At Heart Aerospace, we are developing the ES-30, a regional hybrid-electric commercial aircraft
capable of carrying 30 passengers, boasting an all-electric, zero-emission range of 125 mi and a
hybrid-electric range of 500 mi. Heart is targeting type certification of the ES-30 by the end of the
decade.
Heart’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT) is focused on delivering the company’s next critical phase:
achieving first flight of our X1 full-scale demonstrator aircraft, advancing the X2 prototype program,
progressing strategic planning and fundraising efforts, and preparing the company for
industrialization and production. This is a period of high intensity, rapid decision-making, and strident
execution requiring tight coordination across engineering, operations, commercial, and corporate
functions.
Heart Aerospace is seeking an Executive Operations Partner to support Heart’s Executive
Leadership Team, with primary focus on supporting the Founder & CEO. This role sits at the center
of the company’s operating rhythm, helping ensure senior leaders are spending their time on the
highest-value priorities and that the day-to-day mechanics around strategic decision-making,
meetings, travel, external engagement, and follow-through run with precision.
The Executive Operations Manager will own core executive operations across scheduling, travel,
inbox and headquarters management support, while helping maintain order, responsiveness, and
momentum during a dynamic period of company growth. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role suited
for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, exercises strong judgment, and brings a
service mindset, discretion, and operational excellence to supporting senior leadership. The role
requires flexibility and a high degree of responsiveness, including outside of normal business hours,
as the needs of the Executive Leadership Team evolve.

Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. ABOUT THE TEAM The administrative business partner team works with Stripe's leaders to support their day-to-day administrative needs, while also contributing to projects that help drive the company's strategic priorities. WHAT YOU'LL DO Stripe is seeking an eager and poised individual with a high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and professional drive to support the Office of the CEO. This role reports directly to the Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to the CEO and is responsible for a wide range of tasks. A successful candidate has a "no task too big, no task too small" mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to partner with leaders and individuals across the organization. Additionally, this individual has unwavering discretion, proven experience operating in ambiguous environments, and resilience. The CEO is based out of our South San Francisco HQ, so we're looking for someone to be in-office at least 3 days per week. RESPONSIBILITIES * Offer administrative support to our CEO by partnering with their ABP, Family Home Office (FHO), and security team to enable seamless movements for a complex calendar * Support extensive research and logistics for unique and high-caliber offsite events * Travel to offices and support executive onsites * Track, manage, and reconcile expenses monthly * Liaise with external contacts for a high volume of external speaking engagements, mapping out all aspects of the engagement (e.g. travel, security access, briefing materials, etc.) * Manage end-to-end complex travel including planning, presenting various creative options in advance of domestic and international trips * Identify opportunities to establish new—and improve existing—administrative systems and processes. A firm understanding of AI capabilities and a desire to go deep to test implementation of new systems and tools are critical. * Own and manage complex annual projects that require exec engagement in addition to ad hoc projects * Build cross-functional relationships between key executive-level stakeholders * On-the-ground logistical and general administrative office support WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 5+ years of administrative experience at a quickly-scaling or large company * Proven skills in organization and processes, with superb attention to detail and a strong ability to execute * Experience in complex time management and demonstrated ability to quickly shift tasks and priorities as needed * Experience operating with a strong sense of ownership and believe trust is built on ensuring nothing is ever dropped * Proven experience in building systems and processes that enable you to balance a high volume of tasks without ever missing details or losing sight of long-term goals * Experience working across various roles and teams in a fast-paced, changing environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient * Proven experience in communicating, performing, and reacting well under pressure or ambiguity * Experience in optimizing processes to make them more efficient * Experienced at handling sensitive information and situations with care and confidence * Demonstrated ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of others before they arise * Experienced with AI tools and have integrated them into your workflows effectively PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in or partnering with a Family Home Office (FHO) or Personal Assistant(s) * Experience partnering with executive security * Experience in a high-growth technology startup
TL;DR We're looking for someone who has thrived in a hypergrowth startup environment and wants to do it again — someone who genuinely loved the part that most people only tolerate. You'll work side-by-side with our founder-CEO to scale his effectiveness, shaping strategy, driving execution, and making every function better than you found it. This is an intense, high-proximity role with very little structure, very little guidance, and enormous leverage for the right person. Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we’re just getting started. We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. What we’re looking for 10+ years of professional experience across high-intensity environments. This role has no manager, no structured feedback loops, and no one scoping your work. You are expected to see what needs to happen across strategy, operations, communications, and people and drive it without being asked. MBB consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment banking (Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan) or similar foundation. You learned structured problem-solving and executive communication under pressure. The CEO is a prolific, high-velocity idea generator who moves across product, GTM, partnerships, brand, and org design, sometimes within the same conversation. Ideas arrive faster than any single person could execute. Your job is to identify which ones carry real strategic weight, and sequence them against competing priorities. Ex-Founder, Chief of Staff, Head of BizOps/Strategy, or senior operations generalist experience at a hypergrowth startup who has lived the chaos firsthand. This company changes direction at the speed of the market it's defining. The strategic priority from Monday's leadership meeting may be reframed by Wednesday because a new partnership, competitive signal, or product insight emerged. This role is for someone who gets energy from moving fast inside ambiguity and can bring others along with them. Experience at companies that scaled revenue dramatically in compressed timeframes (think Ramp, SpaceX/Tesla, TikTok/ByteDance, OpenAI, Stripe, Anduril, Anthropic, Databricks, Figma, Scale AI). Lovable's leadership team has been assembled at lighting speed. You’ve seen this before before and how to support the CEO in building a strong leadership team. You will often be the connective tissue, the translator and mediator. Executive-grade communication. You can produce investor memos, board updates, internal comms, and candidate briefs that are polished, high-signal, and fast. You'll shape how the CEO communicates to the company, the board, and candidates — translating high-speed thinking into prose that lands with precision. Much of your impact will be invisible to the org and attributed to others. That needs to be fine with you. Diplomatic backbone. You navigate leadership tensions, headcount negotiations, and hard conversations with both empathy and candor. Comfortable with founder-speed proximity and intensity. This means daily co-working sessions with the CEO on his schedule, in-person in Stockholm, no remote exceptions. The team, customers, partners and investors are distributed across Stockholm, Boston, San Francisco and London. Some sessions run long and often happen outside of business hours. AI fluency. You actively use AI tools in your workflows and see them as a leverage multiplier, not a novelty (experience building AI workflows and agents is a strong plus) Coaching background is a meaningful plus. Executive coaching certification, or equivalent. What you’ll do In one sentence: Be the CEO’s strategic right hand — own the operating rhythm of the company, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead the highest-stakes initiatives from strategy through execution. Serve as a sounding board and sparring partner to the CEO on company strategy, competitive positioning, fundraising, org design, and executive hiring Own the cadence of the company — leadership meetings, leadership offsites, support all-hands preparation, goal-setting, planning, and cross-functional accountability systems Shape CEO communications for internal audiences (all-hands, leadership updates, sensitive HR matters) and external audiences (investor calls, candidate-facing materials) Drive alignment across the Leadership team and functional leads — mediate tensions constructively and ensure leadership decisions translate into execution Lead high-stakes special projects end-to-end — executive hiring processes, competitive intelligence, accountability frameworks Design and maintain function-level KPIs, headcount planning models, and performance dashboards that keep the leadership team honest Build and iterate on AI-powered workflows (multi-agent systems, Slack triage, meeting prep, action-item tracking) to scale the Office of the CEO This role is not for you if You expect to work regular working hours. Our teams, partners, investors and customers span Stockholm, San Francisco, Boston and London. You need clear role boundaries and a well-defined job description to do your best work You've never worked in a high-growth startup and are drawn to the idea of it more than the reality You take it personally when work you've invested in gets deprioritized or redirected abruptly You need regular recognition from your principal to stay motivated You expect the person you support to hand-hold you, or model the behaviors and systems you're implementing for the rest of the org You want a 12-month stepping-stone into a functional leadership role, this role is its own thing, and it demands full commitment to the craft of it How we hire Intro call with a member of the recruitment team to explore fit and alignment Call with a member of the CEO Office In-person meeting with the CEO if Stockholm-based, virtual otherwise Call with a member of the Leadership Team In-person work simulation with the CEO
ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE Legora's TA function is entering its next chapter. As the business scales toward 1,500 people across the US, Europe, and APAC, the volume and complexity of senior hiring is growing with it. The searches that define how the organisation is built, Senior Director and above across every function, need a dedicated owner. Based in New York, you'll build and lead Legora's executive recruiting function from the ground up, working directly with the CEO, CFO, CRO, and CTO on the searches that matter most. You'll report into the VP of Talent and hire and develop a small team as the function scales. There's no existing team or playbook to inherit. You'll define how executive hiring gets done at one of the fastest-growing companies in the AI space. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own end-to-end executive search for Senior Director and above across Legora's functions globally, as well as critical and confidential Director-level roles that require dedicated senior attention. Running processes that are consistent, rigorous, and reflect the quality of the company you're representing. * Build and lead a small, high-performing team, hiring into the function as volume grows and setting the standard for how the team operates. * Partner with external executive search firms on the most senior leadership hires, managing those relationships and ensuring the quality and cultural alignment of every process, whether run internally or externally. * Build the infrastructure for executive recruiting at Legora: the processes, scorecards, assessment frameworks, and candidate experience that make senior hiring repeatable and scalable as the company grows across the US, Europe, and APAC. * Own relationships with the investor talent community across Legora's VC partners, leveraging those networks to surface senior talent and stay close to the best leaders in the market. * Develop a strong external network across functions and geographies, building relationships with senior talent before there's an open role, not after. * Work closely with the broader TA team to raise the standard on senior hiring across the function, sharing best practices, supporting the team on complex searches, and helping recruiters develop the skills and confidence to operate at higher levels. * Partner with reward, legal, and people operations to ensure offer processes for senior hires are handled with the speed, discretion, and attention to detail that candidates at this level expect. WHAT YOU BRING You've built executive recruiting functions before, in-house, at a search firm, or both. You know what it takes to identify, engage, and close senior leaders who aren't actively looking, and you've built the kind of trust with executives that makes this function work when it matters most. We're looking for: * Meaningful in-house executive recruiting experience at a high-growth, VC-backed company. You've hired at Senior Director and VP level and above, and you understand how the process needs to feel different at that level, from how you engage candidates to how you manage internal stakeholders through a confidential search. * The business acumen to hold credible conversations with the most senior leaders in the company. You understand how functions are built, what strong leadership looks like across different disciplines, and how to assess it. * Experience managing and developing a small recruiting team. You've hired, coached, and held people accountable, and you know how to build a function rather than just run a desk. * Existing relationships within the investor talent community, or a clear track record of building and maintaining them. You understand how to work with VC networks to surface and engage senior talent. * Experience managing relationships with external search firms, knowing when to bring them in, how to brief them well, and how to hold them to a high standard. * A track record of building trust quickly. Executive recruiting runs on relationships, internally and externally, and you've demonstrated the ability to establish credibility fast in a new environment. * The discretion and judgment that senior hiring demands. You handle confidential processes carefully, manage candidate expectations honestly, and protect the reputation of the company throughout. * A genuine interest in developing the people around you, sharing best practices with the broader TA team and helping raise the standard of senior hiring across the function. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. * In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily. * Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package: Medical, Dental & Vision * Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente * HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection) * Dental plans via MetLife * Vision plans via Vision Care Family Support * Generous parental leave * Free access to Maven Clinic * Dependent Care FSA * Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents Additional Perks * Pre-tax commuter benefits * Life Insurance + STD/LTD * 401(K) with generous company match * Unlimited PTO * Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work.
