between operations and data analytics. A key component of this role involves extracting operational data from systems like Power
BI and Tableau, and utilizing intermediate Excel capabilities to organize, analyze, and generate actionable reports for leadership
Responsible for developing reporting and partnering with team to deliver required weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Provide daily operational and system support. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, support process improvements, and deliver
accurate reporting to drive efficiency and support business objectives. Data Extraction & Reporting: Extract operational data from
Power BI and Tableau platforms to develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports. Data Manipulation (Excel):
Utilize intermediate Excel functions (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas) to clean, organize, and validate large
datasets. Prepare ad hoc reports and perform data validation to support operational decision-making. Provide day-to-day
operational support to the team, including market updates, monitoring queues, and resolving or escalating issues. Monitor and
report on key KPIs, including cost per mile, cost per shipment, trailer dwell time, yard velocity, dock productivity, and forecast
accuracy. Create internal customer reporting as required. Monitor assigned loads and document issues, resolutions, and escalations
as needed. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. Compile, validate,
and route invoice data and support documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare ad hoc reports and perform basic data
validation to support operational decision-making. Coordinate customer and operational requirements across ship points, planning
teams, and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, transportation planners, yard managers, and drivers to
diagnose operational challenges and support solution development. Maintain project documentation, timelines, standard operating
procedures (SOPs), and training materials. As needed, perform duties within any area of Driver Support to maintain smooth workflow

Excel Proficiency: Must have intermediate knowledge of Excel, specifically comfort with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and standard

analytical skills with a sharp eye for data accuracy. Background in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management is a
