Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal
teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing
thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters:
judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and
Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through
acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and
campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
As Legora scales across Europe and sells to the world's largest law firms and enterprises, sustainability moves from nice-to-have
to a requirement — in regulation (CSRD), in procurement, and in the due-diligence questionnaires our clients send. This is a
founding role to stand up Legora's ESG function and own it end to end.
You will build Legora's ESG programme from scratch: the reporting that satisfies CSRD, the carbon accounting and offset programme,
and the credibility to represent Legora directly to clients and prospects on sustainability. You report to the VP of Operations
and partner with Finance, Legal, Workplace, and Revenue. This is part compliance, part programme-building, part client-facing. Two
things make it specific to Legora: every reporting workflow should be AI-automated rather than hand-run, and — because an AI
company's climate story is a compute story — you'll navigate the footprint of large datacentres and stay ahead of where efficiency
is heading as chips get better.

Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE Legora is adding 100+ people a month and heading toward 2,000. At that pace the informal, tribal version of how a company runs breaks down fast: new joiners reconstruct how decisions get made through Slack threads, and teams quietly point in different directions. The fix is an explicit, durable operating model — and someone who owns it permanently. This is that role. This is a founding role: you will build the function from scratch, then scale it as Legora grows. As Senior Operations Manager, you will own the machine that turns company strategy into coordinated execution: the planning cycle, the metric tree, the operating cadence, and the decision-rights framework. You will be Legora's cross-functional integrator — the person who owns the seams between teams, ensures direction set at the top reaches execution on the ground, and keeps alignment from decaying between quarterly beats. You report to the VP of Operations, work with the C-suite and functional leads, and will build a small BizOps team as the function matures. This is a founding operator role: the operating model is being stood up now, and you will inherit it, own it, and scale it. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own Legora's operating model: how direction is set, how it cascades to every team, how decisions get made, and how alignment is built and held. * Run the company's operating rhythm: quarterly planning cycle, OKR process, weekly metrics heartbeat, and company calendar. * Build and maintain the metric tree — from company North Star down to team-level inputs — and make it the single shared scoreboard the whole org reads off. * Define and hold the decision-rights framework: who owns what, what escalates, and how fast it moves. * Serve as the cross-functional integrator for initiatives that fall between team mandates; own the handoffs and the hard conversations that no single team will pick up. * Partner with functional leads — EPD, GTM, Finance, People, Legal — to translate company bets into team goals and roadmaps. * Produce the structured communication that keeps direction clear: quarterly all-hands framing, leadership committee materials, and the standing forums that repeat the why. * Over time, build and lead a small Business Operations team to own this function at scale. WHAT YOU BRING * 8+ years of experience, with a track record that combines analytical rigor with hands-on operating work. The classic arc is consulting or banking into strategy, then into an operator seat — but we welcome other paths that build the same muscles. * Experience running company-wide planning processes: OKRs, quarterly reviews, metric trees, or equivalent at a company of 300+ people. * Strong operating judgment — you move fluidly between designing the system and running it, between a leadership committee deck and an in-the-weeds implementation conversation. * Executive presence and backbone: you build trust quickly and drive outcomes through influence, not authority, in rooms with founders and VPs. * A clear, direct communication style. You write proposals before meetings, state the recommendation up front, and do not bury the lead. * Comfort building in ambiguity: this is a founding role and a new function. The job is to create the structure, not maintain it. STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO * Have built an operating model, planning cadence, or decision-rights framework from scratch at a scaling company. * Bring experience with M&A integration or organisational design — both are live workstreams at Legora. * Have worked in a Chief of Staff or VP Ops capacity, either as the role or as a close partner to it. * Come from a hyper-growth environment where the org doubled more than once during their tenure. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and customers across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, equity, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: You are building the operating system for a company rewriting how the legal industry works. * In-person environment: Stockholm or New York offices designed for ambitious builders. * Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. TL;DR We're looking for someone who has thrived in a hypergrowth startup environment and wants to do it again — someone who genuinely loved the part that most people only tolerate. You'll work side-by-side with our founder-CEO to scale his effectiveness, shaping strategy, driving execution, and making every function better than you found it. This is an intense, high-proximity role with very little structure, very little guidance, and enormous leverage for the right person. Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we’re just getting started. We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. What we’re looking for 10+ years of professional experience across high-intensity environments. This role has no manager, no structured feedback loops, and no one scoping your work. You are expected to see what needs to happen across strategy, operations, communications, and people and drive it without being asked. MBB consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment banking (Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan) or similar foundation. You learned structured problem-solving and executive communication under pressure. The CEO is a prolific, high-velocity idea generator who moves across product, GTM, partnerships, brand, and org design, sometimes within the same conversation. Ideas arrive faster than any single person could execute. Your job is to identify which ones carry real strategic weight, and sequence them against competing priorities. Ex-Founder, Chief of Staff, Head of BizOps/Strategy, or senior operations generalist experience at a hypergrowth startup who has lived the chaos firsthand. This company changes direction at the speed of the market it's defining. The strategic priority from Monday's leadership meeting may be reframed by Wednesday because a new partnership, competitive signal, or product insight emerged. This role is for someone who gets energy from moving fast inside ambiguity and can bring others along with them. Experience at companies that scaled revenue dramatically in compressed timeframes (think Ramp, SpaceX/Tesla, TikTok/ByteDance, OpenAI, Stripe, Anduril, Anthropic, Databricks, Figma, Scale AI). Lovable's leadership team has been assembled at lighting speed. You’ve seen this before before and how to support the CEO in building a strong leadership team. You will often be the connective tissue, the translator and mediator. Executive-grade communication. You can produce investor memos, board updates, internal comms, and candidate briefs that are polished, high-signal, and fast. You'll shape how the CEO communicates to the company, the board, and candidates — translating high-speed thinking into prose that lands with precision. Much of your impact will be invisible to the org and attributed to others. That needs to be fine with you. Diplomatic backbone. You navigate leadership tensions, headcount negotiations, and hard conversations with both empathy and candor. Comfortable with founder-speed proximity and intensity. This means daily co-working sessions with the CEO on his schedule, in-person in Stockholm, no remote exceptions. The team, customers, partners and investors are distributed across Stockholm, Boston, San Francisco and London. Some sessions run long and often happen outside of business hours. AI fluency. You actively use AI tools in your workflows and see them as a leverage multiplier, not a novelty (experience building AI workflows and agents is a strong plus) Coaching background is a meaningful plus. Executive coaching certification, or equivalent. What you’ll do In one sentence: Be the CEO’s strategic right hand — own the operating rhythm of the company, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead the highest-stakes initiatives from strategy through execution. Serve as a sounding board and sparring partner to the CEO on company strategy, competitive positioning, fundraising, org design, and executive hiring Own the cadence of the company — leadership meetings, leadership offsites, support all-hands preparation, goal-setting, planning, and cross-functional accountability systems Shape CEO communications for internal audiences (all-hands, leadership updates, sensitive HR matters) and external audiences (investor calls, candidate-facing materials) Drive alignment across the Leadership team and functional leads — mediate tensions constructively and ensure leadership decisions translate into execution Lead high-stakes special projects end-to-end — executive hiring processes, competitive intelligence, accountability frameworks Design and maintain function-level KPIs, headcount planning models, and performance dashboards that keep the leadership team honest Build and iterate on AI-powered workflows (multi-agent systems, Slack triage, meeting prep, action-item tracking) to scale the Office of the CEO This role is not for you if You expect to work regular working hours. Our teams, partners, investors and customers span Stockholm, San Francisco, Boston and London. You need clear role boundaries and a well-defined job description to do your best work You've never worked in a high-growth startup and are drawn to the idea of it more than the reality You take it personally when work you've invested in gets deprioritized or redirected abruptly You need regular recognition from your principal to stay motivated You expect the person you support to hand-hold you, or model the behaviors and systems you're implementing for the rest of the org You want a 12-month stepping-stone into a functional leadership role, this role is its own thing, and it demands full commitment to the craft of it How we hire Intro call with a member of the recruitment team to explore fit and alignment Call with a member of the CEO Office In-person meeting with the CEO if Stockholm-based, virtual otherwise Call with a member of the Leadership Team In-person work simulation with the CEO
Analytics Engineer, Stockholm Bravida is one of the Nordic region's leading installation and service companies covering electrical, HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, security & fire, and automation across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland with over 12,000 employees and around 300 local branches. Behind that scale sits serious operational complexity: projects, procurement, and finance functions that run on data. We're hiring an experienced Analytics Engineer to own the data models that ties it all together. The Role Data modelling is the core of this job. You'll design and own the semantic layer that makes Bravida's operational and financial data trustworthy, consistent, and accessible for reports today and generative BI tomorrow. AI isn't a side interest here; it's central to how we expect this role to operate and where we're taking our analytics capability. Architect and own data models in dbt on Snowflake as the primary deliverable Define and enforce modelling standards, documentation, and data contracts across domains Build and manage pipelines in Dagster Work with AI tooling actively to accelerate your own output and enable smarter self-service for the business Drive our move toward generative analytics, shaping how business users query and interpret data through natural language Work directly with operations, procurement, and finance to model their domains properly Lead analytics data quality and reliability improvements across the stack The Team The Data & Analytics team sits inside Operational Excellence, a fast-moving function with a mandate to improve how Bravida runs at every level. That means getting out into the business, building relationships with branch managers and project leads across the Nordics, and making data something people actually pull toward rather than have pushed at them. We move quickly, we're visible, and we don't accept "this is how we've always done it." If you need a perfectly quiet environment to do your best work, this probably isn't the right fit. If you thrive on direct feedback, short cycles, and seeing your work land in the real world fast, it is. What You Bring 3+ years as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or Data Analyst Deep dbt experience; you've built and maintained production-grade models others depend on Strong Snowflake or comparable modern platform experience Solid grasp of dimensional modelling, data contracts, and semantic layer design Active user of AI tools in your workflow and a view on how they change the job Genuine interest in generative BI and what it means for how businesses consume data beyond today Strong stakeholder management; you can hold a room, push back constructively, and get buy-in from people who weren't looking for it You spot problems before they're reported and propose solutions before they're requested You make good calls with incomplete information and don't wait to be told what to build next English required; Nordic languages a bonus What We Offer Ownership of a decision engine that matters at real scale A modern stack (Snowflake, dbt, Dagster) with active investment in AI and generative BI Direct access to senior stakeholders across operations, procurement, and finance A fast team with a real mandate, not a support function waiting for tasks Autonomy on your own career and continuous development The construction and installation industry is going through fundamental change in how projects are run, how decisions get made, and how value gets measured. The civic projects Bravida works on: the hospitals, schools, infrastructure, and buildings that society depends on, they deserve to be built and then operated on better data. We take that responsibility seriously. That's what this role is part of. Process: Intro call with hiring manager, then a practical technical case study followed by meeting the team and discussing the solution. Final step is meeting some of the Operations team and key stakeholders. You must be eligible to work in Sweden and the EU.
