Raidium develops a new generation of radiological interfaces, aiming at assisting the radiologist in a context of increasing demand (number of exams) and increasing diversity (number of topics / diseases to cover). After technological breakthroughs and intense product development, Raidium is now entering the pre-commercial phase through tests of the product in partner centers.
With many potential leads and business opportunities, we are now looking for a Senior Business Developer to structure and implement our commercial strategy.
In practice
As Raidium’s first business developer, you will embody the business aspects of the company, which are currently fulfilled by the founders, the COO and the partnership team.
o General approach: Go To market, Distribution, Sourcing, Competition etc.
o Business KPI and roadmap
o Yourself, by going on the field
o By managing Raidium’s sourcing / sales team (with full time employees and contractants)
o And through defining structuring processes for the company
o Which encompasses R&D, Product, FDA clearance/CE approval, Partnerships, Delivery.
You will be managed by Raidium’s founders Paul Hérent (CEO) and Pierre Manceron (CSO).

About the Role You will join a newly established Business Development and Strategy function within R&D at a global manufacturer in the commercial vehicle industry. You will lead and coordinate financial planning activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up. You will support senior stakeholders with analysis, prioritization, and decision material tied to business performance and strategic direction. You will strengthen collaboration between R&D, finance, and business functions to enable more effective cross-functional ways of working. You will support strategy PMO activities and help structure follow-up of strategic initiatives together with commercial stakeholders. You will manage and further develop the R&D management system as part of the broader governance framework. You will use analytical, data, and AI-related capabilities to create insights that support planning and performance. RequirementsExperience working with strategic business development in a complex organization. Experience with financial governance and financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable decision support. Data and AI-related skills relevant to business performance and strategic development. Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across R&D, finance, and business functions. Experience supporting prioritization, follow-up, and execution of strategic initiatives. Ability to complete a background check before the assignment starts. As WeMoms’ Sales Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing the sales strategy by selling traditional and innovative ad inventory to key brands.
