is a garden apartment style community with 284 units. Summary: Successful Service Technicians can come from a variety of
backgrounds including apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel, general building maintenance, and work
order management. Must have intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry.
Must be available to be part of a rotating on call schedule for after hours and weekend emergency response. For the fifth year in

Service Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base
compensation. Hourly : Starting at $20.52 - $25.65 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual
Starting Comp : $42,681 - $53,352. Benefits : Enjoy a 40% housing discount (pending standard credit and background approval for
all occupants), with the opportunity to increase to 50% after just two years of employment with us! Annual vacation, and personal
time, including: 1 hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, 10 days of paid vacation time accrued bi-weekly, 6
