At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians -
is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.
We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe

meet you!
Please Note: As we enter the summer vacation period, responses to applications will be delayed throughout July. We appreciate your

Tandem Health is building technology that helps clinicians work more effectively, safely, and sustainably. As we scale, we want
our support experience to be fast, reliable, and increasingly automated.
Today, much of our clinician support is handled manually, with trained clinicians and internal teams responding to questions
through Intercom. We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Lead to improve this.
In this role, you will leverage the latest developments in AI to build a tech-enabled customer support function that is as
automated as possible, while still maintaining excellent clinician satisfaction and clear human escalation paths when needed.
You will own and improve our support setup in Intercom, creating better triage, automation, documentation, routing, and escalation
processes. Your work will help clinicians get faster, higher-quality support, while giving our Engineering and Medical Operations
teams more time back.
This role is based in Stockholm and requires strong Swedish and English language skills. You will support clinicians in Sweden as
well as other markets, including the UK.

from day one. We believe real growth happens when you're stretched, supported, and surrounded by smart, passionate teammates who
want to win together.

As a Retail Marketing Manager you'll own the retail experience engine and shape how people experience Klättermusen wherever they meet us physically within our own retail stores and retail pop-ups. You'll translate our global campaigns into thoughtful retail experiences that invite people in, tell our story, and help them understand why our products exist. You will mindfully consider local tastes and habits of our customers to tailor retail marketing initiatives with maximum impact, collaborating with retail store staff and local community managers. This is a role for someone who enjoys connecting the details. Creative campaigns, visual merchandising, local community activations, retail events, product launches, store openings - they all need to feel like one coherent brand experience. You'll work across marketing, retail and commercial teams to ensure every retail touchpoint reflects the same care, clarity and Scandinavian mountaineering mindset that goes into every product we make. What You’ll Own Retail Marketing Strategy: Translate Klättermusen's brand marketing strategy into relevant retail specific marketing initiatives and tactics. Lead the retail brand marketing channel assignments every season. Retail campaign execution: Bring our seasonal campaigns to life across owned retail through windows, POS materials, in-store storytelling, new product launches and customer experiences. Retail experience: Continuously develop and improve our stores experience from campaign installations and product storytelling to events, signage and customer journeys. Project Leadership & Collaboration: Manage projects from brief to execution, including planning, production, rollout, and follow-up. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Store launches & key moments: Support new store openings, seasonal launches and major brand moments with integrated retail marketing plans. Cross-functional planning: Connect retail marketing with campaigns, digital channels, community activations and commercial priorities to create one joined-up consumer experience. Visual storytelling: Work closely with Visual Merchandising, Creative and Production teams to ensure every retail execution feels unmistakably Klättermusen. Performance & optimization: Track retail marketing activity, identify what's working and continuously improve how our stores support awareness, engagement and sales. Budget Management: Manage the retail marketing budget with discipline and transparency. Track and analyze the effectiveness of our retail marketing investments. Use insights to refine future campaigns and demonstrate ROI. What you’ll Deliver A clear and actionable Retail Marketing Blueprint connecting brand campaigns with local execution. Retail experiences that turn our stores into destinations, bringing our products, stories, and community to life. Seasonal campaign launches and commercial drops executed consistently across all owned retail points. Stronger connections between retail, community, digital and PR, creating one seamless brand experience across every touchpoint. Increased store traffic, community participation and measurable commercial impact across key markets. Best-in-class visual storytelling and in-store communication that inspire exploration, discovery and confidence in our products. Deep collaboration across Marketing, Retail, Creative and Commercial teams. From initial brief through execution, reporting and continuous improvement. Strong partnerships with retail teams ensuring every activation feels authentic to Klättermusen while supporting local business goals. A continuous feedback loop of insights and learnings that improve future campaigns, retail experiences and customer journeys. What You’ll Bring You’re obsessed: You’re genuinely fired up about the culture we live and breathe; hiking, skiing, trail running and climbing. You get why technical gear matters, and you’re all in on inspiring others to get out there. You think big: You understand how retail connects to brand building, community, digital and commercial success. You’re a team player: Hungry, humble and smart; you bring people with you, align different perspectives and keep things moving forward. You find a way: When things get messy (they will) you don’t freeze, you get curious. You ask smart questions, figure out what matters and propose solutions that work in the real world. You sweat the details: You care. About the commas, the small print, the timing of a store event. Details matter to you because they shape the bigger picture and you don’t let them slide. You build trust: You create strong relationships with store teams and colleagues because people know they can rely on you. You own it: You take responsibility, learn fast and show up consistently for the team. You believe in what Klättermusen stands for, what we’re building, and the role you play in it. The Essentials 7+ years' experience in retail marketing, trade marketing or brand marketing within premium retail, outdoor, fashion or lifestyle brands. Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across owned retail environments. Strong understanding of consumer journeys and how physical retail complements digital channels. Experience planning store launches, retail activations and seasonal campaign rollouts. Confident managing multiple stakeholders, agencies and external partners. Excellent project management, prioritization and organisational skills. Comfortable working with budgets, timelines and reporting. Strong presentation and communication skills in English. Additional European languages are a plus. A creative eye with an appreciation for premium retail environments and visual storytelling. A genuine connection to outdoor culture and an appreciation for functional product design. What You’re Signing Up For A rare chance to help shape how a technical outdoor brand shows up for adventurers around the world. A fast-moving, entrepreneurial team where ideas fly, sleeves are rolled up, and no two days look the same. A global playground, our gear reaches over 50 countries, and you’ll get to connect with communities and culture across borders and time zones. A seat at the table shaping global comms, concepts and experiences for the world’s most refined mountaineering brand. This position is based in Stockholm, London or Munich and starting as soon as possible.
Join our global force of 400+ innovators, blending the latest in tech with the greatest in soundtracking — from our Stockholm HQ to offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Paris, Oslo, and Seoul. We're an industry leader with a startup mentality. We take what we do seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. Come create with us, and let the world feel your work. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll join an embedded, AI-native analytics team that sits inside the commercial and product domains driving our growth. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the VP of Revenue Operations and Global Sales Leadership as we scale our enterprise business — defining what success looks like across the full bow-tie funnel, from pipeline generation to expansion revenue, and proving it with data. You'll have a dedicated mandate within the Enterprise GTM org while drawing on the shared infrastructure, engineering support, and peers of our central Data & Analytics team. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to define success metrics, surface growth opportunities across the enterprise bow-tie funnel, and shape GTM strategy with evidence — proactively raising the questions stakeholders haven't thought to ask. * Build and refine the models that steer the business — customer segmentation for territory and capacity planning, lead and account scoring for pipeline quality, and forecasting for pipeline and revenue. * Make our data trustworthy for agentic analytics — enrich context and metadata, and use AI coding tools to ship instrumentation and data-quality fixes directly so both people and AI tools can rely on it. * Own the analytical backbone of how the enterprise business is steered — KPI and metric definitions aligned across Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and the monthly, quarterly, and annual performance forums, owning the narrative, not just the slides. * Close data gaps and build scalable, self-serve measurement infrastructure so GTM teams can monitor long-term performance without you in the loop. * Uphold rigor as self-serve expands — push back on false precision in pipeline and forecast numbers, set the bar for what good analysis looks like, and resist sophistication, statistical or AI, where a simpler approach serves the decision better. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Senior-level influence. You've driven real business impact by shaping decisions at the leadership level and moving revenue outcomes. * High agency. Habit of driving decisions through tailored communication and data storytelling. * Sharp analytical instincts. You scope vague questions with vetted frameworks, state hypotheses up front, and reason to a defensible answer even with imperfect data. * Sound judgement about data. A solid grasp of statistics and the discernment to know when past data predicts the future and when to override it for where the business is heading. * Technical versatility. Proficiency across SQL and Python (notebooks in Hex), dbt (on BigQuery), plus experience with AI coding tools and techniques including context engineering and evals. * PLG/SaaS fluency. Hands-on experience in product-led and SaaS businesses, with a solid grasp of subscription economics and the metrics that drive them. MUSIC TO OUR EARS * Experience across the B2B GTM funnel — Sales, Marketing, and RevOps — with funnel, segmentation, and forecasting analytics. * Data modelling know-how and experience with semantic layers. * A track record of defining metrics and steering frameworks for enterprise or 0→1 commercial motions. WHAT WE'LL OFFER * A fast-paced environment with real room for personal growth and tangible impact on the business. * The chance to help write the new playbook for running Analytics in the AI era, combining timeless principles with fresh learnings from emerging tooling. * A diverse, collaborative team of Analysts and Engineers building together. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER We believe that bringing people together from different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives makes for a healthy workplace, a more successful business and a better world. We value diversity and encourage everyone to come and soundtrack the world with us. APPLICATION Ready to make the world feel your work? Please apply, in English.

We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role The IT and AI Enablement function exists to make Legora itself run as well as the product we sell: secure, automated, and compounding over time. The Workplace Technology Lead owns everything technical a person touches when they walk into the office — onboarding, hardware, AV, cabling, and physical-security infrastructure — with Workplace Technology Staff supporting as the site scales, and works alongside the EAs, Workspace, Office Managers, and Brand/Events teams. One Lead per major site (Stockholm, London, New York, Sydney, Denver); they share playbooks and cover for one another. This role owns Stockholm. What You'll Be Doing * Own Stockholm's workplace technology end to end — the day-to-day experience for staff and guests. Lead the Workplace Technology Staff where the site has them; do the work yourself and build the team where it doesn't. * Run the technology side of new-hire onboarding on the ground: devices staged, accounts and access provisioned, day-one setup, and the in-person welcome to Legora's tools — Workplace handles the desk and space. * Own the AV and conferencing estate — meeting rooms, all-hands, and event AV. * Inside Workplace’s office buildouts, program-manage the physical systems — cameras, badge / access-control, and structured cabling: oversee installers, hold vendors to Legora’s standards and acceptance tests, and make sure each is installed correctly, comes up on the network, and stays available. Workplace owns the buildout; you own that the tech works; Security owns access policy and monitoring. * Manage the local hardware lifecycle — provisioning, stock, repairs, returns — and be the site’s top escalation point above first-line support. * Resolve local requests through Legora’s shared service desk, working to common SLAs with automated routing. * Oversee the site’s technology spend — AV, hardware, and IT / AV vendors — forecasting with Finance and feeding the overall site budget that Workplace owns. Who You Are * 6+ years across IT / workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations, including running on-site buildouts end to end — you're comfortable owning a site. * Ready to incubate a site — happy to start as the sole technologist and build the team as the office grows. * A program manager at heart — you can scope a fit-out, keep installers, vendors, and timelines on track, and own a budget and forecast spend without drama. * Hands-on and present — this is a five-days-on-site role (you can't stage a new hire's desk or recover a dropped meeting room remotely), and you like being the person on the floor who makes the space work. * A calm partner and — where there’s a team — a steady manager who develops people; you're the point of contact when an event or VIP visit depends on the tech. * Standards-minded and ambitious — you want your site to set the bar the others copy, and you keep the next buildout cleaner than the last. Nice To Have * AV and conferencing at scale — room design, signal flow, and acceptance testing (Neat, Zoom Rooms). * Technical program management of physical installs — structured / low-voltage cabling and commissioning of building systems. * Physical-security infrastructure — badge / access-control and camera / CCTV (e.g. Verkada): keeping it installed, networked, and available, and coordinating installers. * Office network fundamentals — Meraki and the local network spine, working with the IT Systems team. * Endpoint and onboarding logistics — macOS provisioning, Jamf / Apple Business Manager, and staging hardware for new hires. * Comfortable running support through an ITSM / service-desk platform and adopting AI-assisted, agentic automation — we run an AI-native ITSM (Serval), and exposure to tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice transfers well. * Experience with Neat, Zoom, Meraki, Verkada, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, and 1Password. *Please note that due to summer holidays, our response times may be a little longer than usual. We'll be reviewing applications from late July/early August. Thank you for your patience!
