About the role
Marketing at SurePay is accelerating. To fuel this momentum, we are looking for a Product Marketer who will serve as the critical
bridge connecting Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. Your job is to fuse Product and Marketing roadmaps together. You
will step into the product teams, deeply understand our entire portfolio (from FRI to AVS), and build the unified story that
connects what we build to how we sell. This is a highly autonomous, builder role where you will introduce the hygiene, processes,
and foundations of what great product marketing looks like. You will sit equally within Product and Marketing, acting as a solo
powerhouse who can navigate a regulated space, drive alignment across cross-functional teams, and turn ad-hoc activities into a

Positioning is the core of the role — sharpening our messaging, our website, and how we show up segment by segment. It's the part of marketing where we already know we have the most work to do, and where we have the clearest sense of where we are and where we want to go. It's a hands-on, AI-native role. Alongside the positioning work, you'll run growth experiments across channels — launching them agentically to find what works. You take a channel as far as you and your agents can; once it's proven and needs to go deeper, that's when we bring in a specialist. You're the person who finds the channels worth betting on. WHAT YOU WILL DO… * Positioning & messaging — your core. Own how we describe the product and our differentiators, across the website, landing pages, and campaigns. This is where we know we need you most. * Talk to customers and feed their exact language back into positioning, pages, and the campaigns you run. * Run agentic channel experiments. Take our ICP and segments and test channels end-to-end — ABM, product-led, and beyond. Launch fast, measure, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does. * Find and validate the channels worth scaling. Push a channel as far as you + agents can take it; when it's proven and needs to go one level deeper, we hire a specialist for that channel. * Stack high-intent niche segments. Lean into tightly-targeted segments that convert (e.g. European GDPR notetaking, French journalism) and pile up the ones with strong purchase intent under a clear umbrella positioning.
