About the Position Althea Care is looking to expand our team with additional psychologists at our clinic in Copenhagen. We work with efficient and well-structured clinical pathways that support high-quality, coordinated, and individually tailored care. As a psychologist with us, you will have the opportunity to conduct neuropsychiatric assessments and provide treatment for conditions such as ADHD and autism. The position can be offered either as permanent employment or on a consultancy basis. We are currently looking for psychologists with experience in neuropsychiatric assessments of children and adolescents, as well as adults. The role combines on-site clinical work in Copenhagen with remote work. Qualification requirements: .Fluent in Swedish. .Danish authorization as a psychologist, or a willingness to begin the application process for Danish authorization. .Experience conducting neuropsychiatric assessments. About Althea Care Althea Care is a Danish psychiatric clinic based in Copenhagen, providing assessment and treatment services to both Danish and Swedish citizens. Founded in 2023, we offer psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults. Our clinic specializes primarily in the assessment and treatment of neurodevelopmental conditions. We do not provide services for patients with substance use disorders. Our clinical pathways are clearly structured and based on national clinical guidelines for each diagnosis. We combine high standards of patient safety with the flexibility to provide individualized, patient-centred care. Our multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and healthcare administrators. We are committed to creating a sustainable and supportive working environment. Om rollen Hos oss ansvarar du för neuropsykiatrisk utredning och behandling, från samtal, till testtolkning, till återkoppling och journalföring. Du jobbar tätt tillsammans med specialistläkare och blir del av ett team som hjälps åt, i digitala journal- och videoverktyg. Vi jobbar med etablerade och standardiserade utredningsrutiner, som tagits fram av erfarna psykiatriker och specialistpsykologer. Du arbetar självständigt på distans, eller från vår mottagning på Kungsholmen i Stockholm om du hellre vill det, och lägger upp arbetet utifrån den omfattning ni kommer överens om. Det här är en anställning per timme hos Lumena, inte ett konsultuppdrag. Du arbetar alltså inte via eget bolag, utan blir en del av oss. Vi söker dig som • är legitimerad psykolog med avslutad specialisttjänstgöring (STP) • trivs med att driva ditt arbete självständigt på distans och känner dig trygg med eget ansvar • känner dig hemma i digitala, asynkrona arbetsflöden och är nyfiken på hur AI kan stötta det kliniska arbetet. Hos oss är AI ett stöd, aldrig en ersättning för din kliniska bedömning. • är noggrann med journalföring och det skrivna ordet. Det är meriterande om du har ett par års erfarenhet som specialist inom neuropsykiatri, med god koll på neuropsykologiska utredningar och behandling. Du behöver även ha viss digital arbetsvana, men inte nödvändigtvis från vården. Det här erbjuder vi • Flexibilitet på riktigt: arbeta på distans var du än bor i Sverige. Omfattning: Timlön: 371 kr/tim i grundlön plus lagstadgad semesterersättning om 12 procent, totalt 416 kr per timme inklusive semesterersättning. I ersättningen ingår kompensation för arbetsutrusning och arbetsplats i hemmet. Distans eller Stockholm Du har möjlighet att arbeta i huvudsak på distans i Sverige – men det går även bra att arbeta mer från vår mottagning om du så önskar. This role involves providing high-quality clinical supervision to a team of registered psychological therapists from low intensity professional backgrounds (e.g. EMHPs), CBT therapists and counsellors, working within our evidence-based digital therapy service. Supervision is delivered online via our secure platform which has digital therapeutic features such as clinical outcome measurement and online resources. In addition to clinical supervision, the role includes other clinical tasks, such as triage of The Sandbox referrals, iCBT treatment management, case and risk management support and group online work within a school setting. There will also be opportunities to contribute to the development and delivery of the service. Key responsibilities * Provide group and individual clinical supervision for Sandbox EMHP’s * Ensure clinical quality, adherence to NICE guidelines, and compliance with professional and organisational standards. * Triaging of incoming referrals to CYP service, The Sandbox. * Oversight of an iCBT treatment caseload digitally * Facilitating online groups in schools * Attendance at external meetings as and when required. * Reviewing clinical competencies of clinicians and up-skilling where needed through supervision. * Respond to clinical queries and provide urgent supervision where necessary. * Provide risk support inline with a risk duty rota. * Investigate and respond to therapist and patient complaints in line with policy. * Participate in peer consultation, meta-supervision, and continuous professional development. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with internal policies. * Ensuring clinical quality with clinicians working under your supervision * Any other tasks necessary applicable to the role. What do you need to have? * Completion of a postgraduate low intensity EMHP/CBT qualification, or equivalent. * Supervision qualification for EMHP’s/CWP * Professional registration with BPS or BABCP * Safeguarding trained to level 3 for both Children and Adults. * 2 years of post qualification experience working therapeutically with children and young people in an NHS, educational or private setting. * Proven experience in providing high-quality clinical support to clinicians working with children, young people and family cases. * Strong knowledge of NICE-recommended treatments for common mental health disorders within children and young people. * Excellent risk assessment and management skills, and ability to competently advise others when it comes to escalation and social care involvement. * Skilled communicator with the ability to manage sensitive and complex clinical discussions. * Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and some weekends on call when needed as part of a rota, and within a collaborative team structure. * Access to a professional remote working environment with reliable internet connection. * Attendance at in-person events as and when required.
