YOUR MISSION We’re looking for a Delivery Lead in our Analytics & AI team. This is a mid-management position which blends hands-on delivery management with a senior advisory role in Data & AI at some of our most strategic and high-impact clients. This is not a pure project management position: you’ll be expected to * advise customers on their data and analytics strategy (all the way to the executive level) * steer client engagements incl. managing delivery on track, on time & in budget across a handful of projects * manage (a squad in the) internal team on tips, tricks, their growth & balance In this role, you’ll ensure that our projects deliver customer value by combining pragmatic project leadership with a solid understanding of the data world. You are the bridge between our clients, leadership, and the consulting teams. You keep delivery on track while safeguarding strong and trusted relationships with all stakeholders. You won’t be doing this alone: you’ll join a strong and experienced team of Delivery Leads who will onboard you effectively into our element61 way of working, while giving you the freedom to grow, take ownership, and shape your own style of delivery leadership. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery of Analytics & AI projects, ensuring both successful execution and measurable client value * Oversee scope, planning, and budget while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and change requests * Coach and mentor consultants to help them grow in project delivery, stakeholder interaction, and solution ownership * Provide data and analytics guidance to (senior) clients by shaping roadmaps, inspiring, leading technical workshops, and challenging requirements. * Ensure quality & best practices: Act as the SPOC, ensuring our consultants deliver best practice work * Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, balancing business priorities with technical realities and keeping alignment at all levels * Shape and lead project governance: from hands-on status meetings to strategic steering committees with executives * Contribute to pre-sales and scoping activities with realistic, experience-based input on delivery models, timelines, and resource needs YOUR PROFILE * You are already residing in Belgium * Experience in data, IT, or digital consulting or in-house delivery; preferably a first management experience * Strong track record in project or program delivery * Experience with Azure (for Data & AI), Databricks, Power BI, and collaboration platforms like JIRA or Azure DevOps * Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2 – able to blend approaches pragmatically * Proven ability to manage mid to large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, budgets, and cross-functional teams * Strong affinity with data, analytics, and AI: you don’t need to code, but you understand the fundamentals and can confidently engage with technical teams and business leaders alike * A passion for coaching, capable of guiding consultants and building high-performing delivery teams * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills: able to build trust, align diverse teams, and translate complex topics into clear, accessible messages * You are structured yet pragmatic: you bring clarity and oversight, but adapt quickly when circumstances change * Fluent in English and Dutch or French

(advantage with Microsoft Certifications: AI-102, AI-200, AB-730) * Solid understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, embedding models. * Proven experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems using frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and / or LangChain. * Strong proficiency in Python, and/or SQL. * Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar data platforms is a strong advantage. * Knowledge of Azure Infrastructure (advantage with Microsoft Certification: AZ-305). * Knowledge of Azure DevOps (advantage with Microsoft Certification: AZ-400). * Exposure to Azure IaC (e.g. Terraform, Bicep) is considered a plus. * Strong analytical thinking and structured, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a high level of customer orientation and service mindset.  WHAT YOU BRING *  Architect, build, and optimize AI agents and agentic workflows using Microsoft AI Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework and Azure Logic Apps, with a focus on Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Review. * Architect end-to-end AI solutions including knowledge retrieval, and orchestration layers integrated with enterprise data sources. * Build, test, and publish agents to M365 Copilot and other Microsoft channels, managing authentication, RBAC, and deployment lifecycle. * Develop integration workflows connecting AI agents with productivity tools, and custom APIs using Function Apps, Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate. * Stay current with the rapidly evolving Microsoft AI ecosystem and evaluate emerging capabilities (e.g. Copilot Studio, Foundry SDK, multi-agent patterns) for client applicability. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to present architecture concepts, solution scenarios, and demos to clients and win new projects. * Represent Evora (Connect) as a thought leader by conducting workshops, publishing expert content, speaking at conferences, and actively shaping the data and analytics community. * Understand Microsoft partner offerings (Solution Partner status, specializations, incentives, etc.).
