We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Risk Manager to join our Project Controls team and play a key part
in supporting our clients. As a Senior Risk Manager you will support the development and implementation of the overall risk
management and reporting capability within CMR and our clients.

🔹 You’ll
· Collaborate with the Project Management and Commercial Teams in delivering effective risk management to enable the project to
deliver its objectives;
· Facilitate risk workshops to ensure the relevant exposure is captured across the project.
· Manage and maintain risk registers by guiding team members on defining risk causes, events, and impacts; assessing the
likelihood and impact of the risks; development of appropriate, cost-effective, and timely responses to risks.
· Support the production of monthly reports through the provision of intelligent information and analysis;
· Establish and foster working relationships with all appropriate stakeholders to ensure a mature risk culture is developed across
the organization
🔹 We’re looking for:
Essential
· Relevant experience within a project management or project controls environment.
· Experience in major construction projects.
· Detailed understanding of risk methodologies, mitigation processes & techniques within an enterprise environment.
· A technically minded individual to comprehend technical approaches and concepts and to articulate these to a wider audience.
· An Individual who is comfortable with challenging assumptions and processes to constantly improve the delivery of performance
data.
Desirable
· Recognised project management qualification such as Association of Project Management (APM) or Institute of Risk Management
(IRM)
· The ability to use quantitative risk analysis tools for cost and schedule risk analysis (e.g. @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis,
ARM, Safran)

Som Senior Risk Manager inom affärsområdena Wealth Management (WM) och Svensk Bankverksamhet (SBV) på Swedbank får du en central roll i att utveckla och stärka hanteringen av icke-finansiella risker. Bidra till utvecklingen av styrning, riskhantering och intern kontroll inom WM och SBV.

I denna roll behöver du:
Akademisk examen från högskola eller universitet inom exempelvis ekonomi, juridik, risk management, finans, systemvetenskap eller annat relevant område.
Flerårig erfarenhet av arbete inom risk management, intern styrning och kontroll, compliance eller närliggande område.
God kunskap om operativ riskhantering samt erfarenhet av att genomföra riskanalyser och riskbedömningar i komplexa verksamhetsmiljöer.
Erfarenhet av att stötta verksamheten i förändringsinitiativ, projekt och regulatoriska implementeringar.
God förståelse för finansiella regelverk och krav kopplade till intern styrning och kontroll, exempelvis outsourcing, dataskydd och informationssäkerhet.
Förmåga att självständigt driva komplexa frågeställningar och omsätta regelverkskrav till affärsmässiga och praktiskt genomförbara lösningar.
Erfarenhet av att leda workshops, driva förändring och navigera i komplexa organisationer.
