BUSINESS ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES The main purpose of the role is to act as a link between information technology experts and our clients by performing business analysis activities and supporting the development, testing, and deployment of software product features. As a Business Analyst, you will need to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members and customers to understand the needs of the delivery team as well as the needs and requirements of the product’s stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include: * Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Product -Managers, and delivery teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements * Analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose value-driven digital solutions * Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional/non-functional requirements * Refine and prioritize backlog items with Product Owners, ensuring requirements are clear, complete, and ready for development * Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals, product strategy, and delivery * Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements, participating in solution validation, and ensuring delivered features meet business expectations * Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements * Creating artifacts such as MVP definitions, product backlogs, roadmaps, and sprint backlogs in a clear and concise manner * Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and decision-making * Maintain traceability between business objectives, requirements, and delivered outcomes * Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and Agile ways of working BUSINESS ANALYST REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) * 3–6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within digital, software, or platform-based environments * Proven experience working within Agile or product-centric delivery models * Strong experience in requirements elicitation, user story definition, acceptance criteria, and process modeling * Familiarity with techniques such as BPMN, use cases, process mapping, and value stream analysis * Strong ability to reason about business outcomes, constraints, and trade-offs, not just features * Comfortable collaborating with engineers and architects, with sufficient technical literacy to challenge assumptions and clarify feasibility * Exposure to SaaS platforms, cloud-native architectures, or low-code environments is an advantage * Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices, particularly backlog refinement and sprint collaboration * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving requirements * Structured, detail-oriented mindset combined with strong systems thinking * Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills * High attention to detail, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability * Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping teams move from problem space to clarity * Verbal and written communication skills in English (advanced level) BENEFITS * Opportunities for certification and training * Internal referral bonus up to EUR 1.000 * Gym allowance * Medical Reimbursement * Full salary covered up to 20 days of sickness * Flexible working hours * Loyalty scheme * Team-building activities, special events and conferences * UK/EU Travel opportunities * Snacks and drinks in the office To see more roles, click here.

Business Analyst As a Business Analyst working with an IT product is vital for ensuring that the final product aligns with business objectives and delivers value to users. Helping create a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and successful development process. The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between various stakeholders including business users and the IT department, translating business needs into functional requirements that guide the development of software solutions and process improvements. You need to gather, document, and analyse business requirements, identify opportunities for process enhancements, and contribute to the successful implementation of technology-driven solutions. What's on your plate? General: * Assistance with Manager to lead the workflow between developers, designers and others team member. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and needs. * Elicit and document clear and comprehensive business requirements. * Analyse current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. * Translate high-level business objectives into actionable technical specifications. * This involves conducting workshops and research to fully understand the needs and goals of the project. * Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in all reporting deliverables. * Create automated reports that provide regular updates to relevant teams. Solution Design: * Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases based on gathered requirements. * Collaborate with development teams to design solutions that align with business needs. * Ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with the organization's technological capabilities. * This includes making decisions about UI/UX, data flow, and integration points. Process Improvement: * Identify process bottlenecks and areas for optimization. * Recommend process changes, workflow modifications, and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity. * Participate in discussions and workshops to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Stakeholder Communication: * Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams. Clearly communicate requirements and expectations to developers and other team members, and translate technical concepts back to business stakeholders. * Ability to understand different stakeholder perspectives. * Present findings, proposals, and progress updates to both technical and non-technical audiences. Documentation: * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and project-related materials. * Create detailed requirement documents, such as user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. These documents outline the features, functionalities, and workflows that the IT product needs to have. * Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for reference. Gap Analysis: * Identify any gaps or inconsistencies in requirements and address them by working with relevant stakeholders. This helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that everyone is on the same page. Change Management: * Handle changes to requirements that may arise during the development process. Ensure that changes are properly assessed for impact and communicated to relevant parties. Testing and Validation: * Assist in defining test cases and scenarios based on the requirements. Work with QA teams to ensure that the product is thoroughly tested and meets the specified criteria. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): * Coordinate and support UAT with business users to ensure that the product meets their expectations and requirements before it is released. Project Support: * Assist in project planning, estimation, and prioritization of tasks. * Monitor project progress and communicate potential risks or delays. Work with the team to mitigate these risks and come up with contingency plans. * Provide ongoing support during implementation and post-implementation phases. * Take immediate response action on the issues. Requirements Prioritization: * Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on business value, technical feasibility, and project constraints. This helps ensure that the most critical features are developed first. * Understand financial implications for the business and local entities. This position is ideal for a candidate who is equally comfortable navigating business processes, system logic, and quality assurance, and who can contribute to antifraud solutions across the entire lifecycle.
