Usually, to be successful in this role at Reaktor, we've noticed it's good to have a minimum of eight years of relevant work experience * Solid understanding and experience of agile project management principles * To have both previous team-lead and consulting experience * Experience working with several client stakeholders to solve complex problems * Previous experience with at least one common server-side programming language. Currently, many of our projects are built with TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js. But, Java/Scala/Kotlin, Clojure, and Python are also used * Strong knowledge of at least one common client-side language and framework. We often use TypeScript/JavaScript and React on our web app projects and Swift, Java/Scala/Kotlin, or TypeScript/JavaScript React-native on mobile * Relevant skills to create new backend services and tweak CI/CD pipelines when the project requires * Know-how on databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) * Fluent verbal & written English skills * To be willing to work in a hybrid setup, where you work with your team at the office or at the client premises WHY JOIN US?
