About the role
Until now, our IT Support has been a one-person powerhouse. As we scale and march toward our 2026 Strategy, we are evolving. In
this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations while serving as the primary executor of our Management Team’s AI
policy. You will support our 120+ employees in staying online, secure, and—most importantly—augmented by the latest AI tooling.
Your primary customers are our employees, and your primary goal is their productivity and the company’s technological evolution.

About you
We are looking for a hybrid professional who can bridge the gap between traditional IT Excellence and the future of AI
Productivity.
4+ years in IT Support (Support Engineer, Helpdesk, etc.).
Apple Expert: Deep knowledge of macOS (Ventura/Sonoma) and iOS.
MDM Pro: Experience with Jamf (Pro, Protect, or Connect) and Apple Business Manager.
AI Savvy: You don't just use ChatGPT; you understand the ecosystem (Gemini, NotebookLM, Claude Code) and are excited by the
"Agentic" future.
Coding/Scripting: Proficiency in Bash or Python for automation.
Cloud/SaaS Admin: Experience managing Google Workspace and AWS IAM at scale.
The "Translator": You can explain complex technical or AI concepts to a non-technical colleague with patience and a smile.
Autonomous & Proactive: You don’t wait for a ticket to tell you something is broken. You see a gap in a process and you fix it.
Organized: You can juggle 10 support tickets while researching a new AI plugin without losing your cool.

Your Core Responsibilities In this fully 'on-site' position you are the first person that people interact with when they encounter any IT Systems problems ranging from Windows- to backend systems to any hardware issues. You support our growing Amsterdam office and act as first, second and third level of support. You will work on a wide range of (custom) systems and for growth you need to be on top of your game and be willing to take responsibility and act autonomous to provide an IT environment that is tackling all issues while ready to scale. Your responsibilities will include: * First to third line Support to our users. * Support physical and virtual desktop environment, infrastructure components (like O365, AD, Email, MDM, Audio and Visual Communication systems). * Deploy enterprise updates for Windows and macOS. * Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software (including servers, desktop and printers). * Troubleshoot, escalate and document computer network issues. * Assist in-house Facilities Management with the execution of desk and physical equipment moves. * Everything else that is necessary to keep us moving! Your Skills and Experience * A degree in ICT related field (BSc level ideally). * At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and fast paced environment. * Knowledge of Windows and Mac Operating Systems. We’re looking for an exceptional IT Operations Engineer to join the Denmark superstar team at Too Good To Go in Copenhagen. YOUR MISSION The IT Operations Engineer is the Architect of Reliability. You are responsible for the "invisible" infrastructure that ensures our global workforce is secure and efficient. You bridge the gap between high-level Security policies and daily IT execution by building automated guardrails, proactive monitoring, and scalable workflows. YOUR ROLE Fleet Reliability & Compliance * Automated Patching: Design and manage the automated lifecycle of OS and third-party software updates via JumpCloud and SentinelOne. * Posture Management: Develop and maintain "Desired State" configurations. If a device drifts from our security baseline, your automation should identify and remediate it. * Audit Readiness: Act as the technical lead for IT audits (SOC2/ISO), providing the automated evidence and logs required by the Security team. Workflow Engineering * API Integration: Build and maintain the "connective tissue" between our tools (JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Slack, Youtrack) using Python and API calls to eliminate manual data entry. * Zero-Touch Excellence: Mature our onboarding/offboarding from "manual" to "automated" to "zero-touch," ensuring the IT Support team never has to perform a repetitive task twice. Observability & Data Integrity * SaaS Discovery: Implement automated checks to identify unauthorized SaaS usage and license waste. * Telemetry: Build dashboards that track fleet health, security agent coverage, and system uptime, providing data-backed insights to IT Leadership. Tier 3 Escalation & Standard Operating Procedures * Serve as the final technical escalation point for complex endpoint or identity issues. * Engineer the "Paved Road"—creating the scripts and tools that allow the IT Support team to solve complex problems safely. REQUIREMENTS * Systems Expertise: Knowledge of JumpCloud (Commands/Policies) and Google Workspace (GAM/Advanced Admin). * Scripting: Python for API interactions is required. Proficiency in Bash/PowerShell for endpoint management. * Infrastructure Mindset: Understanding of Version Control (Git) for managing IT scripts and documentation.
