplexa produktutvecklingsmiljöer

God förståelse för HMI, inbyggda system, mjukvaruutveckling eller digitala plattformar

Erfarenhet av skalning genom SAFe, LeSS eller liknande ramverk

Certifiering inom CSM, PSM eller SAFe SM är meriterande

Flytande svenska och engelska

This is an assignment where you will enable effective agile ways of working in cross-functional R&D teams developing next-generation human-machine interface solutions for commercial vehicles. The role combines servant leadership with hands-on process coordination. You will support teams through development, scaling, and implementation phases, where digital interfaces are closely integrated with physical vehicle systems, and help drive the organization's ongoing SAFe transformation.
