development and engineering, your main tasks will be the following.
Designing and engineering of all aspects of new boat models for production in Sweden & Poland, developing bill of materials and
3D/2D drawing documentation.
Create, manage and maintain CAD models in a PDM system
Communicating with external design teams, suppliers and other partners.
Ensuring the vessel complies with RCD and CE Regulations.
Who you are:
We are looking for a person with a genuine interest in boats and with a strong technical background in the marine field. You have
previous experience working with composite yacht building. You are fluent in English and are capable to work within small team of
2-3 people. Must have experience of working with 3D software and Rhino.
Required qualifications:
A university degree in yacht design, naval architecture or marine engineering
WHAT WE DO AT BLYKALLA
Blykalla is a Swedish deep-tech company at the forefront of the nuclear industry, pioneering the development of small modular

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO
Blykalla's Advanced Reactor Testing Site (ARTS) in Oskarshamn tests components and systems for the SEALER programme, working with
lead, gases, and chemical substances under a structured safety and quality framework. We're looking for an HSEQ Engineer to own
the practical, on-site execution of health, safety, environmental, and quality programmes as test rig activity scales up.
As HSEQ Engineer, you will own the day-to-day execution of health, safety, chemical, and quality practice at ARTS, working
alongside the Test & Operations team and interfacing with SMR AB and OKG site personnel where activities overlap.
Hazardous Materials & Substance Safety
* Own execution of the site's lead hazard management programme, including risk assessment, occupational health surveillance
coordination, and contamination control.
* Manage chemical and gas safety, including the chemical inventory and safe handling of inert gases and hydrogen.
Risk Assessment & Work Environment
* Facilitate work environment risk assessments across test rig operations, keeping the risk register current as activity evolves.
* Own PPE programme governance and site standards for changing and decontamination facilities.
Quality, Incidents & Continuous Improvement
* Participate in the annual Systematic Work Environment Management (SAM) cycle.
* Act as first point of contact for incident and near-miss registration and initial response on-site.
* Maintain calibration, equipment integrity, and safety records, and perform / support internal audits.
Reporting Line
This role reports to the ARTS Site Manager (Oskarshamn-based) for day-to-day work, and functionally to the HSEQ Manager
(Stockholm-based), who owns the HSEQ programme, policy, statutory reporting, and Major/Critical incident ownership. This is an
execution role - it is not a second HSEQ Manager, and it carries no line authority over site personnel.

As ARTS scales toward SEALER-E, this role has room to grow into ownership of specific programme areas as the site's HSEQ function
matures and builds out.
WHO YOU ARE
You will be part of a highly skilled team with a can-do attitude. We value personnel chemistry and strive to create a workplace
where you enjoy coming to. You're a hands-on engineer who's as comfortable in the field checking practice as you are updating a
register. You take ownership of your subject area without needing detailed instruction, and you know the difference between your
own decision-making authority and when something needs to go to the Site Manager or HSEQ Manager.
We believe you have:
* A relevant engineering degree (mechanical, nuclear, industrial, or similar) and relevant training in HSE, occupational health
and safety, chemical safety, or a related field.
* Practical experience with work environment risk assessment and systematic work environment management (SAM or equivalent)
* Understanding of quality and operational frameworks (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, NQA-1 or similar)
* Familiarity with work environment regulations (e.g. AFS) and HSE responsibilities
* Experience handling hazardous materials, ideally including lead or other CMR substances.
* Experience with chemical inventory and safety data sheet (SDS) management.
* Comfortable facilitating risk assessments directly with technical teams on live equipment.
* Experience in auditing or supports of audits (HSE and / or Q)
* Fluency in Swedish and English.

About the role

Your profile
We believe you have the following competence profile to succeed in this role:
A Bachelor’s degree within Information Security, Computer Science, IT, Law, Business, or a related field.
Experience working with information security, cybersecurity, risk management and/or compliance.
Experience with GDPR and information security governance, ISO 27001, NIS2, ISAE 3000, SOC reporting, or similar frameworks.
Experience supporting audits, inspections, or compliance reviews.
The ability to communicate complex security topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
A proactive, self-driven, and structured working style.
Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar are considered an advantage.

Du ingår i ett testfokuserat team där kvalitet byggs in i hela utvecklingsprocessen. Du arbetar med att designa, utveckla och köra tester samt analysera resultat. En stor del av arbetet sker i kod, där du tar fram automatiserade tester för end-to-end-, API- och regressionsflöden. Vid behov ingår även prestanda- och tillgänglighetstester. Arbetet bidrar till stabila och tillförlitliga leveranser i myndighetens digitala tjänster.
Du arbetar nära teamet och även i samverkan med utvecklare, bland annat som stöd vid testautomatisering och felsökning. Utvecklingsmiljön präglas av CI/CD och ett tydligt fokus på kvalitet i varje steg. Plattformens olika delar innebär varierande tekniska utmaningar, och du är med och driver hur testning bedrivs – från val av angreppssätt till vidareutveckling av teststrategier och verktyg.
Du tillhör avdelningen för digital strategi och plattform. Vi arbetar med att utveckla och ta hand om myndighetens gemensamma digitala plattformar och komponenter.

akademisk utbildning inom it alternativt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet
flerårig erfarenhet av att konstruera, utveckla och underhålla automatiserade tester för API:er i en CI/CD-kontext
flerårig erfarenhet av testarbete i ett livscykelperspektiv: testplanering, testfallshantering, regressionstester, testdata och avvikelsehantering
goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift.
Det är meriterande för tjänsten om du har:
erfarenhet av arbete som systemutvecklare, gärna med Java/JavaScript
erfarenhet av att arbeta med säkerhetslösningar i systemintegrationer, exempelvis autentisering, certifikat eller identitetslösningar
erfarenhet av testautomatisering för webbapplikationer med verktyg som till exempel Playwright.
