OPPORTUNITY The Regional Manager is responsible for leading multiple communities, ensuring operational excellence, financial
performance, and resident satisfaction. This role collaborates closely with maintenance operations to implement cost-effective
service models while driving property success. As a strategic leader, the Senior Regional Manager fosters a high-performance
culture and ensures alignment with company goals. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and support Property Operations teams to drive
performance, operational efficiency, and financial success across assigned communities. Ensure all communities meet leasing,
occupancy, and resident satisfaction goals while upholding company standards and compliance requirements. Oversee budget creation,
financial reporting, and expense management to maximize profitability and ensure fiscal responsibility. Collaborate with the
Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM) to optimize service delivery through the Customer Dedicated Service Provider model. Partner
with the RMM to implement and manage the Neighborhood Program, ensuring cost-effective maintenance solutions for communities.
Foster a culture of accountability, development, and engagement among Community Managers, ensuring strong leadership at every
site. CANDIDATE PROFILE Minimum of five years of proven success in multifamily with a minimum of three years as a Regional
Manager. Proven track record of superior customer experience. Familiarity with Revenue Optimization is preferred. In-depth
knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements. Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook). Excellent
leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s Degree preferred CAM or CAPs accreditation preferred BENEFITS
