Den här rollen innebär en nysatsning! Du kommer att bli Team Lead för kundsupporten kopplat till ett av Nordic Levels affärsområden: Brand/UTM, Larm/CCTV eller Hospitality/Passer. (Vi kommer alltså att söka tre Team Leads totalt. Vilket område man tilldelas bestäms i dialog med rekryterande chef.) I tjänsten ligger yttersta ansvaret för prestationen i ditt affärsområde och inbegriper arbetsledaransvar för en person (och troligen fler framöver), kundnöjdhet och sätta rutiner/arbetssätt. Som Team Lead Service & Support har du det yttersta ansvaret för hur ditt affärsområde presterar och leder arbetet kring arbetssätt, struktur och strategi men du har också ett stort operativt ansvar för de dagliga åtagandena. Det är därför viktigt att du kan kombinera strategi med operativa uppgifter och är flexibel och prestigelös i din roll.
Ägandeskap och det yttersta ansvarer för support och service kopplat till ditt affärsområde
Arbetsledning (ej personalansvar) av en kollega, och troligen fler framåt när supporten växer
Uppföljning och rapportering
Operativt hantera supportärenden via telefon och mail

Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som har servicekänsla, ansvarstagande och kundupplevelse i blodet. Du som brinner för att göra ett jobb i världsklass och sträva efter högsta möjliga kundnöjdhet.
Minst 3 års arbetslivserfarenhet från en kundserviceinriktad roll där du hanterat supportärenden via telefon och mail
Talar och skriver såväl svenska som engelska obehindrat
Har grundläggande teknisk förståelse
God vana av arbete i ärendehanteringssystem
Tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet inom säkerhets-, IT- eller telecom-branschen
Tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet av att arbetsleda ett mindre kundservice-team

Som person är du serviceinriktad ut i fingerspetsarna och gör allt för skapa service och kundupplevelse i världsklass. Du känner stort eget ansvar, är självgående och professionell. Role overview As Lead Legal Counsel Nordics, you will be a key member of both the global legal team and the Nordic leadership team, providing hands-on commercial legal support across the region. The role focuses on commercial, tech, and data protection matters, with a strong emphasis on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts in a SaaS-driven environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting strategic discussions, client negotiations, and major commercial deals. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will also line manage one Legal Counsel and help strengthen the quality and consistency of commercial agreements across the Nordics. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering a parental leave. The role can be based fully remotely or in a hybrid setup from one of our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Copenhagen.
