En este contexto, reforzamos nuestro equipo técnico y de desarrollo en Ubrique, trabajando en el corazón de la producción de colecciones de joyería y proyectos especiales. TU ROL Como Project Manager de Joyas y Proyectos Especiales, coordinarás el desarrollo e industrialización de colecciones de joyería y proyectos especiales, asegurando la alineación entre los equipos de París y los talleres de Ubrique. Este puesto se ofrece mediante un contrato de duración determinada de 6 meses, dirigido a profesionales con aproximadamente 3 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos dentro del sector del lujo, la joyería, los accesorios o entornos industriales. TUS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES COORDINACIÓN DE PROYECTOS * Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares entre París y Ubrique (diseño, desarrollo, industrialización y producción). * Garantizar una comunicación fluida y la alineación entre todas las partes implicadas. * Liderar reuniones de seguimiento y supervisar el avance de los proyectos. PLANIFICACIÓN E INDUSTRIALIZACIÓN * Definir y gestionar los cronogramas de proyecto, asegurando el cumplimiento de hitos y plazos. * Supervisar el paso del prototipo a la producción industrial. * Garantizar la entrega de los principales elementos de industrialización, incluyendo planos técnicos, moldes, fichas técnicas, datos de producción y actualizaciones en SAP. EJECUCIÓN Y MEJORA CONTINUA * Apoyar la resolución de incidencias durante las fases de desarrollo y producción. * Anticipar riesgos y proponer acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario. * Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua junto a los equipos de producción. TU PERFIL * Aproximadamente 3 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos, desarrollo de producto, industrialización o entornos de fabricación. * Buen conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos y procesos industriales. * Conocimientos del sector de joyería; la experiencia en marroquinería será altamente valorada. * Manejo de Excel y herramientas de planificación de proyectos. * Nivel profesional de inglés. El conocimiento de francés se considerará una ventaja debido a la colaboración habitual con los equipos de París. Eres una persona organizada, proactiva y orientada a la resolución de problemas, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar con perfiles tanto técnicos como creativos. Your Role As an R&D Associate, you will support the development and implementation of innovative solutions within our technical area, including 3D molds, CNC machining, special projects, and recycled leather applications. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who wants to develop their career with a strong willingness to learn, participate in technical projects, and grow within a dynamic industrial and creative environment. Your Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Development * Assist in the design and development of 3D molds and technical solutions. * Support activities related to 3D printing, CNC machining, laser cutting, and digital cutting technologies. Project Participation * Contribute to the execution of special projects from concept to implementation. * Collaborate with different teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality. Process Improvement * Identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and production processes. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Operational Support * Provide support in daily technical activities, ensuring efficiency and quality standards. * Help monitor and report on basic performance indicators. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with production, development, and support teams to ensure smooth project execution. Your Profile * Technical degree or higher vocational training (e.g., Técnico Superior en Diseño en Fabricación Mecánica or similar). * Around 3 years of experience in an industrial or technical environment. * Intermediate level in French or English. * Knowledge of: * 3D design and/or 3D printing * CNC machinery * Laser and digital cutting technologies * A plus: knowledge or experience in leather goods (marroquinería). You are curious, hands-on, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in innovation, materials, and manufacturing processes. Speed & Efficiency * Drive the fastest possible inquiry-to-quote turnaround time (target: under 12 hours). * Streamline internal workflows between CAD design, production, and sales teams. * Optimise Made-To-Order (MTO) delivery time to an average of less than 3 weeks. * Identify process bottlenecks and implement automation or vendor process improvements to accelerate production cycles. 2. Quality Control * Maintain jewelry return rates below 1% annually through robust QC practices. * Collaborate with factories to ensure adherence to quality specifications and standards. * Conduct regular quality reviews and feedback loops to prevent issues before they reach customers. 3. Vendor & Partner Management * Communicate and work with manufacturing partners to ensure consistent quality and timely production. * Keep track of negotiated SLAs aligned with Nivoda’s delivery, pricing, and quality goals to ensure on-time delivery of our products 4. Pricing & Cost Optimisation * Partner with sourcing and procurement to secure best-in-market pricing while meeting margin targets. * Support initiatives to increase FARPU by building the right product mix - right SKUs, right price, right quality, right speed. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Partner with the in-house design team (Corel, CAD) to improve speed and accuracy of jewelry renderings. * Work closely with sales and customer success teams to align production timelines with customer expectations. * Conduct workshops with key customers to understand their jewelry sales processes and identify improvement opportunities. 6. Data & Reporting * Leverage data tools (e.g ThoughtSpot, Excel, BI dashboards) to track inquiry fulfillment, production speed, and returns. * Use data insights to drive continuous improvement across operations. Qualifications * 5+ years’ experience in jewelry manufacturing, supply chain management, or production operations (luxury or fashion experience preferred). * Strong background in production planning, vendor management, and quality control. * Proven success improving speed, quality, and cost in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. * Data-oriented mindset with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, or analytics platforms. * Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
