Som Servicetekniker ansvarar du för reparation, felsökning och förebyggande underhåll av våra maskiner och utrustning. Arbetet sker både på vårt servicecenter i Söderköping och ute hos våra kunder.
Du kommer även att stötta kunder vid leverans av maskiner och bidra till en hög servicenivå i alla kundkontakter. Rollen innebär stort eget ansvar i planering och genomförande av arbeten, i nära dialog med din teamleader. Du samarbetar med eftermarknad och sälj för att skapa bästa möjliga kundupplevelse.
Du dokumenterar och rapporterar utfört arbete i våra system och bidrar till att utveckla både arbetssätt och kundrelationer.

Vi söker dig som trivs i en roll med mycket kundkontakt och som motiveras av att lösa tekniska problem.
Du är självgående, ansvarstagande och har förmågan att prioritera ditt arbete effektivt. Du är flexibel, serviceinriktad och har en god förståelse för kundens behov av snabb och kvalitativ service.
Du har ett tekniskt intresse och uppskattar att arbeta både praktiskt och lösningsorienterat i vardagen.
