This role is part of our Global Studios team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and
speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market
share for our clients.
The Delivery Lead serves as the operational linchpin for the Global Studio team, spearheading staffing operations and ensuring
seamless coordination across multi-disciplinary teams. In this capacity, you will partner with the Head of Delivery and various
Craft and Client teams to orchestrate high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project delivery. The role focuses on scaling and
flexing Studio resources to meet evolving client needs through process optimization and the strategic application of technology.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $100k-115k CAD. Salary is based on relevant experience, expertise, and
organizational impact.

YOUR MISSION We’re looking for a Delivery Lead in our Analytics & AI team. This is a mid-management position which blends hands-on delivery management with a senior advisory role in Data & AI at some of our most strategic and high-impact clients. This is not a pure project management position: you’ll be expected to * advise customers on their data and analytics strategy (all the way to the executive level) * steer client engagements incl. managing delivery on track, on time & in budget across a handful of projects * manage (a squad in the) internal team on tips, tricks, their growth & balance In this role, you’ll ensure that our projects deliver customer value by combining pragmatic project leadership with a solid understanding of the data world. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery of Analytics & AI projects, ensuring both successful execution and measurable client value * Oversee scope, planning, and budget while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and change requests * Coach and mentor consultants to help them grow in project delivery, stakeholder interaction, and solution ownership * Provide data and analytics guidance to (senior) clients by shaping roadmaps, inspiring, leading technical workshops, and challenging requirements. * Ensure quality & best practices: Act as the SPOC, ensuring our consultants deliver best practice work * Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, balancing business priorities with technical realities and keeping alignment at all levels * Shape and lead project governance: from hands-on status meetings to strategic steering committees with executives * Contribute to pre-sales and scoping activities with realistic, experience-based input on delivery models, timelines, and resource needs YOUR PROFILE * You are already residing in Belgium * Experience in data, IT, or digital consulting or in-house delivery; preferably a first management experience * Strong track record in project or program delivery * Experience with Azure (for Data & AI), Databricks, Power BI, and collaboration platforms like JIRA or Azure DevOps * Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2 – able to blend approaches pragmatically * Proven ability to manage mid to large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, budgets, and cross-functional teams * Strong affinity with data, analytics, and AI: you don’t need to code, but you understand the fundamentals and can confidently engage with technical teams and business leaders alike * A passion for coaching, capable of guiding consultants and building high-performing delivery teams * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills: able to build trust, align diverse teams, and translate complex topics into clear, accessible messages * You are structured yet pragmatic: you bring clarity and oversight, but adapt quickly when circumstances change * Fluent in English and Dutch or French
