YOUR MISSION We're looking for a driven and ambitious Project Manager to lead some of our most strategic and high-impact projects. In this role, you'll help clients unlock the true value of their data—supported by a team of top-tier Analytics & AI experts. As the key link between client stakeholders and our internal consultants, you'll be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining strong, positive relationships with everyone involved. You won’t be doing this alone: our Project Management Lead will actively coach and mentor you, sharing best practices and offering support as you evolve into an increasingly autonomous and confident project leader. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of medium to large Analytics & AI projects for enterprise clients * Oversee scope, planning, and budget, including resource allocation, cost control, and managing change requests * Establish and lead project governance, from recurring status meetings to executive steering committees * Collaborate closely with both clients and internal experts (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analytics Architects) to ensure clarity, alignment, and steady progress * Act as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders—proactively identify risks, communicate them clearly, and keep momentum * Contribute to the development and refinement of delivery best practices within the project team * Support pre-sales activities with realistic and experience-based input on scoping, timelines, and resource needs YOUR PROFILE * You are already residing in Belgium * 3+ years of working experience in IT, data, or digital consulting * Project Management experience is a strong plus, especially in IT, data, or digital environments * You’re familiar with various project management methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile * You have a genuine interest in data, analytics, or AI – you don’t need to code, but you understand the basics and can confidently engage with both technical and non-technical teams * You’re passionate about bringing structure, clarity & oversight to projects - managing budgets, timelines, resources & scope comes naturally to you. * You combine a structured mindset with the flexibility and pragmatism needed to adapt to changing circumstances * You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a talent for aligning diverse teams around shared goals. YOUR MISSION We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join our growing Microsoft Azure team. In this role, you'll architect, implement, and manage landing zones and Modern Data Platform Spokes on the Microsoft Azure platform. You'll be responsible for designing resilient, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructures that address our clients' complex business challenges. Working with us will allow you to implement your knowledge and network in the cloud computing space, surrounded by talented professionals who are leaders in Azure architecture and implementation. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Design and implement end-to-end Azure cloud solutions, including Azure Landing Zones to support Modern Data Platform IaaS, PaaS, and serverless architectures * Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using tools such as Terraform, Azure Resource Manager templates, or Bicep * Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing * Implement cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards * Configure and optimize Azure networking solutions, including virtual networks, firewalls, gateways, and load balancers * Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies * Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost-efficiency * Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps practices * Work directly with clients to understand requirements and provide technical guidance * Stay current with emerging Azure technologies and recommend innovative solutions * Embrace project management aimed towards getting the job done. This will include working with client Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Business/IT Stakeholders * Be an on- and offline ambassador for the element61 team YOUR PROFILE * You are already residing in Belgium * University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field * 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and technologies * Strong knowledge of Azure networking, security, storage, data platforms (like Databricks and Microsoft Fabric), and compute services * Experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and ARM templates * Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, and other automation tools * Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines * Solid understanding of security principles and compliance requirements * Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS) * Azure certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.) are a plus * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences * Customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver high-quality solutions * Enthusiastic about being part of a growing team & industry * Fluency in English, Dutch, or French is a plus

YOUR MISSION Data Science and Data Engineering go hand-in-hand, and a good Data Scientist has solid data engineering skills. During your first 18 months in this mixed Junior position, you'll get a rapid learning and hands-on curve working on the broad Analytics domains. You'll build Data Pipelines, set up Data Platforms, do CICD, build ML models, do feature engineering, do visualization exercises, and much more. This Junior position is a great opportunity to learn what it takes to do Analytics from end to end. Our job offer is there to reflect a mixed Data Engineer/Scientist position: i.e., one where we’ll be asking you to crunch data with the objective to build data-driven insights, machine learning models, and to embed them in end-to-end applications (such as genAI applications) to production. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As a Data Engineer/Scientist, you aim to work hands-on to deliver data-driven platforms, machine learning models & genAI applications. Every mission we’ll embark on a trajectory with concrete deliverables and a deadline. This means that we can guarantee you a variety of engagements across clients & industries: e.g., one month you might be working on ingesting time-series data for a manufacturing customer and, another month, on a churn model for a marketing client. * Build data platforms (data engineering) with Azure, Databricks, or Qlik * Develop data pipelines & transformations and machine learning models in Python * Guide customers towards translating their use case or business idea into platform architectures and machine learning techniques & models * Act as a Data Science Expert on the latest machine learning & AI trends * Be a thought partner for client Data teams in tackling their specific challenges, limitations & ambitions through machine learning, Data Analytics, and generative AI * Inspire customers with insights and opportunities on new data-driven use cases * Act as a Data Engineering Expert, bringing best practices of Git, DevOps & CICD to the customer's data platform * Embrace project management aimed towards getting the job done.
