As an Operations Program Manager, you'll own and evolve the programs that drive our collections operations—while staying close to
the work itself. You'll directly handle complex cases to build deep process knowledge and customer empathy, and use those insights
to design scalable, data-driven improvements. Your work will span program strategy, hands-on casework, cross-functional

ABOUT THE TEAM We believe startups are the future. The Startup and Venture Partnerships team builds Stripe's relationships with the world's leading venture capital firms and accelerators to increase Stripe's market share among the highest-signal startups. We work closely with top-tier venture firms and accelerators to deepen partnerships and ensure we're delivering value across every part of their organization. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, program operations, and ecosystem intelligence. You'll expand our operational footprint within priority VC firms, run the programming and events engine that keeps our ecosystem engaged, and help translate portfolio data into action. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you'll support senior partner managers in deepening Stripe's relationships with the world's top VC firms and accelerators. You'll own the operational and programmatic layer of key partnerships, including credits administration, portfolio onboarding, event planning, and data analysis. This is a cross-functional role with visibility across Stripe's ecosystem, product, and marketing teams. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support senior partner managers in expanding Stripe's relationships within top VC firms by building connections with platform teams, portfolio services, junior partners, and operational stakeholders * Own the operational layer of key partnerships, including credits administration, portfolio company onboarding, and partner communications * Support senior team members with account planning, meeting preparation, briefing documents, and structured follow-ups * Work with data science to track portfolio penetration, credits utilization, and conversion metrics, translating findings into actionable insights for the team * Plan, coordinate, and execute team-hosted and co-hosted events, including VC dinners, founder roundtables, workshops, hackathons, and portfolio showcases * Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, invitations, RSVPs, run-of-show, day-of execution, and post-event follow-up * Build repeatable event playbooks, track event outcomes, and support production of team publications and the startup leads tool WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. ABOUT THE TEAM The Financial Partnerships team sits within the Global Partnerships organization and is a key component of our success. Our team is responsible for developing and managing relationships with the global and regional banks that enable the Stripe product strategy and deliver new capabilities to Stripe users. Our team executes on high-impact, cross-functional product partnership initiatives across existing products and early-stage "up the stack" financial products. These partnerships have a significant impact on Stripe and are essential for us to offer products used by millions of our users. WHAT YOU'LL DO We're looking for a Partner Development Manager to join the Financial Partnerships team. You'll be responsible for developing and executing the multi-year, global strategies for building our relationships across many of our most important banking partners. You'll focus on designing, scaling, and continuously improving mechanisms to deepen relationships with our partners, as well as highly impactful programs key to differentiating Stripe. As part of these efforts, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (including Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Risk, etc.), and with the banking partners' executive teams. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to manage and develop partners, think strategically and apply diagnostic thinking to business, product, and technical challenges, and earn trust with and influence others. A high-agency attitude, the ability to raise expectations in changing environments, and a drive to create impact through ownership are all important in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop the go-to-partner strategy and execute on our most ambitious company-bending, bank-network-driven projects that are global and cross-border in nature * Own the banking partner plans, the overall economics, day-to-day operational excellence, and be responsible for driving the partnerships to successful outcomes for Stripe * Leverage banking, treasury, and payments industry knowledge to craft thoughtful partnership and product strategies with transaction banks, lenders, capital markets, central banks, and schemes * Navigate, in partnership with Product, to execute deals supporting that strategy and help ensure a proper execution plan is in place * Leverage significant industry experience to educate and help internal teams compose our holistic bank-led strategy and to advance that strategy with banking partners WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
