YOUR MISSION Working at element61 will allow you to develop and extend your knowledge and network in Business Analytics with the Microsoft BI Platform. Our Microsoft BI Competence Center counts over 250 man-years of experience in Microsoft Business Analytics. Our team obtains and maintains over 25 Microsoft Analytics certificates yearly, consisting of over 30 Azure Data Engineers. element61 is a Gold Microsoft Data Analytics / Data Platform & Cloud Platform partner, at the forefront of the newer versions and technologies, including Microsoft Power BI, Azure, SQL Server, and Databricks. RESPONSIBILITIES * Definition of strategies and roadmaps to implement Microsoft Azure & BI Solutions * User requirements, design, and develop reports, analysis, dashboards, and data warehousing / datalakes / Modern Data Platform layers * Data modeling and data architecture design/implementation * Conduct knowledge transfer and training of users, including sharing best practices * Perform configuration and customization-related activities to answer reporting needs * Data integration, data quality, and data conversion design and implementation * Documentation of solutions, configuration, and program modifications according to internal standards All of this with the leading Microsoft Azure for Analytics, BI & SQL Server suite (Power BI, Reporting Services, Analysis Services, Master Data Services, SQL Server Integration Services, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Databricks …). YOUR PROFILE * Ideally, you have 5+ years of relevant experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions in Business Intelligence * You have 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Azure Modern Data Platform (Analytics-oriented Services), Power BI & SQL Server suite * Preferably, you have a University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent * As an entrepreneurial personality, you are results- and customer-focused, and you thrive in a dynamic environment with lots of personal responsibilities and limited formalities * You are a team player, flexible, creative, and eager to learn * You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and good communication and writing skills in English and in French or Dutch
YOUR MISSION Data Science and Data Engineering go hand-in-hand, and a good Data Scientist has solid data engineering skills. During your first 18 months in this mixed Junior position, you'll get a rapid learning and hands-on curve working on the broad Analytics domains. You'll build Data Pipelines, set up Data Platforms, do CICD, build ML models, do feature engineering, do visualization exercises, and much more. This Junior position is a great opportunity to learn what it takes to do Analytics from end to end. Our job offer is there to reflect a mixed Data Engineer/Scientist position: i.e., one where we’ll be asking you to crunch data with the objective to build data-driven insights, machine learning models, and to embed them in end-to-end applications (such as genAI applications) to production. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As a Data Engineer/Scientist, you aim to work hands-on to deliver data-driven platforms, machine learning models & genAI applications. YOUR MISSION We’re looking for a Delivery Lead in our Analytics & AI team. This is a mid-management position which blends hands-on delivery management with a senior advisory role in Data & AI at some of our most strategic and high-impact clients. This is not a pure project management position: you’ll be expected to * advise customers on their data and analytics strategy (all the way to the executive level) * steer client engagements incl. managing delivery on track, on time & in budget across a handful of projects * manage (a squad in the) internal team on tips, tricks, their growth & balance In this role, you’ll ensure that our projects deliver customer value by combining pragmatic project leadership with a solid understanding of the data world.
