We're seeking an Account Services Co-ordinator to help keep our client projects running smoothly from start to finish while
supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working closely with our Account Services Manager and collaborating with
colleagues across different teams, you'll play an important role in coordinating projects, keeping communication flowing, and
ensuring key milestones are delivered on time.

THIS IS YOUR ROLE We are currently looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our UK operation in the London area, Manchester or remotely. In this role, you will be the visible face of TradeTracker, directing and optimising your clients’ affiliate marketing campaigns. You’ll act as the main point of contact, using your negotiation skills, creativity, and proactive communication to build strong affiliate partnerships and deliver results. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing strategic advice, and using data insights to maximise campaign performance. Your role will include identifying growth opportunities, negotiating with affiliates, and ensuring optimal exposure for your clients' brands. You'll also contribute to new business development, as well as industry research and strategy planning. Key responsibilities include: * Managing and optimising affiliate marketing campaigns for UK-based clients. * Building strong relationships with clients and affiliates, serving as the main point of contact. * Negotiating deals and terms with affiliate partners to ensure maximum exposure and ROI. * Identifying areas of growth and developing new business opportunities. * Contributing to strategic planning and market research. YOUR PROFILE What we're looking for: * A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) with an interest in e-commerce or digital marketing. * At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in online marketing and/or e-commerce. * Strong understanding and experience with affiliate marketing. * Fluent English communication skills; a second language is a plus. * Motivation, persuasiveness, and a passion for advising clients. * Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, result-driven approach. * Experience with larger online merchants or media agencies is advantageous. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THIS ROLE: * Exceptional verbal and written fluency in English and Italian is required, with professional-level proficiency in French strongly preferred. * 2+ years of experience in field service coordination, logistics, operations, or a related technical coordination role. * Experience in telematics, fleet management, automotive, IoT, or a related technology sector is a strong asset. * Post-secondary education in a technical, logistics, or business-related field (or equivalent experience) * Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems and hardware installation processes. * Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and installation guides. * Proficiency with service management platforms. * Comfortable using data and reporting tools to track service performance. * Comfortable integrating AI usage in the daily duties. * Exceptional organizational and time management skills — ability to manage multiple priorities across different markets and time zones. * Strong communication skills — able to coordinate effectively with diverse, cross-functional, and multicultural teams. * Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset. * Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment. * Customer-centric approach with a strong sense of accountability. * This position is location-flexible within Europe.
