The Financial Partnerships team sits within the Global Partnerships organization and is a key component of our success. Our team
is responsible for developing and managing relationships with the global and regional banks that enable the Stripe product
strategy and deliver new capabilities to Stripe users. Our team executes on high-impact, cross-functional product partnership
initiatives across existing products and early-stage "up the stack" financial products. These partnerships have a significant
impact on Stripe and are essential for us to offer products used by millions of our users.
We're looking for a Partner Development Manager to join the Financial Partnerships team. You'll be responsible for developing and
executing the multi-year, global strategies for building our relationships across many of our most important banking partners.
You'll focus on designing, scaling, and continuously improving mechanisms to deepen relationships with our partners, as well as
highly impactful programs key to differentiating Stripe. As part of these efforts, you'll collaborate closely with
cross-functional stakeholders (including Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Risk, etc.), and with the banking partners'

WHAT YOU’LL DO We are looking for a Partner Development Manager who will be responsible for driving our open banking partnership strategy and executing partnerships with top financial institutions in support of Stripe's Financial Connections business (stripe.com/financial-connections). You will focus on growing our portfolio of partners with the largest banks and credit unions in the US, expanding Stripe's direct connectivity coverage to ensure consumers have seamless access to their financial data. You will own end-to-end deal strategy and execution—from sourcing and qualification through negotiation and launch—with many of the top financial institutions across North America. As part of these efforts, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Risk, and others. You will also lead relationship management, partnering closely with external partners' executive leadership to grow our mutual businesses together over the long term. RESPONSIBILITIES * Own a partnership portfolio of top financial institutions and drive them through the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach to scaled growth on Financial Connections * Leverage deep knowledge of the open banking ecosystem to guide internal cross-functional stakeholders (including product, risk, compliance, engineering, security) through an evolving business and regulatory landscape, implementing thoughtful partnership strategies that accelerate Stripe's connectivity across the financial ecosystem * Identify and effectively analyze new partnership opportunities, ultimately making recommendations to relevant decision makers and cross-functional stakeholders * Negotiate strategic partnership agreements with banks and credit unions, navigating complex legal, compliance, and technical requirements * Develop and maintain executive-level relationships at key financial institutions, partnering with Stripe leadership on strategic long term objectives * Exhibit an operationally focused mindset, with an ability to lead teams through complex relationship management activities by setting a clear vision, and running tight processes WHO YOU ARE You are a skilled deal maker and a strategist by nature. Senior Product Manager, Banking Networks Adyen is a truly global company that processes billions in payments annually. Behind every one of these products sits a critical dependency: reliable, direct connectivity to the world's banking infrastructure. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and scale our global Banking Networks capabilities. You will lead the Banking Networks team responsible for integrating with banking partners worldwide, including banks, clearing houses, payment rails and providers (excluding North America, which is owned by a dedicated regional team). This role sits at the core of Adyen's financial products, owning the end-to-end processing of banking transactions across a wide variety of market infrastructures and use cases. You will build and maintain best-in-class banking connectivity that our financial products depend on, from local scheme integrations to real-time payment rails.
