30M+ students use Knowunity. In Europe we built one of the biggest creator programs in the world: 1B+ views across 25+ countries.
Now we're bringing it to the US, and we need two Founding Creators to make it blow up.
This isn't bedroom UGC. You'll be in the field, face to face with students at schools and on the streets, turning real
conversations into content that drives downloads.
The role: Street interviews, school activations, giveaways, pioneering new formats with us. 2-3x a week, camera rolling.
The deal: $4,000 base + performance bonus, ~20 hrs/week, full ownership of US content growth, and a Founding Creator title on your
CV (you launched a $50M-backed company in the US).
You: Extroverted, plugged into student culture, fast, based in or near a big US city.
Apply with your best friend (optional). We want two people who already click on camera. If you've got a partner in crime, apply
together (each fill out the form, mention each other below).
We’re Scan.com, the digital health scale-up making diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent. Our technology speeds up diagnoses for timely treatments, improving healthcare outcomes for hundreds of patients each day. We're doing diagnostics differently, with solutions tailored to both patients and providers, all backed by our technology and world-class customer operations team. Our B2C marketplace simplifies booking a scan, making it as straightforward for patients as booking a hotel. Our B2B platforms provide live scheduling at the point of care and harness AI to ease workflows for physicians, attorneys, and providers. We’re looking for a Software Engineer, Automations at an exciting time – we’ve successfully launched multiple platforms and products, raised over $100m in VC funding, reached profitability, and have a growth trajectory of over 100% YoY. WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN Reporting to Will, our Chief Technology Officer, you’ll sit at the intersection of engineering and operations, building the automation layer that connects us to external providers. Your primary focus will be designing and deploying solutions that connect with third-party systems to enable scenarios like document transfer. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role that directly drives operational efficiency and patient throughput across our national network. As a scale-up business, you can expect your role to develop over time. Here are some of the types of things you could be getting involved in: * Design, build, and maintain automations that extract data from legacy physician platforms and trigger downstream patient scheduling workflows * Navigate a diverse landscape of legacy systems, building resilient scraping and data extraction logic that handles UI inconsistencies across vendors * Develop robust error handling and exception management architecture, including structured exception queues, retry logic, alerting, and human-in-the-loop escalation workflows * Build data validation and reconciliation layers that verify the accuracy of data transferred between systems, preventing downstream issues like patient mismatches and documentation errors * Partner with operations, engineering, and external partners to gather requirements, understand system stability needs, and plan for solution nuances. * Document all workflows, decision logic, edge cases, and process maps with the explicit goal of creating the foundation for future agentic AI automation THE TOP 5 THINGS WE WANT YOU TO ACHIEVE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR ARE 1. Live integrations running reliably across a significant portion of our providers, with measurable reduction in manual data entry 2. A scalable, templatized bot architecture is in place that enables new integrations to be deployed in days, not weeks 3. Exception handling and monitoring infrastructure that maintains 99%+ data accuracy between external systems and Scan.com’s product, with clear escalation paths for failures 4. Comprehensive documentation of every integrated workflow, decision tree, and edge case, creating a ready-made knowledge base for the transition to agentic AI automation 5. A clear technical roadmap, built in partnership with the CPO and CTO, for evolving from a deterministic solution to intelligent automation as the company scales WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE: You don’t need to tick all the boxes to apply for this role. Whether it’s your first role or your fifth role, we believe everyone can add value, learn, and grow. However, these might be some of the ways you are currently adding value: * Production experience with platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate. * Proficiency in Python or similar languages for scripting, data transformation, and extending workflows beyond what native rolling supports. * An API-first mindset paired with pragmatism: you default to HL7, FHIR, or direct API integration where available, but know when and how to fall back to UI automation * Hands-on familiarity with navigating healthcare platforms, with an understanding of how appointment scheduling data is structured and surfaced across different vendor UIs * Strong skills in data extraction from unstructured or inconsistent user interfaces, including building resilient selectors that survive updates. * A track record of designing robust error handling and exception management systems, including retry logic, alerting, and structured escalation workflows rather than automations that silently fail * Experience building data validation and reconciliation processes that confirm accuracy across systems * Strong documentation habits and a mindset oriented toward building for handoff, understanding that your work today creates the foundation for agentic AI automation tomorrow * A testing mindset applied to automation: you write tests for your automations, and validate outputs systematically, and don't consider a workflow done until failure modes are covered * Experience managing automation portfolios across dozens or hundreds of target systems, thinking in templatized architectures rather than one-off builds * Comfort navigating stakeholder relationships to secure system access and technical cooperation from external partners HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU: We keep our interview process short and sweet, and we’re a nimble team that can progress at pace. Here are the stages you can expect, but we might switch up the order of each step depending on team availability: * Introductory video call with our Senior Talent Partner, approximately 30 minutes. * Video call with a software engineer on the team, approximately 60 minutes. This will be a live assessment of your technical skill. * Assessment stage, which may be a take-home exercise, in-person session, or a combination of the two. This will be cross functional in nature, and will assess your systems design skills along with your ability to evolve a feature with your future teammates. We will be mindful of your time. * Final round with our Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer. This round will assess alignment with our company values. * Offer! BENEFITS: We go beyond the basics with our benefits package. Here’s what you can expect from us: • Salary range: TBD • 401k • Healthcare, Vision and Dental • All the equipment needed for you to do your role effectively • Flexible working • Remote or hybrid working options • Personal Development budgets • 18 days PTO plus public holidays • 10 paid sick days • Inclusive policies designed by our team, for our team Diversity at SCAN.COM Scan.com is committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity within our team. We strive to provide equality and fairness for all job applicants and employees, and never discriminate on the basis of gender, marital status, age, race, ethnicity, religion, or physical differences. We are opposed to all forms of unlawful treatment and discrimination. Our ambition is for our team and its Board to be representative of the diversity in society, and for every employee to feel respected and able to bring their best selves to work.
Hi, I'm Chad, VP of Revenue at FeedbackFruits. 👋 FeedbackFruits has built traction in European and APAC higher education. The US is where the next chapter is, and we're earlier in that journey. The institutions that adopt our tools tend to stay: multi-year partnerships, strong adoption, educators who don't want to go back. In the US, we're still building the awareness to match that track record. For the right person, that's what makes this interesting: you're not selling something people are already searching for; you're creating the demand. You'll be covering the Central US region, managing the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract. A meaningful part of the role involves working alongside our LMS resellers, partners who already have long-standing relationships with the institutions we're trying to reach. Some of our revenue runs through this channel, and doing it well means understanding the co-sell motion, not just using resellers as an introduction and taking it from there. The sale itself is rarely straightforward. FeedbackFruits isn't solving a pain that's already on someone's agenda. You're helping institutions recognise challenges may have named but don't yet have a plan to fix it, find the people internally who care about it, and support them through a decision-making process that can move slowly even when everyone in the room is interested. The AEs who do well here are persistent in a way that isn't about energy or enthusiasm. It's about knowing how to keep moving when things stall, how to navigate the procurement and the politics within the higher education sales motion. You'll work within a GTM pod alongside a BDR, an implementation manager, and a partner manager, each of whom plays a role in getting deals across the line. As the AE, you're the one coordinating that and making sure the right people are involved at the right moments. A few things worth being upfront about: new leadership came in over the past year, processes are being formalised, and the GTM motion is still finding its shape. Not everyone works well in that kind of environment. The people who do are usually the ones who've seen it before and find it more motivating than frustrating. What you'll do * Own the full sales cycle for Central US: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close * Build and manage relationships with LMS resellers, co-selling with partner teams to reach institutions that would take years to land through direct sales alone * Generate the majority of your own pipeline through cold outreach, conferences, networking, and referrals, with BDR support * Run a consultative process: understand what the institution is actually trying to achieve, surface the problem, identify your champions, and help them navigate the decision internally * Keep your pipeline in HubSpot clean: clear stages, honest forecasting, real next steps * Bring Partner Success in early enough that the handoff from close to adoption actually lands * Stay across what's moving in US higher ed: funding shifts, LMS consolidation, competitor activity What you bring * Around 7+ years in B2B or B2G SaaS sales, with a track record you can talk about confidently. If you're earlier in your career but your results tell a clear story, we'd still want to hear from you. * Experience in or around education, whether selling into it, working in it, or both. Understanding how institutions make decisions matters more here than a specific title. * Deals that have weight. Your largest close in the past two years is above $50K, and you have six-figure contracts in your history. * Experience with channel or reseller selling. You can explain what it actually looks like day to day, not just that you've done it. * A startup or scale-up background. You're not waiting for a playbook that doesn't exist yet. * You source most of your own pipeline. This isn't a role where leads come to you. * When a deal stalls, you figure out why and do something about it. * You keep your manager across where you are and where you're at risk, before they have to ask. * Remote works for you. You structure your own day and show up to conferences and customer visits when it matters. What you get * $180.000 - $220.000 with OTE per year, depending on experience, location, and other job-related factors * 401(k) with employer contribution * Health, dental, and vision insurance (50% contribution toward spouse and children) * 25 days PTO (vacation and sick combined) * A paid day off on your birthday * 3 paid volunteering days per year * 3 paid L&D days per year + $550 annual learning budget * Company laptop * Fully remote * Unlimited access to mental health support via OpenUp
CEO OFFICE INTERN – ORGANIC GROWTH How do you reshape the way an entire generation learns? You meet them where they already are. We believe how students discover us, talk about us, and see us, by nailing social media presence - is the biggest lever to becoming THE global player in education. Europe's biggest creator program. 1B+ views in 2025 across 25+ countries. And we're just getting started. THE OPPORTUNITY We are building the #1 AI learning companion for 1 billion students globally. Since founding Knowunity straight out of high school in 2020, we've been on a mission to give every student on the planet access to the highest quality education - including the ones who can't afford tutoring, who don't have the right people around them, who school has written off. The way we reach them is our organic growth engine: social media content that students actually want to watch, honest and authentic, quality formats that go viral. That engine is the single biggest reason we can revolutionize education at scale. It is how we reach students everywhere, not just the fortunate ones. We raised a €27m Series B - one of Europe's largest education rounds in years - and we're scaling fast across Europe and into the US with more than 30m+ users. The AI learning market is at an inflection point, and we're determined to build the first AI learning unicorn in this space. You'll join a team of 60 hands-on builders - and with the growth team behind it all: analysts, creators and influencers turned operators who scaled Europe's biggest creator program to 1B+ views across 25+ countries. If we get this right, you'll shape how an entire generation learns. YOUR MISSION Own the formats that power our growth engine. This is not a marketing internship in the traditional sense, it's one of the most strategically important seats we have. In 2026, how a product is perceived on social media - whether students think it's cool, trust it, talk about it, screenshot it to a friend - shapes its trajectory more than almost any other single factor. Get that right and growth scales exponentially. Get it wrong and the best product in the world stays invisible. Your real job is to understand that mechanism deeply - why an app's image spreads or stalls - and bend it in our favour at scale. The content is how you do it; the strategy is what you're actually mastering. As a creator who thinks like an operator, you will: * Pioneer new content formats - spot what's working, find the next viral angle, and prototype it yourself * Scale what works across the engine - scale formats across creators in markets like the US, Europe, LatAm and beyond * Help shape how the engine itself runs - program, creator and content strategy, managing those, tracking what lands and doubling down * Read the data behind virality - not heavy modelling, but knowing why something worked and what to do next Why this matters: every format you crack enables more students to have a better access to education. What success looks like: within 3-6 months you've pioneered formats/strategies and content that scaled across our creator base and measurably grew views and new students in your market. WHO YOU ARE You're passionate about reaching and influencing at heart and want more than just posting “for fun”. You get why content goes viral, not just that it does. You've made content or thought of online marketing - on your own account, for a brand, for a club, doesn't matter how big - and you're down to be on camera and put yourself out there. You are the type of person who: * Has creator instinct - you can look at a feed, spot the gap and feel what the students wants to see * Is open to create - happy to be on camera, prototype a format, make the thing rather than just describe it * Moves at startup speed and ships with urgency * Wants to operate, not just perform - you're excited to learn how formats scale, how creators are managed, how a product actually grows * Uses AI as a force multiplier - in research, scripting, editing, everything Must-haves * The willingness and eagerness to present yourself on camera to show creators how its done * Previous experience in content creation, high-growth startup, or similar projects * Strong instinct for TikTok / Reels / Shorts and what makes teenagers stop scrolling * Scrappy, fast, and hungry - you'd rather ship and learn than wait and polish * Fluent English (any additional language is a big plus) * Based in or able to relocate to Berlin, in-office 5 days/week One thing we do want: either a strong degree OR a real track record as a creator / in content. Beyond that we care about instinct, output and drive strongly. Real talk on what this is: Knowunity moves fast and ships with urgency. It's high-ownership - that's the deal, and it's how you'll grow faster than anywhere else. If that energises you, you'll love it. WHAT WE OFFER * Real ownership from day one - direct access to founders and leadership, flat hierarchy. * Learn with the team behind Europe's biggest creator program - 1B+ views in 2025 across 25+ countries. You came in with passion for content creation; you'll leave understanding content strategy, creator management, and how to scale a product * Elite team and true ownership: You’ll work alongside 60 exceptional young people who match your ambition within a flat hierarchy - direct access to founders and leadership without bureaucratic middle layers. You'll own entire areas from conception to delivery with real decision-making authority. * Meaningful impact at scale: Your work will have immediate, measurable impact on education globally and directly improves how millions of students learn. * Competitive compensation * Benefits: 20 days annual leave, mental health support via Nilo, Urban Sports Club, monthly become1 vouchers, team and company events The real perk isn't the benefits - it's joining 60 ambitious people who push hard, move fast and raise the bar every day.
