The Director of Brand Management (E-concessions) is responsible for leading a 550-brand portfolio managed by a team of 20+ Brand Managers accountable for partners’ sales growth, supply expansion and price competitiveness.
The role acts as the primary internal and external voice for Brands, from representing brand interests within the organisation to leading commercial conversations directly with top Fashion & Luxury Brand partners, and works cross-functionally with Business Development, Merchandising, Planning & Analytics, Marketing, Private Client and Operations teams to align on growth strategy, forecasting, assortment opportunities and portfolio-wide initiatives.

To further expand our market position, we seek a Marketing Director (m/f/d) who will oversee all marketing activities, from strategy and execution to performance analysis, and who will eventually establish and grow our marketing team. OVERVIEW: We are looking for a dynamic marketing leader to drive our brand and market presence. In this role, you'll develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and market share, while maintaining and evolving our corporate design and messaging across all channels. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns, including SEO, SEA, social media, and email marketing—to generate leads and increase conversions, closely monitoring key performance indicators to refine strategies. Additionally, you will create and manage targeted content such as white papers, blog posts, and newsletters, and orchestrate PR activities and event appearances to further establish our brand. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Marketing Strategy & Branding * Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and market share. * Maintain and evolve our corporate design and brand messaging across all channels. * ABM & Campaign Development * Plan, execute, and optimize targeted account-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels. * Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage key accounts, support the sales pipeline, and drive conversion. * Track campaign performance, derive insights, and report outcomes to management. * Content & Communication * Create and manage target-group-specific content (white papers, blog posts, social media posts, newsletters) in collaboration with internal experts. * Plan and execute PR activities, press releases, and event appearances to further establish our brand. * Lead Management & Collaboration with Sales * Work closely with Sales to generate qualified leads and develop campaigns that support the sales funnel. * Enhance lead scoring and nurturing processes in collaboration with the Sales Team. * Building & Leading the Marketing Team * In the medium term, build a high-performing marketing team (e.g., content marketing specialist, performance marketing manager). * Coach and develop team members, and manage external agencies and service providers. * Reporting & Budget Responsibility * Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing activities, key performance metrics, and budget use. * Oversee the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
