As a Robotics Support Lead, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our global technical support operations for AI-powered
robotic systems. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring that customer issues are resolved
efficiently while continuously improving support processes, tools, and performance. You will manage and mentor a team of support
specialists, oversee ticket prioritization and escalation handling, and work closely with engineering and product teams to
diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges. By leveraging data and customer insights, you will drive improvements in system
reliability, support workflows, and overall customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, robotics-driven environment.

To further expand our market position, we seek a Marketing Director (m/f/d) who will oversee all marketing activities, from strategy and execution to performance analysis, and who will eventually establish and grow our marketing team. OVERVIEW: We are looking for a dynamic marketing leader to drive our brand and market presence. In this role, you'll develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and market share, while maintaining and evolving our corporate design and messaging across all channels. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns, including SEO, SEA, social media, and email marketing—to generate leads and increase conversions, closely monitoring key performance indicators to refine strategies. Additionally, you will create and manage targeted content such as white papers, blog posts, and newsletters, and orchestrate PR activities and event appearances to further establish our brand. Collaborating with Sales, you’ll support lead generation and enhance lead scoring and nurturing processes. In the medium term, you'll build and lead a high-performing marketing team, manage external agencies, and oversee the marketing budget, preparing regular reports and presentations to ensure efficient resource allocation and clear communication with management. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Marketing Strategy & Branding * Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and market share. * Maintain and evolve our corporate design and brand messaging across all channels. * ABM & Campaign Development * Plan, execute, and optimize targeted account-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels. * Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage key accounts, support the sales pipeline, and drive conversion. * Track campaign performance, derive insights, and report outcomes to management. * Content & Communication * Create and manage target-group-specific content (white papers, blog posts, social media posts, newsletters) in collaboration with internal experts. * Plan and execute PR activities, press releases, and event appearances to further establish our brand. * Lead Management & Collaboration with Sales * Work closely with Sales to generate qualified leads and develop campaigns that support the sales funnel. * Enhance lead scoring and nurturing processes in collaboration with the Sales Team. * Building & Leading the Marketing Team * In the medium term, build a high-performing marketing team (e.g., content marketing specialist, performance marketing manager). * Coach and develop team members, and manage external agencies and service providers. * Reporting & Budget Responsibility * Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing activities, key performance metrics, and budget use. * Oversee the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources. QUALIFICATIONS: * Education & Experience * Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field, or equivalent qualification. * Several years of experience in (online) marketing, ideally in a tech or startup environment. * Professional Competencies * Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEA, social media, email) and holistic campaign planning. * Experience in building and leading marketing teams is a plus. * Confident handling of common marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite) and analytical methods. * Soft Skills * Hands-on mentality, creativity, and a willingness to experiment. * Excellent communication skills in German and English, confident demeanour, and enjoyment of networking. * Structured, results-oriented work style combined with the ability to prioritize complex topics. * Perspective * Excitement about a dynamic environment in which you will substantially shape our overall marketing strategy. * Motivation to build and lead a marketing team and contribute to our long-term success. * Language Skills * English and German, both written and spoken. ROLE OVERVIEW As a Field Deployment Engineer, you will lead the installation and deployment of our AI-powered robotic systems at customer sites across Europe. This is a dynamic, hands-on engineering role that combines technical leadership with practical implementation to ensure successful system integration in high-automation production environments. You will plan and coordinate deployments, collaborate closely with internal engineering teams, project managers and customer stakeholders, and take end-to-end responsibility for the complete installation, integration, and commissioning process onsite. This is a hands on role where you will contribute directly to mechanical and electrical work to support live systems, helping install new systems, and troubleshoot robotic systems during on-site deployments. Your Responsibilities: DEPLOYMENT LEADERSHIP * Lead the installation and commissioning of robotic systems at customer facilities. * Coordinate deployments with internal engineering teams, contractors, and customer personnel. * Coordinate deployments with internal engineering teams, contractors, and customer personnel. * Plan installation workflows and ensure deployments are executed safely and efficiently. * Serve as the primary technical contact during on-site deployments. * Ensure systems meet operational, performance, and safety requirements prior to production handoff. SYSTEM INSTALLATION & INTEGRATION * Install and integrate robotic arms, grippers, sensors, cameras, and mobile platforms. * Contribute directly to mechanical and electrical installation of robotic systems. * Mount and replace end-effectors such as grippers and tooling. * Route and secure electrical and communication cables within robotic cells and control cabinets. * Assist with installation, wiring, and modification of control cabinets and electrical components. * Drill, tap, mount, and modify brackets, fixtures, and mounting hardware as required for system integration. * Conduct on-site system testing and validation.
