Job Title: Senior Developer Advocate - Startups by the Bay Job Description: The Senior Developer Advocate for Startups will be responsible for driving developer engagement among startups in the San Francisco Bay Area, by nurturing relationships with startups, and within the incubators, VCs, and founder communities that support them. This role requires technical expertise, community building, and content creation. Key Responsibilities: Developer Engagement: * Build and maintain strong relationships with founding engineers and technical leadership at startups in the Bay Area. * Serve as the main point of contact for startup inquiries and support. * Act as a liaison between the startup community and the company. The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range. In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. The Role: We are looking for a Senior Order Processor to process and validate customer orders end-to-end in Salesforce (SFDC), NetSuite and YubiKey as a Service (YaaS) Customer Portal ensuring accurate documentation, products, pricing, payment terms, and timely fulfillment. They will drive operational alignment and take the lead in bridging Sales, Product, Customer Support and Customer Success, Solutions Engineers, Deals Desk, Finance, Production, Planning, Logistics, Inventory and Fulfillment teams to resolve discrepancies, track shipments, and improve order workflows.
